First day at office went so smooth for gauri. She wasn't given much workloads and was almost left free, so that she can make herself adjust with the new environment,, and make her comfortable.

But she didn't waste her day, moreover she was like a survey officer, who roamed around the entire office, talking to all the employees. Just within a day, she became the pet of everyone, as she was the youngest one in that office now.

At the end of day she bid bye to everyone and left for home. All these time someone was so keenly observing her.

Om came out of his cabin, as soon he confirmed everyone left the office. He was a type of person who avoided casual talks with employees, but that doesn't mean he don't care for his employees. He was indeed a good boss.

He called Rudy to pick him up from the office.

O:-Ru.. Come to office,, I will be waiting.

R:-Bhaiyya I am here at the parking, come down.

O:- OK.

As he seated himself , he stretched his arms out and let out a yawn and then  closed his eyes resting his head back on to the seat .

R:-Was there lot of work Bhaiyya. You look so tired.

O:-No nothing much,, today I had to strain a bit more time in front of the lap,, and for my bad luck today I forgot to take my specs. (He said massaging his forehead)

R:- I thought, u were exhausted and tired handling your new PA.

O:-Nooo.. Actually I didn't gave any work for her today.

Rudy made a sudden brake and stopped the car, as a result OM was almost made to hit his head on the dashboard.

R:- Whatt...really ? Usually u don't like your employees lagging their work na?

O:-Haa haa yes.. But didn't u see how she is. She is totally new to this world and inexperienced too. So I thought she should be given some time to adjust with the office, and now stop staring at me and  continue the drive. (he said rubbing his head)

Rudy nodded and resumed his driving. Om again went back to his old position, leaning his back towards the seat. He closed his eyes so that he can relax.

.......when I said him that u are sweet, he was saying that u are arrogant!,,but isn't it he who is arrogant sir,, always glaring at me making me scared.

He remembered how she said those words to him, he couldn't help but smile, with a soft chuckle which didn't went unnoticed by rudy.

R:-what ?

Om nodded  his head head smiling.,

O:-I was just recalling, how she complained about you to me!

R:-who...ohh yes your  PA!  (he responded smiling remembering it) It is for the first time ,I am seeing someone like her, I mean bhaiyya , how can someone be soo friendly and talkative with a stranger!

O:-Its because she is still a kid by heart.

R:-You are gonna have e a tough fun time with her (he laughed out saying)

O:-Lets see..

R:-Finally.. We are here!

They walked into Oberoi Mansion.

J:-Beta u came,,, how many days is it, since I saw you? I have made all ur favorite dishes. Rudy had informed me that u will come today.

O:-Badi maa,,,I came na,, so now calm down,,  but I have to leave soon .

R:-what.. Bhaiyya pl.

O:-No Rudy,, Pls don't make a request, coz u know I can't. I don't wanna stay here.. Let me go.

J:-Rudy, don't force him beta, atleast let him have a choice of his there. U can meet him at office whenever u want na.
(she said serving omru dinner)

O:-How is Kabir and Ishana badi maa ?

J:-They are good beta. Ishana will come to India within two days. She completed her graduation.

Om jusr nodded.

J:-I know beta u are bearing all these for me. For me you left art and joined this business. Even then you are not able to enjoy the  result of your hardwork.

O:-Badi Maa,, how many times did I told you, not to bring this topic. I more than happy to give away all my shares to Kabir. I am getting more than. Enough for living my life, and Rudy he is a known model, and is earning enough.

J:-I know om. But still,whrn  all the profits and money you earn by your hardwork ,is owned by someone else... I know it hurts om.

O:-Someone...? What are u saying badi maa.. Kabir is not someone for me... Though not by blood he is my brother too.. I am happy that he is the one using it..... No more talks on this pls maa.

He stands up to wash his hands.

O:-Let me leave now (said wiping his mouth)

R:-Bhaiyya Bade papa won't be here today,, so why don't you stay back here,, just for today.?

O:-No Rudyy... Pls

R:-okk.. Fine, but where do u stay? Atleast say that to us.

