Here was Veer sitting in the room . That's when Tapish walks in.

Tapish- Veer.. What are you doing here?

Veer doesn't say anything.

Tapish - Abb kuch bolega bhi?

Veer - We fought...

Tapish - Abb kya kiya tune?

Veer - How do you know it's my fault?

Tapish - Years of trauma..

He laughs a little trying to lighten the mood.

Veer - Very funny

He rolls his eyes.

Tapish - Meera told me about your fight..
Veer sighs .

Veer - You know me Tapish.. If somebody talks shit about me or my family I get triggered very soon..

Tapish sighs.

Veer - I know it's my fault.. I mean I don't regret shouting on those idiots but I do regret trying to buy stuff for her.. Telling her to change her style by some shitty parameters set by these people..

I shouldn't have told her to change rather I should have told all those fools that my sweetheart is the most gorgeous lady both inside out in this world and she doesn't need to change a single thing about herself..

Here was Bani lying on the ground with her blood all around. Chandani stood in front of her with an evil smile on her face.

Chandani - Oh how sad! Everyone's favorite Bani Sharma is lying half dead on the ground.. I feel so bad..

She says dramatically.

Bani - Wh.. Why are you doing this?

Chandani bends and holds Bani's cheek.

Chandani - Because you tried to snatch away things that are mine.. You tried to snatch my Veer from me..

Bani - Ve.. Veer is not a th... Thing...

Chandani - Oh just shut up!

She said leaving Bani's cheek which had her finger marks.

Chandani - You know when something bothers me so much I uproot the cause and now it's your turn sweetheart..

She said as her fangs appeared along with her red eyes. Bani closed her eyes thinking about all her good moments. With her parents. With Meera. With her love Veer.

Chandani in a moment held Bani's neck and pierced her fangs into her neck as Bani whimpered in pain. She had already lost so much blood, now she didn't even have the strength to voice out her pain.

Chandani - My first and last compliment for you... Your blood is deliciously..

Bani doesn't say anything.

Chandni - Wait a minute.. Why aren't you shouting..?? Come on I love when my prey quivers in pain..

She smirks.

Bani - Even if I die.. I will not give you that satisfaction...

She says slowly looking intently at Chandni.

Chandani - Let's see that when I rip your heart out...!

She says and moves her hand to rip Bani's heart when suddenly blood flashes on Bani's face. Bani sees Chandani's lifeless body falling on the ground .

A silver dagger was pierced into her heart. Bani slowly looks at the person. Her vision was blurry . She could see a figure, a man, with a silver mask on his face.

Who was he? Why did he help her?She thought.

The man moved closer to her to help her out when somebody came in between pushing the man.

Veer - HOW DARE YOU HURT HER??

It was Veer who was now standing in between the masked man and Bani. Bani wanted to say that Veer had misinterpreted the situation but she didn't have the strength to do so . Veer's eyes travelled to his sweetheart. His heart wretched with pain.

Veer - Sweetheart..

He said and sat on the ground with Bani's head on his lap.

Veer - Sweetheart.. How did this happen ?

He said as tears formed in his eyes. A lone tear slipped from Bani's eyes. She felt like she was going into oblivion. She moved her hand to wipe his tears . She gave a reassuring smile despite being in so much pain. The smile saying that it wasnt his fault. Her eyes slowly felt heavy and she became Unconscious.

Veer - Sweetheart... Nothing will happen to you... NOTHING!

He said being in a very vulnerable state himself. Veer turned to look but that masked man was no more there.

Tapish - Veer...!!!

Veer - Tapish.. Bani..

Tapish - Oh my god..!

Veer - I am taking her to the hospital... You should find him Tapish.. There was someone here.. Whoever had hurt my sweetheart.. Will pay with his life!!

Tapish - I will handle it Veer.. And Chandani..

Veer - She can burn in hell.. I don't fucking care.. I want my sweetheart's culprit...

He said and Tapish nodded as Veer left for the hospital.

Veer carried Bani in his arms. The blood scent had led to his vampiric features on display but he still didn't lose control because leaving his sweetheart.. Nothing else mattered at that moment.

Veer - Doctor... I want my queen back the way she was..

Doctor - We will try our best sir...!
Veer held the doctors collar.

Veer - You don't have to try.. You have to get her back.. Or else be ready for your merciless death..

He said as the doctor's face became pale.

Tapish - Veer.. What are you doing?? Leave him...

Veer still doesn't leave his hold. His eyes red due to tears and the fear of losing her.

Tapish - Veer would Bani be happy with this behavior

Veer tried calming himself down with Bani's mention and left the doctors hold.

Veer - I am so.. Sorry...

He said and sat on the chair holding his head.

Veer - Doctor... Please save her..

He said as the doctor got shocked. Veer had never plead for anything and today he was pleading for her. Veer who was considered a emotionless devil was drowning in the emotions of his heart.

Doctor - Yes sir.. !

The doctor gets inside the operation theatre . Bani had severe head injury and blood loss.

Veer - It's all my fault..! It's all my fault Tapish..!

Tapish - No Veer.. It wasn't stop blaming yourself..

Veer - She is in this condition due to me..

He said as tears fell from his eyes .

Tapish - Veer till the last moment Bani became unconscious.. She was smiling.. You know why? Cause she wanted you to know that she will come back.. She loves you and nothing.. Not even death can seperate you..

Veer - She will come back..

He says like a little child with hope in his eyes.

Tapish - Yes.. Well I haven't told Meera about this yet.. Meera's surgery is going to be soon.. She will be completely fine after that.. I thought of telling her today but then..

Veer - It's okay Tapish.. That's a good call..

The doctor looked a bit scared.

The doctor goes silent.

Veer stumbles back a little while Tapish holds him.

Tapish - Veer.. Sambhal khudko..

Veer - If something happens to her.. I will die Tapish.. I will turn into a living corpse..

Tapish - Everything will be fine..

Veer - I won't let her leave me.. I will turn her..

Tapish - Veer don't! She will never forgive you and hate you for eternity..

Veer - Atleast she will be in front of me.. It's fine even if she hates me..

Meera - What happened?

Tapish - Meera?

Meera - Why is Prince crying?

Tapish - One of our members is injured..! What are you doing here?

Meera - I walk around sometime when I am bored.. The nurses are quite sweet.

Veer tries avoiding eye contact with Meera. What would he tell her that he couldn't even protect her sister, his love.
What was the point of so much power if he couldn't even protect his family.

Veer tries giving a small smile. She had no idea that the person inside was her sister .

Tapish - Meera now go to your room and rest..

Meera nods an leaves.

Veer - Tapish you go with Meera, I will stay with sweetheart..

Tapish - Veer don't take any wrong step...!

Veer doesn't say anything.

Veer - You should go..

Tapish sighs and goes.

Veer enters inside Bani's room. He looks at her face. Her face looked solemn though physically her body was in pain.

Zindagi immandari aur khudari se jiyo toh maut bhi pass aaye toh dil main sukoon chaya rehta hein. Jo humesha se dusro ke liye jita aaya ho usse kya marna aur mitne ka dar.

Veer - Bani.. (He says as he helds her hand)

Sweetheart you have to come back for your Veer.. Please come back...

He said sobbing with the pain in his chest.

Veer - Thousands of death.. I have witnessed thousand of death sweetheart but the fear of losing you has made we go through thousand death.. Every moment is painful.. Every breathe is meaningless.. Please come back...

He said as slowly he saw something.

Veer - DOCTOR!!!
