~Meanwhile at Emily's place~

"Ryan!!"
Emily exclaimed

"Don't Ryan me!!"
He replied as he burst through the door

"What's going on?"
She asked

"Our meeting wasn't a coincidence wasn't it?"
He asked

"Okay now I don't know what your talking about."
She replied

He uttered

She replied

"The one time I actually find someone I truly connected with they had to be afflicted with David.
She added

"Even if I do believe you, Why are you trying to kill him?!!"
He asked

"He has a merchandise that belongs to the Castellanos -

"You gotta be kidding me!!
I know about the drug bust and the Castellanos demise yet you still wanna get back into that business!!!

He interjected

"The merchandise has information that could lead to the whereabouts of my mother okay!!
It's not just drugs the Castellanos were snuggling; the were snuggling children too.
She shouted

"You're doing this for your mother?"
Ryan asked

"After I graduated from university, I tried to find my mom but she was nowhere in Don Perico. I couldn't reach out to my dad because he was a part of the Delafrentes despite our relations.
So began looking into Raphael to see if I could get some insights to the Castellanos operations, but the poor soul had no knowledge of their off the book involements.

I began searching around, slept with him for that matter; I did whatever I could to get to sub level C , an underground warehouse where they held the records of everyone they smuggled in an effort to locate her.
I know she's not a child but if my mom is nowhere to be found often all these years, it has to be because of them!!!

I'm not just some power hungry little girl running around causing mayhem, I just need my mother!!
All I ask is that David hands over what he took, that's all I ask; but he refused to take the easy way out so I gotta get the merchandise myself, by any means necessary and I won't let anything or anyone get in my way!!!"
She uttered

Ryan was speechless as he slowly took a seat.

"I- I didn't know.

He sighed as a tear crawled down his face.

"You don't have to be sorry for me, I'm used to being like this.
If your gonna hinder me from finding my mother, I suggest you get out my way before this ends badly for both of us and trust me, I wouldn't want to hurt you but I will if I have to."
She replied

I'm an orphan as well and I'd do anything to find my birth mother.
You were taken against your will, sold, tortured, abused, denied a life of your choice;

He replied

"He doesn't know where she is and he doesn't want to tmake the hard decision to take matters into his own hands, snuff out David so I can locate the merchandise he had stolen to find my mother!!

She replied

He asked

We used to go on the upper balcony of the compound after she cleans and we'd dream about owning this fortress one day, strolling in the park, swimming by the pool, getting a massage, she deserved the world!!
Dad loved his Maria with all his heart/ which is why it pains me so much to see that he won't fight to find her!!"
She responded

"Your Mother's name is Maria?"
He surprisingly asked

She uttered

He disregarded

"David's mother has the same name, but I guess they just told him that to protect her identity. I'm sure that it wasn't -"

The both uttered

Amanda's eyes grew and flooded with tears,
Ryan was dumbfounded, as he uncontrollably stared.

"He's telling the truth Emily!!"
David interjects as he burst through the door.

She uttered as she picks up the gun

"He had nothing to do with this alright!!
There's no where in this city you could hide from me but right now I'm not here to fight.

He stated

She uttered

"Even if I give it to you, it wouldn't matter.
You still wouldn't be able to find Mom."
She stated

She asked

David sighed as he tried to hold back tears

She cried

David exhales deeply

"My dad, Marcus; however married, was in love with Maria.
They both had a child that would bring about oppression within the syndicate, despite having this knowledge, they still decided to preserve my life by sending me to an orphanage where I remain for 18 years until I was adopted my Antonio.
The Castellanos found out mom concieved a child and demanded it to be slain.

He exhaled deeply

"They abducted you as ransom to bargain for my whereabouts, Carlos didn't know of this so you can't blame him.
My father and your mother decided to keep my location a secret and they allowed to Russians to take you away and have you sold to the Castellanos."
He uttered

"What!!"
She cried

"It was a strategic plan Emily, a plan to immediately attack and rescue you before it was too late rather starting a war with all three syndicates!!
Dimitri attacked and Dad killed him but was shot by a poison bullet."
He added

"What about mom?
She asked

"Emily, I need you to-"

David, what about Mom!!!"
She cried

"She got caught in the crossfire trying save dad.
I'm sorry."
He uttered

She fell to the floor, she screamed, she cried,
One minute she was snatched from her mother and now she has died.
Ryan tried to tend to her, his help she refused,
Right now she needed her best friend, Melissa didn't refuse.
She held her in her arms as she wept,
David and Ryan gave them some space, on the couch she slept.

David felt responsible, wishing he had died,
She didn't deserve any of this, Ryan cried.
He now has a sibling, but what will he do?
Does he still avenge Caesar or start something new?

A few hours had passed, David went inside,
Melissa was asleep, Emily soberly cried.

"I wished you had never been born!!"
She uttered under her breath

"All those years I dreamt of walking barefooted on the grass with mom, getting ice cream, having a picnic without the thought of all the oppression!!
And you're gonna come in her and explain to me that my mother is dead because of you!!

She uttered

It hurts me everyday I wake up and I don't have anyone to call family!!

David lashed out

Amanda trembled as her body shivered

"Look, you're already my sister and we can't change that, but what we can do is end this rivalry between us because at the end of the day, none of us benefits in no possible way.

You were neglected of a life and I got tossed into one!
Let's not both suffer due to the aftermath of our parents, but let's write a course that ensures we both get what we deserve; a choice."
David added

"What about dad?"
She fearfully asked

"You don't worry about Carlos, I'll talk to him-"

You don't understand, my father loved mom; when he finds out that she died due to your existence; everything he believed in, everything he stood for will all be in vain!!"
She interjected

"That's a bridge we'll have to cross together, but we gotta speak to him not as enemies , but unified as one; as a family."
David replied

Emily looked up to him and wiped her eyes,
She could see he was genuine, she saw no lies.
She hugged him with such a warm embrace,
A hug from her family, she finally got a taste.

With a new found bond, back to the compound they went, to change Carlo's heart, or at least make an attempt.
