World Suicide Prevention Day

World Suicide Prevention Day is tomorrow, but I'm going to go ahead and post this since I'll be busy getting ready to leave tomorrow.

If you would like to, you should copy that ^ and write a reason why "tomorrow needs you". It's the campaign for To Write Love on Her Arms this year.

You matter no matter what anyone says about you. You matter no matter how much you might loathe yourself.

You woke up today for a reason.

Oftentimes, we want to die because we want the pain this life causes to end. We want to start really living, but we don't know how.
But that's a very negative way too look at things.
Life is tough, but you can be too.
You have lived through every bad day, every piece of bad news, and every heartache in your life so far. You can fight against it. Don't turn the pain against yourself.

Stay alive.

If you are suicidal or face any number of problems, there are places you can find help:

There is so much bad and so much evil in this world, but we have to remember there is still a lot of good. We have to look for it wherever we go.

Love y'all.

"Even when the dark comes crashing through, when you need a friend to carry you, and when you're broken on the ground, you will be found. So let the sun come streaming in, 'cause you'll reach up and you'll rise again. Lift your head and look around. You will be found."
