Next Morning

It was a blissful morning. A morning filled with serenity and love. The sunrays fell on Bani's eyes as she slowly woke up finding herself in the arms of her lifeline.

She smiled as she looked at his sleeping figure. He looked so pure and pristine. His ruffled hair, beautiful eyelashes, and that lip which she wanted to kiss at that very moment. How could a man be so handsome. She thought.

She slowly moves forward and pecks on his lips and tries getting out of his hold when suddenly she gets hovered over by Veer.

Veer - Mujh jaise masum ka faida uthakar ja rahi thi..? (He says teasingly).

Bani - I was not doing anything as such.. (She says being all red)

Veer - Really? (He says arching his one eyebrow)

He looked so hot and Bani's eyes again travelled on his lips.

Veer - Oh my god! Ms Sharma you are objectifying me.. !!

He says and laughs a little as Bani covers herself with duvet.

Veer - Okay sweetheart.. Now stop blushing..!

He smiles.

Bani - I am not blushing.. (She says cutely like a child)

Veer - Toh subah subah yunhi tumhara chehra tamaatar ke tarah lal hota hein?

Bani - Veer! I am not talking to you..

She says and gets up when Veer embraces her from behind.

Veer - Aww.. My baby got upset..

Bani - I hate you.. (She says hitting him gently)

Veer - But your eyes are telling me something else..

He says and Bani turns to look at him.

Bani - And what are they telling?

Veer - That.. It loves me insanely.. That it wants me to touch every ounce of your body and make you mine in all perspective right here.. Right now.. To worship you just like a goddess you are..

He says moving more closer as Bani's back touches the wall. His one hand placed on the wall and another on her waist. Bani's breathe laboured with all his words.

Veer- Cat got your tongue sweetheart? (He says with a smirk)

Bani - I.. I.. I have to bath..

Veer - Statement or proposal..?

Bani throws a cushion on him.

Bani - Shameless.. (She says and runs into the washroom being all shy as Veer laughs)

After sometime Bani came out of the washroom in yesterday's outfit.

Bani - Let's go to the hospital first Veer.. I want to meet Meera before going to the academy..

Veer - Sure..

Bani and Veer leave for the hospital.

As Bani and Veer reach the hospital. They see an unexpected scene.

Tapish was also sleeping beside Meera with his one arm engulfing her.

Bani and Veer look at each other.

Bani /Veer - Ahem.. Ahem..

They say as Tapish slowly wakes up. He looks at Meera and a small smile forms on his face.

Flashback

Yesterday

Tapish and Bani came to visit Meera. When they talked about the party a glimmer was seen in Meera's eyes. Like she wanted to be there, she wanted to enjoy and live a carefree life but as soon as reality hit her a gloomy emotion was evident in her eyes.

Her pain didn't go unnoticed by both Bani and Tapish. Bani had still not told her about the cure as the doctors had to run some final tests. Bani and Tapish came out of her room.

Bani atleast was happy with the fact that Meera was going to be cured soon while Tapish was getting more attracted to Meera with each passing moment.
Her feelings had started affecting him. Her gloominess caused him pain while her smile gave him relief.

Tapish - Bani..

Bani- Yeah..

Tapish - Can I spend some time with Meera tomorrow? Maybe after we get back..

Bani - Yeah sure Tapish.. She would love that.. And you can come back as soon as you drop me..

Tapish - No Bani.. It isn't safe..

Bani - Tapish.. Veer is going to be there.. Do you think even a scratch will come on me.. ?

Tapish - Alright.. (He smiles)

Party's night

Tapish came to Meera's room and found her reading a book. She was so engrossed that she didn't even notice him.

Tapish - I am quite jealous of that book you see..

He says and startled Meera.

Meera - You scared me..!!

Tapish - Sorry..

Meera - You are here..? I mean today was the party right?

Tapish - I was not interested to be there..

Meera - But it was such a joyous moment , why would you miss it? Sometimes when we can't get those small moments we realize their worth.

She says thinking about her own condition.

Tapish - Meera..

He says holding her hand as Meera looks at him.

Tapish - Meera happiness is not due to events, it's due to companionship..! And I am with someone who makes me happy right now..

He says and Meera smiles. But suddenly her smile fades away.

Meera - I ain't special though.. I am a liability..

She says sadly

Tapish - Don't you dare! You can't speak like this about yourself.. You are not a liability.. You are a gift.. A gem.. And whoever has you in their life would be very special..

Meera - I love you Tapish..

She says suddenly and Tapish looks at her .

Meera - I am sorry.. If I Misinterpreted everything..

