Workout

Last summer, while I was up in my room hiding all the time, I started doing crunches, Lazy Monster, and lifting weights. I fell out of that routine by the end of the year.

I just got back to working out today. I redownloaded Lazy Monster (a free workout app available on the Apple App Store that has a cute little monster that you do a workout routine with) looked at some workout stuff on Pinterest, and played some music while doing so. 

I just feel like that I need to get into a routine of working out by the time I graduate next year.
