It has been few weeks after om and gauri's marriage. They grew more close to each other and started feeling for each other unknown to them. Rudra and soumya also have date nights and lots of silly fights. It has been three months of shivaay and anika's marriage. Shivaay have decided that he will propose anika on their third month anniversary.

Shivaay's POV

Tomorrow it's our third month anniversary I will have to make it special. I am sorry anika I have to do this.

Anika got up and wished him

Anika: good morning shivaay (with her million dollar smile)

Shivaay just hummed in response. She found it wierd as shivaay never does that. She thought he might have some office stress. She got freshen up.

At breakfast table

As usual anika and gauri were serving all of them. As anika moved to shivaay's side and tried to take the bowl to serve him but before that he took it and serves himself. She was going to take the jag of orange juice for him but he didn't let her. Anika was confused seeing his behaviour but let go her thought.

After breakfast

She many times try to talk to him but he tried his best to avoid or sometimes just give a short answer and leave.

Anika(thought): yeh shivaay ko kya ho gaya hai subhe se ajeeb sa behave kar rahe hai. Baat bhi nahi kar rahe theek se...... Koi baat nahi kisi meeting ya deal ko leke pareshan honge

It was evening and shivaay came back from the hectic day. Anika tried to talk to him but saw him very tied so she kept the talks less.

Anika and gauri were preparing dinner. Anika was thinking something. Gauri was talking to her but found her lost.

Gauri: Bhojai!!!

Anika came back to earth

Anika: haan? Kya hua?

Gauri: aapko kaa hua hai? Hum aapse kabse baate kar rahe hai aur aap kisi aur duniya main gum hai

Anika(tensed): kuch nahi gauri. Pata nahi shivaay ko kya ho gaya hai. Subhe se ajeeb sa behave kar rahe hai. Theek tarike se baat bhi nahi kari hai subhe se

Gauri: toh kaa hua bhojai kam ko lekar pareshan hoge.

She was not convinced but didn't say anything. She thought to talk to him after dinner.

After dinner at shivika's room

Anika: shivaay

Shivaay without looking at her

Shivaay: haan

Anika: aap meri taraf dekhiye mujhe aap se baat karni hai

Shivaay still doesn't look: anika abhi nahi mujhe kam hai

Anika(little angrily): aisa kya kam hai ke mujhse 5 minute sedhe muh baat bhi nahi kar sakte?

Shivaay looked at her closed his laptop and stood up

Shivaay: bolo

Anika: subhe se theek se baat tak nahi kar rahe hai. Mujhe pata hai aapko kam hai. Par aisa bhi kya kam hai aapko ke aapne do minute mujh se baat tak nahi ki

Shivaay: anika mera kam hai ek din baat nahi ki toh kya hua?

Anika: acha toh ab aapka kam mujhse bhi zyada bada ho gaya? Meri koi ehimiyat(importance) nahi hai ab aap ki zindagi mein?

Shivaay(acted annoyed): anika tum baat ko kahan se kahan le ja rahi ho?...... mere pass abhi time nahi hai hum kal baat karenge

He sat back on the couch and opened his laptop to work. Anika was very annoyed now and she didn't know what was she speaking but what next she spoke was unthinkable for shivaay

Anika(hurt): theek hai bethe rahiye aapne iss laptop ke samne. Jab mar jaungi tab bhi mat aana

Now it was enough for shivaay

Shivaay(angrily): ANIKAA!!!!!

He rose his hand but stopped.

Anika: ruk kyu gai?

Shivaay(angrily holds her face but didn't let her get hurt): agli baar aisa bolne ka sochna bhi mat

Anika had tears in her eyes

Anika: toh aap aisa kyu kar rahe hai? Main nahi seh sakti jab aap mujhse baat nahi karte, jab aap mujhe ignore karte hai, nahi seh sakti main.

He hugged her and she sobbed in his arms

Shivaay: I am sorry anika. Main tumhein hurt nahi karna chahta tha

Anika: par aapne kiya

Shivaay: I am sorry

He was stroking her head and she snuggled more into him

Shivaay's POV

I am sorry Anika. I am really very sorry. I never ever want to hurt you. But now enough. I won't let a drop of tear fell from your eyes. I always will keep you happy and never hurt you nor let anyone hurt you. I promise. The next coming day is very special. You just have to wait till tomorrow and our lives will change completely filled with loads of happiness and sweetness.

They broke the hug and slept

Next morning

Shivaay went from the house before she could wake up. Anika woke up and got tensed as she didn't find shivaay. She got up from the bed and saw a note on mirror. She took and read it.

