"Ahaan" said Ishqi- 

He happily scuttled towards her,  he was now free of Rhea, the actions he'd previously wanted to take were now not against his morals, he could say as he pleased without the fear of cheating anyone- Ishqi and Ahaan were both single- 

Ahaan: Ishqi- 

He knew she had heard everything- they shared an eye lock, their eyes expressed all the emotions they couldn't- The pair moved closer towards each other, Ishqi smiled- 

They both wanted to hide from reality and stay lost in their own little world- 

Ishqi: Ahaan, Woh feelings wali baat- is it true? her voice cracked

Ahaan: Yes Ishqi- I- I do have feelings for you...Mujhe khud nahi pata ke how it happened...it just did and despite of it being wrong it felt right--In front of you I don't have to put on a show- with you I'm not a son, grandson, brother, boss, or friend- I'm just me, just Ahaan....You bring out the best in me.....Meine kabhi bhi apne dil ko dimaag se jeetne nahi diya....mere liye humesha se responsibilities aur family hi saab kuch rahe hai but now I want love in my life, I want you in my life Ishqi....

Ishqi started to tear up, even though in her heart she was aware Ahaan had feelings for her, hearing it all coming from him made her emotional- 

Ishqi: Ah-Ahaan- I also really, really like you.....You've always been there for me, helped me in my problems, and protected me....I've grown fond of you... Aapse ladai karne ki aadat hogayi hai mujhe, mera din nahi guzarta without having a glimpse of you... Your presence makes me happy and I don't know when that fondness turned into love.....I, I love you Ahaan, I really do and I can't imagine my future without you either... 

Ahaan too was now crying... He pulled Ishqi into one of the tightest hugs ever...... His heart was filled with joy..he was now going to be able to hold her with him forever...she was now his..his Ishqi, that was something he had desired for a long time.... She was no longer Mayank's fiancee she was Ahaan's Ishqi. 

Ishqi wrapped her arms tightly around his nape, she felt like she had gained the missing piece of her life, love. She mentally thanked her mom- even though Ishqi's mother wasn't present with her physically, she had always looked over her..."Mil gaya mummy, naam teen banda mean mil gaya...thank you"

They parted from the hug and Ahaan cupped Ishqi's face and joined their foreheads, "I love you Ishqi" 

"I love you too Ahaan"

Both their hearts fluttered....it was something they'd craved to hear from each other- 

Ishqi: Well, this was unexpected- Aap yeh mat sochiye ga ke I was eavesdropping on your and Rhea's convo- I just came here to return your phone aur phir meine yeh saab sun liye-

Ahaan laughed, "This turned out to be the best night of my life Ishqi and I'm glad you heard everything warna toh I don't know when I would've mustered up enough courage to confess"

Ishqi: Arrey Mr. 1921, mein 2021 ka model houn...Agar aap confess na bhi karte toh mein kardeti, she pulled his cheeks 

He planted a kiss on her forehead and said, "Goodnight Ishqi- see you at breakfast" 

Ishqi: Goodnight Ahaan-

They turned away from each other and walked to their respective room's, grinning ear to ear- 

That night the duo both changed each other's names on their phones- Ishqi changed it from "AVM" to "Ahaan ❤️" while Ahaan changed to "Ishqi ❤️"-  It was official- 

They both slept peacefully that night, with a deep sense of contentment in their hearts-

The next morning- 

Ahaan-Kartik-Sonu-Raj had let everyone know that Mayank was a trash person and he betrayed Ishqi, causing her to breakup with him. Everyone agreed to not taunt or question Ishqi after this revelation- 

(Only Ahaan-Kartik-Sonu-Raj- were present there)

Ahaan was sitting on the dining table impatiently- "Where is she?" he muttered under his breath 

Kartik: Kiska intezaar horaha hai bhai......Ishqi ka- he said teasingly

To his surprise Ahaan said "Yes"- Kartik burst with excitement, "KYA!! PHIR SE BOLO BHAI," he practically screamed 

Just then Ishqi entered the dining hall, Ahaan shot up from his seat and pulled the chair beside him for Ishqi to sit on- She smiled and sat next to him- 

Sonu, Raj and Kartik were all stunned, "Yeh bhaiyya aur Ishqi ko kya hogaya hai" 

Kartik: Thodi si toh common sense use kar Sonu- pyaar hogaya humarey bhai ko Ishqi se- he whispered

Sonu: Pyaar? Kab aur kaise?? she asked excitedly 

Raj: Yeh toh bhaiyya aur Ishqi hi bataige- 

Kartik: Ahhemm, he cleared his throat to get the duo's attention 

Ishqi and Ahaan came back to reality and looked down embarrassed- "Humein bhi toh batai ke yeh akhir chal kya raha hai" Sonu questioned them

Ishqi: Wohh- um- actually-- she stuttered 

Kartik: Ek second....jo mein samaj raha houn wohi toh nahi horaha yahann!!! 

Ahaan smiled and Kartik got all his answers-

Kartik: Oh Bhaisaab- Matlab denial khatam- feelings confessed?? Isse hi shastron mein chupa rustam kehte hai--

Ishqi and Ahaan blushed- 

Kartik jumped up from his chair and immediately went to hug the couple- Sonu and Raj followed, "Congrats- bhai and Ish- bhabhi" 

Ishqi's eyes widened, "Sshhh, koi sunn lega" 

Sonu: Toh aap logon ne aapna romance secret rakhne ka socha hai" she chuckled 

Ahaan: Nahi but abhi humne kissi ko bataya nahi hai, Sirf Rhea ko pata hai- tum logon ko bhi I don't know kaise pata chal gaya-

Kartik laughed,"Bhai- aap log pyaar mein hain yeh toh koi visually impaired insaan bhi bata sakta hai....pehle sirf Godfather Kartik ko nazar aata tha but aab confession ke baad toh obvious ho raha hai"

Ishqi: Toh aab kya karein? 

Raj: Karna kya hai- guys- baata do saab ko.....pyaar kiya toh darna kya..

Ahaan: Yes, you're right- saab ko bata dete hai

Ishqi: Lekin AVM- 

Ahaan: Ishqi- don't worry, humarey relationship ko kissi ki bhi ijazat ki zaroorat nahi hai- It's better to let everyone know than to hide it..Aur Ishqi aab hum lifetime ke liye saath hai agar kissi ko humarey rishte se objections hai toh woh unki problem hai..

Ishqi nodded in agreement- 

Kartik: Wah Bhai! Aapse toh wait nahi horaha announce karne ka ke Ahaan aur Ishqi aab ek hai--

Sonu: Chup kar cheapde! Bhai ko tang karna band kar-

Kartik: Arrey yaar Sonu- Itna acha mouka mein kaise jaane doun....Kabhi kissi ne nahi socha hoga ke Mr. Sanskari Ahaan Veer Malhotra bhi pyaar mein pareyge....Ab toh Ishq(i) Wala Love gaa sakta houn na bhai? he teased his brother 

Ahaan blushed-- "Ishqi tumharey pyaar ne bhai ko badal diya hai, warna toh mujhe Ishq Wala Love gaane ke baad "Shut Up Kartik" sunne ki aadat hai" 

They all laughed- then Rhea walked in and silence spread the room as soon as they caught sight of her- 

Rhea: Bahar saab tum logon ka wait kar rahe hai, she smirked 

Rhea (in mind): Ahaan ne mujhe dump kiya tha na- woh bhi iss Ishqi ke liye... aab mein bhi dekhti houn ke tum logon ka yeh so called pyaar kitni der aur chalta hai....
