It's been a few months since Taka learned of Mondo's secret and tries to help him whenever he needs it.

In fact, he has recently been trying to study more about werewolves and lycanthropy in general, but it is not an easy task since these creatures are not often seen around and there are no books about them, but Mondo's brother, Dayia, knows a little about it.

Mondo once explained to him that his brother knew about his lycanthropy because as a child he was bitten by a werewolf and Dayia was there when it happened, so over time he learned how to take care of him when he transforms or when he had sudden attacks.

For example, Taka had learned that lycanthropy attacks are when Mondo changes during the night, even if there is no full moon, and in that state he becomes very agitated and assumes the behavior of a wolf for a moment.

The only way to calm him down is to calm him down with something he likes and/or that makes him feel safe, for example Dayia always used the same method to calm him, he approached Mondo calmly saying kind words to him and once he got close enough to him. he stroked on the head and back, as you do with dogs so to speak, and Mondo almost always calmed down immediately returning to his usual normal behavior.

But Taka still hasn't experienced this, as he still hasn't seen that kind of attack, unless Mondo don't told him abaout it to avoid hurting him during those attacks.

But still he has not found anything to a possible cure that can help Mondo to return to normal, but he has no tension to give up, he will continue to search and study everything he finds about werewolves with the intent of helping his boyfriend.

That morning Taka was in his dormitory writing a few notes about everything he knew about werewolves in an attempt to find a solution to Mondo's problem.

Tak: "hmm... no this is stupid" he says while scribbling on a note he was writing "come on Taka thinks, there must be a way to help him!"

He is distracted by his thoughts when he hears a noise coming from the door, intrigued he goes to see and when he opens the door he sees a small hamster clinging to the door handle, but it was not a normal hamster, but one of Gundham Takana's hamsters

Taka: "hey you're one of Gundham's hamsters, San-D right?" He says as he takes the hamster in his hand before it fell "what are you doing here?"

The hamster was looking around like he was looking for something or someone

Taka: "I guess you got lost, huh?" He say mind stroking the little hamster "don't worry, I'll help you find your owner"

Say that, Taka puts San-D in his uniform pocket and goes to find Gundham.

A few minutes passed but still it was not possible to find Gundham, who was surely looking for San-D himself, then from a window Taka noticed that the boy was outside the school together with Kazuichi who seemed to be looking for something in the vegetation behind the school.

(I know the Hopes Peak is in the middle of the city or something like that, but for it's close to a forest, so don't judge me)

Then Taka also left the school to meet the two boys

Taka: "hey Gundham! Kazuichi" he says attracting the attention of the two

Gundham: "this is not the time, mortal, we are looking for something very important" he says as he continues to look for something in the bushes

Kazuichi: "hey Taka, sorry for his behavior, it's all day he behaves like this when he lost one of his hamsters"

Gundham: "Gundham Takana loses nothing!" He says a bit offended by Kazuichi's stance doing his usual pose "and he's not a normal hamster it's one of the for Dark Devas of Destruction from my Tanaka empire!" He says with more emphasis than necessary

Kazuichi: "Yeah Yeah, as you say Gundhy" he says now accustomed to the exaggeration of his boyfriend "anyway, Taka since you're here, did you happen to see San-D around?"

Taka: "in fact yes, that's why I was looking for you" the little hamster comes out of his pocket "I found it hanging on my dormitory door while I was studying" he says as he takes San-D in his hand

As soon as Gundham notices San-d in Taka's hand, he goes towards him and takes the hamster in his hand

Gundham: "Thank lord you're okay, don't you dare scare me so never again" he says while stroking the hamster putting back in his scarf together with the others

Kazuichi: "but I don't understand, why it was at the door of your dorm?"  He asks a little confused

Taka: "I'm not sure either, but I noticed that he was risking the doorknob. So I guess he was looking for something to eat"

Gundham: "oh my Dark Deva of Destruction, if you were hungry you could just tell me"

From a pocket of his jacket the boy takes some sunflower seeds and gives them to San-D who eats me with gusto

Kazuichi: "ya know Gundhy? When you deal with animals you are very cute" he smiles slightly

Gundham: blushes a little "I-I'm not cute! Gundham Tanaka must put terror in the hearts of mortals!" He does his pose

Kazuichi: "Sure sure, but you'll always be cute to me" he teases him, giggling

Gundham: "....." becomes a red in the face as he hides half his face with his scarf

In all of this Taka chuckles slightly at the scene, he always think that Gundham and Kazuichi are a bery nice couple

Kazuichi: "anyway, thanks for your help Taka"

Gundham: recovers "yes, thank you for your assistance, mortal"

Taka: "no problem" he smiles

The two boys head back to the academy and Taka was about to do the same when he got an idea

Taka: "wait Gundham, I have to ask you something" walks after him

Gundham: "And what could it be, mortal?" He asks as he turns to look at him

Taka: "I was wondering, since you are the Ultimate Breender, I was wondering if you knew anything about werewolves"

Gundham: "Werewolves, you say?" He asks surprised by the unusual question

Kazuichi: "Why are you interested in that stuff?"  He asks curious

Taka: "well uhm.... I'm doing a search ... for a test. Yes a test for some extra credit" he says trying not to be suspicious

Kazuichi: "oh, ok I guess it makes sense"

Gundham: "A test involving werewolves, huh? Interesting. Unfortunately I, Gundham Tanaka, didn't have the luck to come face to face with one of those magnificent creatures of the night."

Taka: "oh ..." he says with a slightly disappointed tone "I see..."

Gundham: "but I think I have a thing that could help you. follow me"

That said, Taka follows Gundham in his dorm.

Once there, the boy with the scarf looks for something from his wall bookcase

Taka: "What exactly are you looking for?"

Gundham: "Something my grandfather left me a long time ago.... ha-ha!"

With a gesture, the four hamsters come out of his scarf and go to the bookcase, take a large book from the top shelf and bring it to the boy.

Gundham: "I knew he was still here"

Taka: "what is that?"

Gundham: "This, my mortal friend, is an encyclopedia dedicated to werewolves totally handwritten by my grandfather" he said with a proud tone

Taka: "an encyclopedia on werewolves?"  He asks amazed

Gundham: "that's right. All you need to know about these majestic creatures is all written here" he says as he passes the big book to Taka

Taka: "and how did your grandfather get it? I've never seen a book like this before"

Gundham: "as I said it was written by my grandfather, in his youth he was a werewolf hunter"

Taka: "A werewolf hunter?"

Gundham: "yes, but fear not, he was not one of those who hunted them to kill them, but he sought them out to study them. To study their behavior and much more"

Taka: "oh! Interesting" flips through some pages of the book "wow, there are a lot of things in here. I don't think I can read it all in one day"

Gundham: "this is not a problem, I grant you the privilege of borrowing it"

Taka: "really?"

Gundham: "Of course. You can bring it back to me when you finish informing yourself. Provided that you will be very careful with it, it is a very important family heirloom to me."

Taka: "Of course, I will extra careful! Thanks very much, Gundham!"

Back in his dorm, Taka spent the rest of the day reading those pages, which seemed endless, which contained all the knowledge about werewolves.

Taka: 'I'm sure there will also be a possible cure for lycanthropy in between here, and I'll do everything I can to find it!'
