Manik trace Nandani's lips with his thumb and then bending down till her lips he asked "Nandu do you really kissed Aryaman that day?"

Nandani widened her eyes hearing this and pushed him due to which Manik fell down on the bed besides Nandani...

Nandani sits on the bed and glared Manik who was looking at her. "What did you say?" asked Nandani...

"Nothing Nandu, sorry you have to not answer me" said Manik...

"Manik Malhotra I am asking what were you saying and which day are you talking about?" asked Nandani with high pitch tone...

"Actually the day after you asked Aryaman to be your boyfriend... I saw you both kissing" said Manik not looking at her...

"I was wrong, you think so low for me Manik and here I was thinking that maybe you are changing." thought Nandani...

"You know what Manik I have kissed Aryaman many time so I don't remember that you are talking about which day" said Nandani getting pissed up...

Nandani was annoyed that too very much how the hell Manik could think so low about her. She tried to get up from the bed but Manik hold her hands and pulled her so that now she was lying just beside him... He hold her waist from his one hand and his another hand was under Nandani's head.

"Manik leave me" said Nandani getting annoyed...

"I also thought that day that you both have kissed but now I think that it was a misconception I trust you Nandani!!!" said Manik in a calm voice....

"Sorry to burst your bubble Manik but I have kissed Aryaman" said Nandani getting annoyed...

"I don't think so my Nandu can kiss anyone else and if you have than also it was due to my mistakes." said Manik calmly...

"Manik" was saying Nandani getting irritated...

But Manik shushed her by keeping his finger on his lips... "You know Nandu when I saw you kissing Aryaman that day I first time realized how you would have felt seeing me with Soha." said Manik looking at her...

Nandani got quiet and stopped struggling after hearing this. Manik continued "I was very angry Nandu and that anger was not on you instead I was angry on myself. You left me because I had given you a reason."

"Then when you gave me those divorce papers I was lost,  I got to know that you don't want to stay with me now..." said Manik...

"Oh so you thought Nandani naam ki musibat toh tumhari life se gyi then why not now enjoy with Soha freely... So you plan for trip with that Soha" said Nandani sarcastically...

Manik chuckled and bobbed his head as no. "I have come on this trip for you Nandani, Soha was just an excuse... I can't imagine my life without you Nandu ..." said Manik....

"If you have come on this trip for me, then why you came here with Soha?" asked Nandani shooting glares to Manik...

Hearing this question Manik got silent, he got up from the bed. Nandani too sits on the bed, Manik's back was facing Nandani and she asked again "Bolo Manik?"....

"Because I thought if I would come alone on this trip than you would thought that Manik Malhotra is weak and is dependent on you... Nandu you know I usually don't speak much... I am not good with these words like you are..."

" I have never ever shown anyone my weak and vulnerable side; you would think that I used to boast myself that I am strong then this weak side but I am not strong Nandu... in reality I am very weak... very very weak; I am scared what if someone would laugh seeing my this side... For the world, I am the strong arrogant Manik Malhotra. So, in order to maintain my strong side I had come on this trip with Soha but there was only one motive that was *turning towards Nandani* I want to stay with you, I want to be around you." said Manik...

Nandani remain quiet trying to read his eyes for the truth. Manik sit on his knees and take Nandani's hand within his hand. Kissing her hand, he looked towards her and said "... I know Aryaman is far better than me there is no comparison between Aryaman and me and you would have many reason to stay with Aryaman. But can you please give me one chance?"...

"Manik" said Nandani trying to say something but Manik intervened "let me complete first please!!"

"Nandani don't think that this one chance I am asking is to say that everything would be okay between us... I have done lot of mistakes which can't be forgiven so easily but I want to earn your forgiveness... I was the reason of your tears na but now I promise that Manik Malhotra would only be the reason for the smile on your face. I have cheated you but now I promise that I would be loyal to you and would never ever say any lie... Suchii trust me Nandu *touching the flesh of his neck* I know it's difficult for you to trust me again but give me one chance so that I would gain that trust again please... Please give me one chance Nandu I would try to do everything which I had failed to do... " said Manik sincerely looking in her eyes...

Whereas Nandani was confused with all this she thought "Is this the result of his drunk state that he is speaking all this or this was his inner turmoil which he could never speak in front of her... Is he really asking for a second chance? Should I give him a chance again? But what if he would broke my trust again? What if he would shatter my all hopes which I am having right now?"

"I am not forcing you to give me a second chance Nandu but please think over this." said Manik sweetly...

"Manik now get up and sleep... It's very late" said Nandani diverting the topic...

"Okay as my Nandu says" said Manik with a smile....

Nandani tugs him in bed and when she was covering him with blanket than only she heard the voice of fire alarm... She got alerted and started pulling Manik out of the bed...

"Manik chalo" said Nandani trying to pull him...

"No I would not go, I would sleep with you Nandu please" said Manik pouting thinking that Nandini is asking him to left her room......

"Manik can't you hear fire alarm?" said Nandani annoyingly and put his one hand on her shoulder...

"Fire" said Manik putting his one hand on his mouth...