Note:

Good morning wifey! Meri ek bohat important meeting hai iss liye main office ja raha hun please tension mat lena, nasta kar lena aur phone mat karna shayad main na utha saku. Maine nasta kar liya hai, aur lunch bhi kar lunga aur sham tak aa jaunga

Shivaay.

Anika smiled and left to get freshened up

The day passed. It was evening

Anika came to her room saw a beautiful red colored net sari and a note

Isse pehan kar bahar aao. Main car mein wait kar raha hun. Jaldi aana.

Shivaay.

She wore it

She was stunning in it.

She came out of the house and saw shivaay in a black three piece suit waiting for her

Shivaay was mesmerized to she his love in red. She came to him

Anika: kaisi lag rahi hun?

Shivaay: beautiful

She blushed a little. He blindfold her.

Anika: shivaay aap kya kar rahe hai?

Shivaay: thoda wait karo sab pata chal jai ga

He made her sit in the car and drove off. She was continuously asking him that where is he taking her. But he didn't pay any heed to her words.

They reached the destination. Shivaay carefully took her out.

Anika: shivaay ab toh bata dijiye hum kahan hai?

Shivaay: ek min

He opened her blindfold. She blinked her eyes few times to get clear view. As she opened her eyes she was stunned to see the simple yet beautiful decor of the beach.

(Ignore the table guys)

Anika(surprised): shivaay yeh...yeh yeh sab

Shivaay: chalo

He took her between the heart shape. She was looking at the decorations while shivaay was just staring her. The moon light was adding more beauty to her face.

Anika(amazed): shivaay yeh sab kis liye?

Shivaay took a step forward and holds her hand

Shivaay(fumbling): anika....main tumse kuch kehna chahta hun. Thoda......thoda nervous hun please thoda time lagega... okay.. tumhein pata hai main kya kehne wala hun par please sunlo.. okay shuruyat se start karta hun. Tumhein yaad hai jab hum pehli baar mile the (she nodded) tab tumne meri...meri car ki windscreen ke sath sath meri ego ko bhi tod diya (she chuckled and nodded) phir woh jab tumne mujh pe gobar....gobar fheka tha. Humne kya kuch nahi fheka na pani, gobar, phone,chappal aur kuch nahi toh ek dusre ko pani mein fhek dete the....... phir yaad hai jab tum pehli baar dabbe mein mere ghar aai thi......tab maine tumhein pehli baar itne pass se dekha tha tab mujhe pata chala ki you are so beautiful. Phir woh humari hate chemistry. Woh barish wala din(his face sadden a bit) jab maine tumhein cheque diya tha. Tab main bohat gussa tha tumhein todna chahta tha. Lekin..... toot tum rahi aur.......bekhar main raha tha. Main kahin na kahin chahta ke tum fight karo uthke mujhe kuch kaho.

Phir tum ghar aai jawab dene mujhe aapne hi ghar mein, aapne hi ghar walo ke samne mein check-mate kar diya aur phir se meri ego ka kachra kar diya...... Phir toh jaise raita hi phail gaya pura din anika anika anika. Koi bhi problem ho toh anika. Sab log bas anika anika hi karte rahe te. Yahan jaun toh anika wahan jaun toh anika. Jitna tum se dur jana chahta utna hi pass aata jata........ Phir jab tum woh kitchen main blast ki wajah se behosh ho gai thi meri toh jaise jaan gale mein atak gai thi...... Pehli baar aapni family ke alava kisi ko khone ka dar laga. Aisa laga jaise aagar tumhein kuch ho gaya toh kuch sahi nahi hoga duniya jaise theek nahi lage gi...

Phir mallika aai thi na haan mallika. Yaad hai jab ussne tumhein pyaar ke baare main pucha tha..... tab maine ek alag hi anika ko dekha. Pehli baar aisa laga ki hum kahin na kahin same tarike se soch sakte hai. Tumne kaha tha ki tumhein kisiki life main number one banna hai. Tab laga ki tum jiski life mein ho gai he would be the luckiest person in this whole mankind, whole universe. Jisko bhi tum milo gi woh khud number one ban jaiye ga. And see I am feeling like the king (both smiled)

Phir humari life main daksh aaya (his expression turned to anger) aur ussne sab barbab kar diya. Waise main usske baare mein baat nahi karna chahta...... Phir humari shadi ho gai. Bhale hi tumhari marzi se nahi hui par tumne sare farz nibhai ek bahu ka, ek biwi ka, ek bhabhi ka sab ka. Aur bina koi hakk jataye. Kaise kar leti ho? Haan.... aaj jab woh din yaad karta hun toh lagta hai shayad upar wala bhi hume mila na chahta tha.

