Millie's pov

"Sadie, that's my friend from England." I said, and her hard face softened, but just a little.

"Their name is Finn too?" She asked.

"Yeah. You really think I would talk to Finn Wolfhard? Look at him!" I said, and they all turned around and looked at him. He noticed that we all looked at him, and he raised his eyebrows twice then winked at all of us.

"Dick!!!" Sadie screamed from across the cafeteria. He laughed, and when they turned back around, he winked at me. Luckily, a lunch lady didn't hear Sadie's comment. Finn and I face each other at lunch, but we are a few tables across the room away from each other.

"Okay, we believe you Millie. But why didn't you tell us that you had a boy in your life??!" Sadie said, and the girls agreed.

"Sorry, Just didn't think he was important. We aren't dating or anything, we just like each other." I said.

"AWWWWWWW" All the girls said, loud. Really loud. Everyone turned to our table, and my face got red. I started to fan my face with my hands and laugh.

Why am I blushing so hard over Finn?

It was the end of the day already, so I went home to find my mom cleaning the house. She was home yesterday, so I got to talk to her.

"Hi Millie, how was school?" She asked me, as I set my bag down.

"It was good." I said, sitting down on one of the living room chairs. Just then, I heard the doorbell ring. I got up to answer it, and I smiled when I opened up the door.

"Paige!!!!!" I said, and ran into her arms.

"Hey Millie!!" She said, eventually breaking out of the hug. I let her in, and she went and hugged my mom.

"Why are you here!!! I thought you were at college!!" My mom said.

"Well, we have break, so I have a week off. I wanted to visit." She said, and sat down on one of the chairs. We ended up talking to her for a while, and we moved to the living room. We played some games and talked about her college, and then we talked about me. I checked the time, and it was 7:30. That's when I heard the doorbell ring.

"I'll get it." I said, and walked to the door. I opened it up to see Finn. I looked behind me and saw my mom and Paige in a detailed conversation. I went outside and closed the door.

"Hello." Finn said, and I looked up to him.

"Hi. Why are you here on a Monday, at 7:30?" I asked him.

"Because I missed you." He said, and I felt butterflies in my stomach.

"We saw each other today." I said, crossing my arms cause the wind hit us.

"Yeah, barely." He said, and I laughed.

"Look, my sister just got back from college, and she's staying all week. I feel like it would be rude to have you come in, but meet me at my window in my room." I said, and he nodded. I went back inside, leaving Finn out there.

"Who was it Millie?" My Mom asked.

"It was just Sadie, she wanted to give me my charger back, but I told her she could have it, since I already have 2." I said, and they bought it.

"I'm gonna go to bed, I have school tomorrow. Goodnight Paige, goodnight Mom!" I said, walking upstairs. They said goodnight, and I got into my room, and locked the door Incase they came in. I went over to my window and saw Finn there. I helped him in, and I closed the window after he got in. He sat down on my bed, and I turned to him.

"Finn, it's 7:30. I have homework, I need to shower, get my stuff ready for tomorrow, and you decide to show up now?" I asked him, crossing my arms.

"Your accent when your mad makes it hard for me to stay serious, it's so cute. And by the way, it's break tomorrow. Remember?" He said, and I looked to the side, my cheeks getting red. I heard him get up from the bed, and walk towards me a bit.

"Were you and the girls talking about me at lunch?" Finn asked, and I finally turned to him.

"Yes. We were talking about the guy named Finn I like from England, and that I would never like Finn Wolfhard." I said, as he got closer to me, uncrossing my arms and holding onto them.

"So you're seeing a different Finn?" He said, as he took my hands and put them around his neck.

"Maybe I am." I said, as he put his arms around my waist. He leaned in and placed a kiss on my lips, and I smiled in the kiss. I leaned back after a while, and looked into his eyes, where I always get lost in.

"So, are we ever gonna tell anyone about this?" I said, and he raised one eyebrow.

"What is this?" He said.

"You know, you and me." I said, and he inched closer to my face.

"Me and you?" He said, which made me smile.

"Yeah." I said, looking at his lips, then back up to his face.

"It could ruin your friendship with Sadie and the girls." He said, and I nodded.

"I might have an idea." I said, and he nodded.

"So, my mom owns this lake house, and it's huge. Basically my whole family owns it. There's 4 rooms, and there's 2 floors. I say, you get the guys, and I get the girls, and we go there. We tell them about us, and then we will all spend the week with each other. And if at the end of the week they turn out to like each other as friends, then we would be perfect." I said, and he nodded.

"There's one problem to your plan." He said, and I furrowed my eyebrows.

"What?" I asked him.

"How are we gonna convince them to come?" He said. 

"Umm, ill tell the girls that we are gonna stay the week there, and you can tell the guys that you can hang out at your lakehouse, but don't tell them it's actually mine." I said.

"Okay. What time should we leave?" He asked me.

"Ummm, 9:00. It's a 3 hour drive." I said, and he smiled.

"Hopefully this works." He said, and I nodded.

"Where were we..." he said, and he went back in and kissed me. I laughed while kissing him, and I let him pick me up and carry me to the bed. He gently placed me down, but I grabbed his arm and pushed him to the bed, so I could get on top of him. I put each of my legs on the side of his body, and bent down to kiss him. We were kissing for a while, then I heard someone try to open my door.

"Millie? Why is the door locked?" My Mom said. I got off of Finn, and sat on the bed.

"I'm changing!!" I yelled, and Finn looked like he was about to burst out laughing.

"Okay, Goodnight sweetie!! Love you!!" She said.

"Love you too!" I yelled, and I heard her walk away. Finn started to laugh, and I rolled my eyes. I took his arm and took him to my window.

"I can't stay over?" He asked.

"Um, no. If my mom saw you in my bed, she would literally kill me, then kill you." I said.

"Fair." He said. I opened the window for him, and he looked at me.

"Goodnight, Millie." He said.

"Goodnight, Finn." I said, and smiled at him, not being able to keep a straight face. He leaned in and gave me a soft and small kiss, before leaving.

It's gonna be a long day tomorrow.
