Sadie's pov

Gaten explained who Iris was to us. I never knew that Finn could be that emotional, All is see in him is a huge jerk.

"Guys lets go see if Finn and Millie are okay." I said, and they followed me up the stairs. The door was shut, and we could hear their voices.

"I'll tell you." I heard Finn say.

"Okay. Iris...she was my girlfriend. We were kind of a thing for a few months, then I finally asked her to be my girlfriend, and she said yeah. We were really close, even the guys saw a different side of me. A few months in, she told me she loved me. I told her I loved her too, because I did. We were a kind of a low key couple, only a couple people knew, that's why you girls didn't know. We would always talk, always hang out, and we loved each other. Then, over the summer, she told me she was moving away. We couldn't do long distance, because it would be too hard for us. And when she moved away....it's like I was broke. I wouldn't do anything, I wouldn't even talk to anyone. The guys started to help me get back together again, and after a few weeks, I was getting over it. Then school started, and it was like I was back to normal, which I was. And now that I'm with you......I don't want the same thing to happen. I can't lose you." We heard Finn say. I heard most of this from Gaten, but I didn't know how soft he was about it. And about Millie, too. Yes, I care about our reputation, but I care about Millie too. He could of just dumped her, and she could of gotten her heart broken by Finn, I just didn't want to tell her that.

"You won't lose me." I heard Millie say. I guess they must really like each other. I didn't realize.

"Promise?" I heard Finn say.

"Promise." We heard Millie say, and I looked over to everyone. They all raised their eyebrows.

"Do you still love her?" I heard Millie ask Finn.

"I don't think so." Finn said.

"It's okay if you still do, I know you can't get over someone that quickly." Millie said, and I looked over to everyone else listening into the conversation. Who has she gotten over, she's never told me?

"Did you get over someone like that?" Finn asked her.

"It was Jacob. I still loved him, even when he broke my heart. Even when he did those.....things to me, I still loved him. I don't know why, and I wish I didn't." I heard Millie say. Wait hold up, who the fuck is Jacob?

"I guess we've both been through heartbreak then." Finn said, and I heard them let out little laughs. Still, who the fuck is Jacob?

"I plan on not doing it again though." I heard Finn say, and I looked at everyone else. I looked at Grace, and she was making an "awwwwweeee" face.

"I really like you, Millie. I really really really really really like you." Finn said, and I smiled by his grammar.

"Well then I really really Times 10 reallys like you too." I heard Millie say, and then I saw Grace make the face again. I heard a creak of the bed, and then Millie's laugh, so I got up and motioned everyone downstairs to my room. We all got in, and then we all sat down around the room.

"Okay, we need to talk about Millie and Finn." I said, and they all agreed.

"I'll go first. I didn't know that they liked each other like that, I thought it was just a makeout kind of relationship. They actually....shared their feelings, and Finn knows things I fucking don't. Does anyone know who the fuck Jacob is?" I ask, and they all shook their heads no.

"I'll go next. Honestly I think we shouldn't get inbetween their relationship. They sound like they really like each other, and I don't wanna ruin that for Millie." Grace said.

"Okay my turn. I agree with Grace, I think Finn really likes her, and I don't think he would break up with her." Maddie said.

"I agree with Grace." Noah said.

"Same." Gaten said. We all looked at Caleb, waiting for his answer.

"I just don't want Finn to get hurt like he did last time, you should have seen him. But I guess Millie makes him happy, so I think we should let them be. I guess we can....try to be friends." Caleb said.

"We have to try guys, for Millie and Finn." I said, and they nodded. After that, we all went in the kitchen, and then Millie and Finn came down. I saw Finns eyes were still kind of red, but it wasn't that noticeable. I saw Caleb walk up to Finn.

"I'm sorry for bringing up Iris, dude, I just got mad." Caleb said, and Finn looked at him.

"It's fine." He said, and nodded.

"So we're good?" Caleb said.

"Yeah, we're good." Finn said and smiled, and pulled Caleb in for a bro hug.

"Awwweeee broship" Gaten said, and we all laughed.

"Millie, Finn. We talked about it, and we think that we shouldn't get in the way of your relationship. We are gonna try to be friends." I said.

"Thank you!!!" Millie said, and gave me a hug. We both laughed, and then I brought up the other topic.

"We also listened in to your conversation, that's the reason we made up our minds." I said, and they nodded.

"Can we ever have a conversation that you guys don't listen to?" Finn said, and we all laughed.

"But Millie, can you please explain to us who Jacob is?" I asked, and I saw her turn to Finn, and Finn took her hand. I saw her whisper to Finn, and Finn whispered back.

"Okay, I guess I should tell you guys." Millie said.

"You better sit down for this." Millie said, and we all went in the living room and sat down. Finn sat down next to her, and put his arm around her waist. He was holding her other hand. I guess they could be a cute couple.