Meera starts panicking by Tapish's silence when suddenly she feels his lips against her. She was shook, the nervousness and butterflies in her stomach both affecting her equally.

She also tried to match his pace. And they boht shared a sweet kiss.

They moved away from each other being out of breathe.

Tapish - I love you Meera..

He said and embraced her in his arms.

Meera - I am very happy today Tapish..

Tapish - Me too my love..

Meera blushes hearing the endearment.

Tapish - Did you take your medicines?

Meera - Not yet..

Tapish - Wait a minute..

He gets up and gets the medicine.

Tapish - Take it Meera..

Meera seemed a bit hesitant.

Tapish - Is something wrong..?

Meera - I don't think it want to have it..

Tapish - Why..?

Meera - Cause I feel sleepy after having that medicine and I don't want to sleep so soon..

Tapish - Baby.. (He says settling beside her) .. We have so many long nights waiting for us..

He says huskily as Meera fidgets her hand shyly.

Tapish - Come on now.. Take it and sleep.. I will stay right beside you..

Meera nods and falls asleep as Tapish kisses on her forehead and himself falls asleep a little later.

Flashback ends

Tapish was admiring Meera.Then he suddenly looks at Bani and Veer and gets shocked .

Tapish falls off the bed as Veer controls his laughter. Bani was standing with a serious expression.

Tapish - Bani.. It's not what you think...Trust me.. I didn't mean to..

Meera also woke up amidst the noise and got shocked.

Veer - Too late for an explanation Tapish..

He says sighing dramatically.

Meera - Di.. Tapish meant no harm and me...

Bani - Shut up.. Did I ask anything..

She says with an serious expression and suddenly starts laughing. Veer also laughs with her.

Veer - Sweetheart.. Tum bhi na ..chehre ke rang udd gaye dono ke..

Tapish - Bani.. You scared me..

Meera - Yes Di..

Bani - Your expressions were hilarious..
She says laughing.

Bani - Well.. Considering that I myself am dating the Prince of Raktanchal.. It would'nt be fair if I stop you.. Isn't.. ?

Meera - Fair enough.. Wait a second!!! Whatt???

Tapish - Congratulations guys! My ship finally sailed!

He says dramatically.

Veer - Since when did you become so dramatic?

Bani - Sangat ka asar hein..

She says pointing at Veer as Tapish and Meera laugh.

Meera - Okay..now don't trouble Prince..

Veer - Thank god somebody is at my side..

They laugh together. Finally happiness was the only emotion settling among them.

Veer - So My friend is dating now..

Tapish- Well My friend is dating too..
They fight with each other like kids.

Bani - Meera we are dating five year old kids..

Meera laughs.

Veer - I am anything but a kid sweetheart..

He winks reminding her of last night.

Meera - Ahem ahem.. I think you guys had a more eventful night..

Bani - WHAT!!?? You too Meera..

All of them laugh while Bani gets all red.

Meera - Di.. You change into my clothes..
Bani nods.

Veer - Sweetheart.. You change.. Then we will go to the academy together..

Bani nods.

Veer was waiting outside when the sound of the door creaking was heard.
He turned around but what he saw made him lose all his senses.

It was Bani dressed in a white salwar kameez unlike her usual dark colour shades of outfit. She looked beautiful with her hair left open. She looked like an angel in all perspectives today.

Bani - Acchi nahi lag rahi hu kya..?

She asks nervously tucking a hair strand behind her ear.

Veer - Acchi nahi lag rahi..

Bani - I knew it wasn't my style.. Meera forced me to...

Veer - Beintaha Khubsurat lag rahi ho.. Itni khubsurat ki yakeen nahi aata ki ye noor mujhpar baksha gaya hein..

He says and Bani smiles.

Bani - Abb chale Rajkumaar..?

Veer - Chaliye Rajkumaar ki Rani..

They smile and leave.

They were now standing in front of the academy.

Bani was a little nervous and Veer could see that.

Veer- Sweetheart.. I am here with you.. Nothing is going to happen..

He says forwarding his hand.
Bani holds his hand.

Bani - I trust you.. It's just that I don't trust my destiny...

Veer - Humare liye main kismat se bhi lad jaunga Bani.. Kudrat se bhi lad jaunga..

Bani smiles and they walk in while holding hands.

The crowd saw Bani and Veer. The entire academy was filled with whispers. Veer could clearly hear all of them.

" Prince is with a human"

"Is she his bloodservant? "

"Is this forbidden love? "

"Prince can never love a low class person like her "

"She looks so not classy, definitely not Prince's taste "

"She would be in designer clothes and jewels by now if Prince loved her "

Veer - SHUT UP!!!!