He took a pause

Itni sari feeling hai. Agar sab batane bethunga toh puri zindagi khatam ho jaigi. Kabhi socha nahi tha mujhe bhi yeh feeling feel hogi. Main tumhein woh teen words bolna chahta hun par main yeh sari feelings ko in teen words mein bayan karunga toh....toh yeh feeling ke sath nainsafi hogi. Par main bolunga aur thoda time lage haan

He took a deep breath and calm himself. Anika was keenly listening to his every single words.

Shivaay continued

Anika main yeh kehna chahta hun ki.... ek minute aise nahi (he sat down on his knees and anika doesn't know how to react) haan yeh theek hai (he took her hands in his) anika I... I...

Anika was not able to control

Anika: aage!

Shivaay: bol raha hun na bech main mat bolo

Anika: jaldi boliye na

Shivaay again took a deep breath closed his eyes, opened it. Looked into her eyes and continued

ANIKA I LOVE YOU.... HAAN MAIN TUMSE PYAAR KARTA HUN...... WILL YOU MARRY ME..... AGAIN?

Anika was not able to utter a word

Shivaay: anika jaldi bolo main zyada der aise nahi beth sakta

She made him stand up and hugged him and tears started flowing from her eyes. She broke the hug

Anika: haan shivaay main aapse shadi karungi and
I LOVE YOU TOO

Shivaay was on cloud nine he picked her up and was circling her

Anika: aree shivaay kya kar rahe hai. Mujhe chakkar aa rahe hai.

He put her down.

Shivaay wipes her tears.

Shivaay: nahi anika ab aur nahi...ab tumhari ankhon ek bhi aansu nahi hoga. Main aane hi nahi dunga. Main humari life mein itni khushiyan bhaar dunga ki.... aansu kya hote hai tum bhool jaogi. Tumhein woh har ek chiz laake dunga jisse tumhein khushi milti ho.

Anika was overwhelmed by his confession she didn't know what to say. So she just hugged him. They stayed in the warmth of each other's arms for sometime and broke the hug

Shivaay: chalo ab chalte hau

Anika nodded and left to their home.

As they entered in there was dark. Anika hold his hand tightly

Shivaay: anika don't worry main hun yaha

Anika: lekin ghar ki sari lights bandh kyu hai

Shivaay: pata nahi

They took baby steps in called out everyone's name

Shivaay: dadi... mom...daad...bade papa... badi maa..

Anika: om...rudra...gauri, soumya, Priyanka kahan he aap log

The lights switched on and everyone

"SURPRISE"

The house was decorated with fairy lights. Anika had a wide smile on her

Anika: aap sab yeh

Shivaay: maine hi bataya tha

Omru came and shivaay. Gauri soumya and Priyanka hugged anika

Ru: aaj main bohat khush hun

They broke the hug

The rest: hum bhi!!!

Shivaay: dadi shadi ki tyariyan shuru karva bijiye. Aur koi kami nahi rehni chahiye

Ru: par mujhe abhi shadi nahi karni. Abhi toh main bacha hun

Shivaay smacked his head

Shivaay: duffer!! Teri nahi meri aur anika ki shadi ki baat kar raha hun

Ru: par aapki shadi toh ho chuki hai na

Shivaay: haan par kis tarah hui thi? Woh shadi zabarjasti ki thi aur main aapni galati shudhar na chahta hun.

Ru: ohh!!! Aise

Anika: haan.. aur humare sath sath gauri aur om ki bhi shadi hogi. Haina shivaay

Shivaay: haan

Gauri and om looked at each other and she blushed a little

Dadi: theek hai toh kal main pandit ji se baat karti hun aur sham ko engagement karlenge

Pinky: oh my mata!! Mummyji yeh toh bohat hi achhi baat..... Main toh kehti hun humare rudra aur soumya ki bhi engagements kara dete hai shadi baad mein karenge

Jhanvi: yeh toh bohat achi baat ki tumne pinky. Kya kehte ho rudra?

Ru: mujhe koi problem nahi hai aap soumya se pucho

Soumya: sirf engagement hi karni hai toh I don't have any problem

All were happy.

Shivaay: toh theek hai kal hum teen bhai ki engagement hai aur phir kuch dinon baad shadi. Gauri tum aunty ko bula lena aur soumya tum bhi

Gauri/soumya: theek hai bade bhaiyaa

Dadi: chalo theek hai ab sab khana kha lo

They agreed and slept after having dinner
