That good time at Felix's house wasn't the last one, all of you used to do this sometimes for them to escape their parents and the pressure they put on you, especially Adrien and Kagami.
But as it was exam days, you had to take time to focus on your studies, you were having a hard time with math, Felix even tried to teach you but the way he explained made you more confused, he wasn't very patient.
You huffed and threw yourself on the bed frustrated that you haven't been able to solve your math homework.
Numbers aren't for me... Why can't everything just be (favorite subject)?
*You have a new message*
Felix:
Are you crying again 'cause u couldn't solve the math problem?
And you? Are you crying again 'cause I kicked your ass in karate?
Do not bother me, I've put up with you too much today.
You put down the phone angrily at him, but when the memory of your elementary came to mind you just burst out laughing.
He caught you crying in anger that you couldn't solve a math problem in the schoolyard when you were studying in London. And two weeks later you caught him in the same place crying because you beat him in karate.
As you reminisced about this your cell phone rang. You answered excitedly when you saw the caller's name on the screen.
Call on:
"Hello kitten, what's up?" You responded immediately forgetting your problems.
"Hey babe, are you okay? Felix told me you have problems with math, why didn't you ask me help? You know I'm good at it."
"I know I know... But I thought you were busy, as usual. With those escapades at Felix's house, your dad's been keeping an eye on you lately. Doesn't he?"
Whenever you mentioned Adrien's father, you felt a feeling of guilt for not being able to tell him what you know. Like you're covering up a truth that could take a load off him and Marinette forever.
You promised you wouldn't tell. What if you told something terrible didn't happen and you'd just sort it out? Would it be that simple?
Of course not...
"Can you hear me baby?" He took you out of your thoughts.
"Yeah yes! No... I'm sorry, my head is racing today." You replied embarrassed wanting to slap your own forehead and you hear only a chuckle from him.
"Alright sweet thing, I was just saying that my dad left for a business trip to Tokyo. And I suggested you come over here for a 'study' session." You sensed an intended tone at the word studies and blushed a little.
"I don't know kitten, I-"
"Please let me help you, I promise there will be no distractions."
How could you say no? You hadn't seen him in days. But you got it into your head before you accepted... just study.
Call off:
You told your mother that you were going to study at a friend's house by text, she agreed but told you not to come back late.
You asked the driver to take you, it didn't take long you were already in front of the mansion.
You didn't even need to ring the bell and the gate opened automatically, Natalie asked to follow her to Adrien's room. You thought only he knew you are coming.
When you got to his room and she left you two alone, he ran to give you a tight hug. You hugged him back and gave him a little embarrassed peck.
"Is it okay for her to know I'm here? Aren't you going to get in trouble?" You asked as he held you close by grabbing you around the waist.
"No, I made a deal with my dad, if it's study time I can bring a friend, but if my grades drop I'll go back to studying alone." He explained.
"I would go crazy with so many rules." You both laughed.
"Yeah tell me about it." You hear Plagg's voice but you don't see him anywhere, Adrien explains that he is inside the cupboard with his precious cheese.
You and Adrien sat together on the desk and without wasting time started studying, you said your doubts and little by little you began to understand.
"God, you are just perfect. How you do it? I get it!" You praised excitedly as you worked out some basics. When you were done and looked at him you caught him spacing out with a sad look on his face.
"Did I said something wrong?" You asked worriedly pulling him out of his thoughts.
"No no it's just..." He took a few seconds to look into your eyes.
"I'm not 'perfect' as you think. When you didn't know who I am, I often had fits of jealousy, I couldn't stand to see you so friendly with other guys, I jumped to conclusions to later realize that I was totally wrong. If you could see this side of me behind the mask, I'm sure you'd run away scared. I don't deserve you, you who are perfect..." He closed his eyes lowering his head for fear of seeing your possible disappointed expression while muttering various apologies.
"Oh you silly boy..." You hugged him snuggling him on your shoulder while playing with his hair.
"I'll tell you I'm not perfect at all. When I didn't know who you were, and I lived with you in the classroom I was like, I thought you were super boring, clueless, do everything daddy says, coward... in short I kind of didn't like you. I'm sorry for being so cold and not trying to see your side." It was your turn to be ashamed.
Maybe I was a little rude?
You felt him smile against your neck.
"Yeah I knew that you didn't like me that much. But it was so exciting to know that you were the only one who hated me and when I put the mask on I had you all to myself" You turned red and a heat rose up below.
He pulled back only to see your red face. Sometimes you missed the time when you teased him and he was the only embarrassed.
"You look so cute embarrassed." He said caressing your face. You pouted running away from his touch looking away from the notebook.
"S-stop it. You said without distractions." You changed the subject.
"Oh yeah I'm sorry babe." He gave you a quick kiss on the cheek and with a smile on his face took the notebook to correct the exercises.
He congratulated you, glad he was able to teach you and made some more complicated ones. While you were doing it he leaned over and explained how it was done in these situations, you turned your face away and the two of you ended up rubbing your noses because he was too close.
You unconsciously stopped to admire his beauty, every feature of that face that you couldn't decipher because of the mask and lost yourself drawn to those emerald green eyes. Time had stopped for a moment.
"Gorgeous..." You whispered in delight. It was his turn to turn red.
"I'm jumping for joy inside that you think so, but you need to focus my darling." He said giving you a kiss on your forehead smiling.
"Alright, but just remembering, everyone thinks that." You said shooking your head returning your attention to the notebook.
"Only your opinion matters to me." He says winking at you. You smiled enjoying this moment.
You continued studying seriously for a while and you felt much more confident for these upcoming exams.
For the rest of the afternoon you had a snack, played the piano together and now you were having a make out session on his bed.
He was on top and as you devoured each other's lips, you pull his shirt up, he gets the message and quickly pulls it out to kiss your lips again.
He explores your mouth a little more calmly as he puts a hand under your shirt, several discharges being sent into your skin. You wrapped your legs around his waist and you could better feel his desire pressing against you.
He lowered his kisses down your neck, you wanted him so much now but the feeling of being watched made you lose stimulation.
"Adrien waits... I don't think I'm ready." He stopped immediately and pulled away lying down beside you with an understandable smile.
"It's okay babe, you're in charge." He kissed you on the forehead. You mentally cursed yourself, you were totally ready, but the fact that you were in the house of the villain who's been tormenting this town for years made you worry.
You watched him pick up his shirt from the edge of the bed.
"I didn't tell you to get dressed." You smiled mischievously enjoying the sight of that toned body.
"What a demanding girl." He dropped his shirt and lay back beside you, facing each other as you both talked and exchanged innocent kisses.
