love’s blooms

once they are planted

the seeds of doubt

can grow out of control

weeds of indecision

can root deep

reaching to the heart and soul

but a single rose

planted on the edge

doesn’t take up much room

but it will grow

and it will multiply

into a field of love’s blooms