O:-Somewhere I could sleep peacefully, (he said with a smile),, and if you don't have shoot, come to office tomorrow,, OK.

Rudy nodded. om bid bye to them and drove car to his place .

He put the music on,,while driving along the empty road. A soothing melody filled his ears,, making him more relaxed while driving. And he reached his heaven. His own apartment, which is a bit far from city.

Kali and Lakshmi who are his housekeepers were waiting for him on the stairs of entrance.Om locked the car,, and we thought in.

O:-lakshmi maa,, no food today for me, I had.

K:-Didn't I told u lakshmi.. See.

om smiles at him.

K:- ok beta, we shall leave now.

O:-did u had your medicines?
.
L:-I said I will complain to you,, and then he had.

om chucked at them.

K, L :-Good night omkarajii beta.
O:-Goodnight oldies. (he said with a wink

Kali and Lakshmi lives in the outhouse if his apartment. They are the ones who look after him..

Om changed himself ,and settled on the bed. He thought about his own life, which he is living for someone. Maybe if his parents was alive, his life would have been a different one.

He spends his life for the happiness of his badi maa and his little brother Rudy. If not for them, he would have gone far away from this Mumbai world and settled somewhere and lived a gypsey life.

Going deep into his own thoughts, he slowly closed his eyes, falling to deep sleep.

Gauri was sitting on the bed in her nightdress ,having a video call with bhavya. She can't pass a day without  sharing her daily happenings with bhavya .

G:-....and you know, khanna bhaiyya has told me tomorrow he will bring his special palak curry.. I can't wait to taste them.

B:-ahh,, Ri.. Stop being a foodie, atleast at your office.

G:-Areyy bhavu.. Being a foodie is not a crime.

B:-I am not there to fight with you,, but remember pls dont do any stupidity  ,and try not to talk much,, just concentrate on your work....

G:-oii madam stop stop pls.... U are not less than ur boyfriend, both are same. I am going bye.

B:-Haa haa bye (she said chuckling)

Gauri plugged her phone for charging, and went to sleep cuddling herself like a coccoon.

She woke up rubbing her eyes,, when deep rays hit her face. She sat on the bed, yawning.

G:-Maaaaaaa...... Cofeeeeeeee.

She screamed from the room.

D:- Dont scream, I'm coming.

Devika placed her coffee cup on the table. Gauri was already to attack her cofee, but her maa stopped beating on her hand.

D:-Dont be a kid,, go brush and come.how will I get u married, if u continue being a child, behave like a matured one !

Gauri pouted at the statement. And went to washroom. She got ready for office , and came for breakfast,with her coffee cup.

G:-woww.... Aloo puri, maa give some packed, so that I can have in breaktime too.

Devika smiled at her and nodded. She packed her food and kept in Gauri's bag. It was like a mother sending her child to school. Gauri gave a tight hug with a kiss, and left for office.

G:-... Ha i reached, no bhavu I'm not late.. Haa i will manage,,, ok madam.

It was a warning call from bhavya,, reminding our gauri nit to be a chatter box. Gauri walked in greeting everyone GoodMornIng ,starting from the watchman to each and every person she came across till her cabin.

She seated herself on the roaring chair.. She looked around her cabin,Its her first day on work. She took out a small idol of lord shiva and placed it on her table.

G:-Shankerjii, it's my first day on work ,bless me and help me make it a good start. (she said looking at the idol)

She then kept her arms on the hands of chair and then swirled sitting on it,,

G:-This is fun (she said smiling)

And swirled more and more sitting on it, giggling along.

O:-There is a children's park nearby,Should I help you taking u there,,, or should I make it more comfortable by arranging two three swings and slides here.

Gauri jumped from the chair and looked to the door and saw her boss standing, with his arms folded on to chest.

G:-Goo.. Good Morning Bhaiyya,,, sorry boss... Ahhh. ..si... Sir.

O:-Come to my cabin (she said and left)

Gauri smacked her head,,

G:-what a start Shankerjii!!!  (she mumbled herself) and followed her boss to cabin.