"Manik please walk properly na mai gir jaungi" said Nandani getting irritated as Manik had totally engulfed her with his both hands around her shoulder now...

Manik looked towards her and saw it was difficult for Nandini to pull Manik without any help as he was not able to walk properly. He was stumbling here and there. "Let me pick you up Nandu" said Manik saying this he picked Nandani in his arms...

"Manik put me down... You can't walk on your own and now you have picked me too... Mai gir jaungi Manik!!!" said Nandani getting scared and hold his vest tightly in her hands....

Manik chuckled seeing her expressions and said "Don't worry Nandu I would not let you fall ever"...

Saying this Manik put his first step getting dazed and Nandani was praying for their safety...

"Manik put me down na" said Nandani whining like a cry baby...

"Don't worry Nandu see I am taking steps very carefully..." said Manik and concentrated on the floor...

"Manik Malhotra if I would fall na than I would not let you sleep with me remember this..." said Nandani with warning...

Manik pouted hearing this and said "let me concentrate na Nandu uh are distracting me only"...

Finally, stumbling but managing however Manik reached to the door... Nandani opened the bolt of the door and Manik smiled and said "see we are safe Nandu"...

"Manik look in front or put me down" said Nandani looking downwards...

But as soon as he put his next step he stumbled, Nandani closed her eyes tightly in fear that she would definitely fall down now... But Manik had managed to balance himself at the correct time. "See hum bach gye" said Manik while smiling like a fool...

Nandani opened her eyes and glared Manik who was smiling sheepishly. Manik put her down... She saw Aryaman coming out of his room. "We should go downstairs guys" said Aryaman... But as soon as they could take the first step they saw Soha standing there crossing her arms....

"Wow excellent guys" said Soha clapping her hands and reached towards them..

"Shit this was planned by this despo!!!" mumbled Aryaman...

Soha looked towards Manik who was buck hugging Nandini now with a dazed smile... Nandani was getting irritated but it looks like Manik doesn't care... "Manik was not in Nandini's room na Aryaman" said Soha sarcastically looking towards Aryaman...

"Listen Soha I am not giving any explanation about anything" said Aryaman in a cool way...

"Nandani uh can't be stasified with one man at a moment, you need Manik and Aryaman both at the same time and then you say that you are not slut..." said Soha in a disgusting manner looking towards Nandini....

"Soha don't..... " was saying Nandini...

THUD

Manik had slapped Soha very tightly. "How dare uh Soha to talk to about my Nandini like this?" said Manik glaring Soha...

"Manik" said Soha holding her cheek.

"How can you say about Nandini like this?" said Manik glaring Soha...

"Manik you are not in your senses" said Soha trying to hold him...

"Who is responsible for Manik's this state Soha?" asked Nandini glaring Soha...

"Obviously you... You want to take advantage of Manik's this state..." said Soha....

Nandani chuckled hearing this and then controlling her laugh she said "I am his wife, I don't need to do such attempts..."

"You can do anything... How could you stoop so low Nandini... You are taking advantage of Manik." said Soha blaming Nandini for Manik's state...

"Miss Soha, Manik was the one who take shelter in Nandini's room to protect himself from you. Nandani was not behind this" said Aryaman with a smirk...

"I don't want to talk to you guys... Manik let's go to your room.." said Soha trying to hold Manik...

"I want to be with my Nandini" said Manik holding Nandini's hand and then looking at Soha's face he said "I don't want to talk to you... You are bad"...

"Manik" said Soha trying to hold him again...

But Manik hide behind Nandini and said " I want to sleep with you Nandu"...

Aryaman chuckled and said "enough of drama we should go back to our room and take rest..."

"Nandini Manik is not in his senses... Let him sleep in his room.." said Soha desperately...

"That's the problem Soha that Manik is not in his senses otherwise I wouldn't have let Manik stay in my room" said Nandini....

Saying this Nandini left to her room with Manik and close her door...

"Stay away from Nandini and Manik" said Aryaman with a warning and left for his room....

While Soha was left glaring Nandini's door....

"Manik why you slapped Soha, I would have done that." said Nandini after closing the door...

"Soha is bad Nandu... She was talking blah about uh" said Manik lying down on bed...

Nandani smiled hearing this and said "let's sleep now!!! you sleep on bed and I would sleep on couch"...

Manik pouted hearing this and said "can't we sleep together? I would not do anything pkka"...

"Manik no!"said Nandini...

"Please Nandu!!!" said Manik pleadingly...

"Fine first you sleep" said Nandani and started carenessing her hairs in order to make him sleep...

Within few minutes Manik sleep, Nandani cover him with blankets and moved towards couch...

She slept on the couch thinking what would be Manik's first reaction tomorrow... Would he also blame her like Soha? Would he remember what he had said today?

Manik's sleep got disturbed when he was not able to hold Nandini's hand, he opened his eyes and saw that Nandani was not on the bed...

He got up from the bed and saw her sleeping on couch... He strides towards her taking slow steps and take her in his arms... He make her sleep on the bed carefully...

Then he too laid down taking Nandani in his embrace... Nandani too hold him in her sleep...