"Okay...Jacob was my boyfriend I had in England. We knew each other since we were little, because our moms were best friends since they were little. Conveniently, they stayed in the same area when they were older, and had kids, so Jacob and I were always together. One day, we told each other that we liked each other. We didn't want to tell our parents that we were dating, because if we broke up, it could ruin their entire years of friendship. So we didn't tell them when we started dating. We were dating for a few months when we said that we loved each other. But a few months later...I noticed something was off. I found out that he was actually cheating on me with another girl. I was like heartbroken, nobody has ever cheated on me, considering he was my first boyfriend. After that day, he changed. I wanted to break up with him. I tried to, but he said if I did, he would tell our parents about our relationship and how we broke up, and it would completely ruin their friendship,which I didn't want. They are like best friends, I couldn't do that to my mom. So we stayed dating. He started changing the way he acted around me, and then one day, he did something that was completely uncalled for. I don't wanna get into detail, but he was kissing me, and doing things, that I didn't want him to do, if you know what I mean. I asked him to stop, but he didn't. He never stopped. Sometimes he would hurt me if I didn't do what he said. I still loved him though, for some stupid reason. And then after a few months of him doing that and doing things, my mom told me we were moving to America. I was really happy. We moved, and I didn't contact him since. I broke up with him before I left, and he didn't tell the moms. Then the weekend of the partner thing, he came to visit. Finn was with me that weekend, so that's why I told Finn about it. And that's why I always wear long sleeves." Millie said, as she pulled up her sleeves, to show dozens of scars all over them. My mouth was open and I felt tears coming to my eyes.

"Millie...." I said, wordless. Why wouldn't Millie tell me about this sooner? I was her first friend since she moved from England, I would think she would of told me. I didn't been notice that all she wears is long sleeves.

"I'm so sorry." Maddie said, and everyone else agreed with her. She just leaned her head on Finns shoulder, and Finn kissed the top of her head. Damn, where can I find someone like Finn?

It was at night, and all of us girls were in Millie's room, just talking about her and Jacob, then a little about her and Finn.

"So how's Finn?" Maddie asked, and Millie smiled.

"He's good. He's actually really different around me than his attitude at school." She said, and I nodded. Who knew that Finn Wolfhard would win Millie's heart.

"Okay guys enough about me, how's your roommates going?" She asked, laughing.

"Noah was trying to flirt with me this morning." Grace said, and we all laughed really hard.

"Guys it's not funny, it was so bad!!" She said, and we laughed even harder.

"All Gaten does is go on his phone and ask me questions." Maddie said.

"That's all he does." I said, and we laughed.

"Caleb and I play call of duty together and talk, he's actually pretty nice." I said, and they all turned toward me and started to smile at me.

"What?" I asked, smiling.

"You guys would be a cute couple." Millie said.

"Nooooo we wouldn't." I said, and the girls just laughed, and I felt my face getting hot.

"Sadie's bushing girls!! This is a very rare sight!!" Millie said, and they all laughed.

"So Millie, we hear the bed creaking all the time at night. Want to fill us in on that?" I said, and then Millie's face got really red.

"Thought so." I said, and we all laughed. I feel like Millie and I are getting closer, and I like it. I've never really had a best friend before. Then, we all saw Finn walk in.

"Hello ladies." He said, and we laughed and rolled our eyes.

"Finn, we were just talking about you!!" I said, and I saw Millie shake her head no to me.

"Really, What about?" He asked.

"Finn, you don't really wanna know." Millie said, and Maddie and Grace laughed.

"I kinda do now." He said, sitting down on the rolly chair, moving it towards us.

"We were talking about what you guys do at night, because all we can hear is the bed just creaking it up!! Care to join the conversation?" I said.

"SADIE!!" Millie yelled, and we all laughed. I looked at Finn, and his face was all red.

"Uh, no thanks. I'll be...over here...until you guys are done." He said, running into the bathroom. We all laughed except Millie, and we couldn't stop. Millie had her hands in her face, and her face was really red before she covered it.

"Okay, we will leave you and Finn alone for the night." I said, and Finn opened the bathroom door and walked out.

"Okay, Goodnight." Millie said, and so did Finn.

"Goodnight, and by the way, don't make the bed creak too loud, some of us are trying to sleep." I said before closing the door.

"Sadie!!!!" I heard Millie scream, and I just laughed.

Millie's pov

After Sadie closed the door, I yelled at her. Finn came over and sat on the bed, his face almost as red as mine.

"The bed doesn't creak that loud, does it?" I asked him, and he shrugged his shoulders.

"She's probably just trying to embarrass us." Finn said, and I nodded.

"So you guys are good now?" He asked, and I nodded.

"Are you and the guys?" I asked, and he said yeah. I got up and grabbed a t-shirt and short athletic shorts, and went into the bathroom and changed. I took out my contacts and put my glasses on, then put my hair in a messy bun. I came out and saw Finn look up from his phone, and smiled at me.

"You look cute." He said, getting up to face me.

"I'm just going to bed." I said, and he put his arms around my waist.

"Yeah, but you look cute." He said, and I smiled. I took his hands off of me and turned off the lights, then got into bed with Finn.

"Goodnight." I said, putting my head on his chest, as he put his arm around me.

"Goodnight." He said, as I brought my other hand over across him and held his free hand.

It was an okay day, I guess. But at least it ended good.
