❝and you're beautiful; im afraid❞
The young boy went down to his pocket and pulled the phone that chimed a soft, muffled ding and switched hands with the whiskey bottle that was in his hand.
"I swear to fucken' god, if it's that shitlord who wants to get another ounce I'm gonna yell." His voice was creaky and rasped, his eyes watery and red as he wiped his nose. He looked down at the glowing screen and realized the actual text sent.
No, it was not Tick (the nickname given by Rin--since he tends to suck the life and weed off him) but rather the boy he put under the bear emoji since Apple has poor tastes in emojis and couldn't put a stuffed one.
"call me"
He never used all lowercase. He never ended his sentences without one or several exclamation points. And he never, ever asked to call Rin--he always called without asking when he missed his voice or felt lonely.
He wasn't okay and that was blant.
He turned off the half assed two am TV show and clicked on the message, then tapping on the phone icon to call him.
The long paused noises were screeches in his ears, everything was shakey around him, his chest was ungodly heavy.
Then he heard his soft voice.
"Hey, babe."
Rin perked up. "T? What's up? Did anything happen? What happened?" in an attempt to not slurr, he used a harsh whisper tone, not wanting him to know of his recent relapse, especially right now.
"Pheniox."
Rin bit his lip, placing the whiskey bottle up to his lips to give a quick gulp. He was gonna need it.
"What about him?" He spoke, eyes lowered and mouth wiping away the slobber at his lip ends.
"He..." He gave a soft pause, a sniffle being audioable from behind the speaker. Rin could.practically feel him shake. "Called me."
"What do you mean he called you? Why does he even have your damn number?"
"I gave i-it to him not too long ago so I could call him just in case somethen' was to happen with Krysie."
"That's not the point right now Tuck. What's going on with you and Phe? Why does he give two shits?"
"I...I'm sorry." He started to breathe heavy again, cracking in his voice loud and clear as Rin heard soft sobs.
"Do I have to go over there?" Rin said, voice softer now, a slur being more apparent.
"Ya don't gotta boo, I don't want ya to waste your time on me."
"Alright." He said, standing up. "I'll be there in five."
And with that, he went to his dad's car (even though it was walking distance, he didn't have a license yet and he was drunk-) and with a pack of mints in his mouth, he was set.

in soon pulled up at LT's house in no less than sixty seconds, like how he promised, and he walked up to the door and knocked. Now was perfect--two of his moms where already at the bakery they run and won't be home until 5pm and the other two were on a bussiness trip. No one will have to know about Rin's vist and illegal activity.
"M-Ma?" a soft voice peeped behind the wooden slap.
"Kinky, but babe, I kinda have a dick and kinda a bottom."
Than, like an angelic gift, LT gabe a soft chuckle and he opened the door. Rin's smile soon faded when he noted his bright red eyes that were so raw they looked swollen up and his shaking body.
Rin did the only thing he could've.
He held out his arms, letting LT wrap his arms around the boy and lifted him a good foot from the ground, his arms squeezing him like a viscous snake and he kissed his forehead.
"I-I'm sorry boo about this, I just--goshie, I-I ain't even dressed, I'm still in my pajamas."
Rin gave a soft smile and kissed his cheek. "Baby, it's okay." He said, giving a small hiccup and wrapping his arms around LT's neck. "You're still cute as heck."
LT gave a soft blush and he blinked, pecking Rin's cheek as he went up the stairs to his bedroom, opening the door to reveal the childlike room.
Rin always loved his room. It wasn't exactly his favorite theme of things--instead of One Direction posters and a baby pink wall he would've prefered Hollywood Undead with an ash grey--but it felt like home. It was if you made LT into a bedroom. It was soft, gentle and unexpected.
LT placed Rin on the bed, the bed shifting when LT followed to sit next to him. Rin hugged his waist and went closer and pecked his cheek, that was now redden.
"Baby?"
LT turned his head to daze into Rin's eyes. "Yeah, honey?"
"What was Phoenix so angry about?"
LT bit his lip, giving a soft swallow that made his adam's apple move. "He was just upset. I can't exactly pin-point why."
Rin nodded. It was of Phoenix to lash out of nowhere with no origin, especially at LT. He has no idea why he hated LT so much, he was just there and he always shoved him around--literally and metaphorically.
Rin rested his head on LT's chest, pulling out his phone. He went to a contact he didn't want to bring into this but it seemed like his last choice.
"Web"
He typed quickly and held his breathe, followed by a tap of the arrow to send it.