He days loudly and everybody shuts up. Veer holds Bani's hand and takes her with him.

Bani - Veer where are we going ?

Veer - To my room!

Bani - You have a room in th academy..?

Veer - Yes..

He says and they arrive in his room.

Bani - But why are we here and Veer you shouldn't have shouted at them..

Veer - They raise a word against you and I will rip them apart..

He says with anger building up against him.

Bani - Veer.. You have to calm down.. You know people will talk.. We should just ignore them.. They don't matter...

Veer - But You matter to me and if anybody talks bullshit about you... I will deal with them in my way..

Veer gives a call.

Veer - Ponky get the best designer and tell him to deliver best clothes for a lady.
He cuts the call.

Bani - What is going on?

Veer - You will have the best clothes and jewels sweetheart.. No one will ever question you.. Or taunt you

Bani - Veer.. Baby.. Listen to me..
She says cupping his face.

Bani - The only opinion that matters to me is yours... I don't need any jewels or designer clothes to look beautiful.. Because true beauty is within us... True beauty means simplicity.. Your love is the best jewel that I carry and my smile is the best attire I put on..

Veer -Bani there shouldn't be any formalities between us.. Whatever mine is yours.. Then what's the problem..!?

He says raising his voice a little which aggravates Bani.

Bani - Veer you are asking me to change my style because some third person thinks it isn't of high standard... What is wrong with you?

Veer - You can never understand my intentions.. Can you? My efforts are always wrong.

Bani - Veer you know what, this conversation is going no where and I have a class to attend.. So Please pardon me Prince..

She says and goes away as Veer holds his head.

Veer - Fuck! (He says as he kicks the couch in anger)

Bani attended her class. She tried not thinking about their fight but it kept troubling her. As her classes ended, she immediately left to meet Meera. She needed to talk somebody.

Bani came to the hospital.

Meera - Di.. Hey!

Bani - Hi..

Meera - What happened Di.. Why are you so sad?

Bani - Nothing Meera..

Meera - You are a very bad liar.. And anybody who saw you this morning can tell that you are in a completely different mood.

Bani - We fought..!

Meera - What happened?

Bani tells Meera about their fight.
Meera sighs.

Bani - We could'nt stay a day without a fight..

Meera - Di.. It's alright.. You guys will resolve it.. I know you will..

Bani - Why can't he just understand me Meera..

Meera - Di.. Our lives are completely apart ..

Bani - I know Meera.. I know he did'nt mean to hurt me.. And he is trying to change.. It's just that.. I shouldn't have walked out.. I should have stayed to make him understand..

Meera - Don't be so hard on yourself.. And anyways Prince can't stay angry with you for long time..

Bani smiles.

Bani - I will go to meet him..

That's when the clouds thundered.

Meera - I think it's going to rain Di..

Bani - Yeah..

That's when Bani's phone pinged.

"Sweetheart.. Let's meet at this spot "

She reads the message which had a location attached to it.

Bani - Is this Veer's message.. ?

Meera - Who else can call you sweetheart di..

She says teasing Bani.

Bani - We never texted..

Meera - Maybe Prince wants to apologize and has planned something romantic..

Bani - Maybe.. (She smiles a little)

Meera - Take this umbrella Di..
Bani nods.

Meera - Have a great night..! (She smiles naughtily)

Bani - Kuch zyada hi badmash nahi hogayi hein Tu.. (She says holding Meera's ears )

Meera - Ouch Di.. Leave me... Sorry na..
Eklauti behen hu aapki..

Bani - Dramaqueen.. Bye then I am leaving..

Meera - Bye..

Bani leaves for the spot. She was determined to resolve their first couple fight today.As she reached there she sees an abandoned area . It had started raining and Bani opened the umbrella.

Bani - Veer...!

Nobody answers.

Bani - Veer.. Enough of your surprise.. Now come out..

There was still just silence spread across.

Bani - Veer.. I am going then..

Girl - YOU CAN'T!!

Bani turns to see the person but before that somebody hits her head with a rod. The umbrella falls from Bani's hand.

Blood drips from her head and falls on the ground along with the raindrops. She slowly falls on the ground.

Girl 2- Sorry Bani.. But we couldn't defy her..

Bani wondered who they were talking about. Her eyes we're becoming heavier every second.

Bani - Wh... Why...

She said slowly.

" Because that was my order!! "

Bani looks up to see the person . And the person was .

Bani - Ch.. Chandani..

Chandani - Nope sweetheart... Your death is here!
