↠ Stefan when, you open the door...

Tonight's the night of the comet which was gonna serve as a fourth date for you and your vampire boyfriend,Stefan but unfortunately you had fallen sick resorting you to find refuge in the confines of your blanket.

Dressed in a pair of grey 'Micky Mouse' sweatpants and a navy 'Star Labs' sweatshirt. You brought up a pint of ice-cream and placed a dvd into the player. The opening credits flashed brightly in your rooms hd tv.

As the opening credits rolled you checked your phones new notifications. You had a text on the group from the girls telling you to get well and that they missed you and some news about the celeb, grant gustin being engaged which lets just say was kinda sad and a text from Stefan.

Earlier in the day you had texted him to inform about your cold and the date being cancelled, much to your irritation and Stefan being the ever so sweet guy had told you not to worry about it as there will be plenty of dates to come and all he wanted you to do was recover as soon as possible.

The doorbell rang bringing you away from your thoughts. groaning you set your phone and ice-cream down. walking to the door you open it only to be met with a set of forest green eyes.
you had grown to love the color of those very green eyes.

ʻʻStefan!ʼʼ you exclaim excitedly.

ʻʻHi, there's a patient in here somewhere,Miss. Do you know where she is?.ʼʼ He quirks an eyebrow at you as a giggle escapes your lips. ʻʻRight this way,Mr.Salvatore.ʼʼ Stefan closes the door behind him and places the bag of goodies down onto the counter.

He picks you up by the waist and softly places you onto the vacant kitchen's counter top ʻʻI missed you.ʼʼ He confesses cutely. Stepping in between your legs.

You loop your arms around his neck
ʻʻI missed you too, I'm sorry about coming down with this cold.ʼʼ You sigh out ,sniffling.ʻʻWhat are you doing here though?.ʼʼ

ʻʻYou don't have to apologise. It's just the night of the comet wasn't the same without you and I figured I'd rather stay in with you and make it a date also Caroline, Elena and Bonnie had practically shoved me inside my car with all the sulking I had done
without you tonight.ʼʼ You laugh with him as he scrunches his nose.

You peck his cheek before messing up his perfect hair with a giggle
ʻʻGod! I love you,you crazy beautiful vampire.ʼʼ

Stefan smiles then places a sweet kiss against your lips. Pulling apart, you grin. ʻʻPerks of dating a vampire, he cant ever get sick even when you're.ʼʼ 

Hand in hand you two make the walk to your room and soon get comfortable on the bed. Sharing the ice-cream and paying half attention to the movie.

You sneakily grin before dabbing a little onto his cheek. Stefan widens his eyes at the coldness as you laugh uncontrollably. His lips soon takes on a mischievous grin.

ʻʻOh no!ʼʼ You try bolting out of the bed but Stefan pulls you down. ʻʻYou are gonna regret that babe.ʼʼ

Soon a mini ice-cream fight had been declared. You had smushed ice-cream on his nose,cheeks,forehead and neck. Stefan had did the same only he rolled your sleeves up and messed your forearm as well.

Giggling and wiggling out of his grasp you mess some onto his hair.

ʻʻHey! Don't mess with the hair.ʼʼ

ʻʻHa! wait until i tell Damon
what you said.ʼʼ You stick your tongue out at a pouting Stefan.

After cleaning up you two lovebirds resume the movie and munch on the snacks.

The occasional sneeze left your mouth and your box of tissues were ready. Stefan would pat your back whenever you lifted yourself up from his hold to cover your nose. ʻʻI hate that you're sick.ʼʼ He sympathetically says.

Discarding the used tissue, you cup his cheeks and smile at his concern.
ʻʻI'm fine Stef, being here next to you right now despite this cold is perfect for our date.ʼʼ You assure him.

Stefan places a kiss on your forehead and you two watch the rest of the movie all snuggled up.
