After a long drive from the cabin, Melissa finally arrived back in Don Perico,
Confused about how to feel about last night,
Her very evident feelings, she awkwardly tries to fight.

"Okay girl, you got this!!
Just go up to him and tell him last night was a mistake even though it's the best mistake that has happened to you; how hard can it be?"
She thought to herself

She drove up to his home, but it was all in flames,
Firefighters tried their best, but it was all in vain.
Citizens all around, telling the police what they had seen,
Melissa could believe her eyes, was this all a dream?

She immediately drove to Sally's house to see if David was there,
She might try to hide her feelings but it was evident she cared.

"Melissa!!!
Thank Goodness, we heard of the explosion at David's place; what's going on? Is he okay? Where is he?"
Shawn asked

"I have no idea, I thought he came here."
Melissa replied

"So now he's missing?!"
Sally asked

"But you went to find him last night right? Didn't you find him?"
Shawn enquired

"He was at the cabin and umm, well I called him down and when I woke up this morning he was gone!!
I then went to his house and it was all n flames and now I'm here."
She replied

"You were the last person to see him before he disappeared; first Caesar and now this!!"
Shawn uttered

"Listen we don't know if he's dead alright, I know he's not!!
I just need to know his whereabouts and know that he's okay, especially with all that rage."
Melissa replied

"What about that dude that was with us last night; the one that was staying at the house?"
Shawn asked

"You mean Ryan? You think he had something to do with this?"
Melissa asked

"Not to point fingers but everything started to go bad ever since he showed up!!"
Shawn commented

"He's at the hospital, police said he go shot in the leg after someone rescued him from the fire; well that's what the neighbors are saying."
Melissa stated

"Sally, have you heard anything from Amanda?"
Melissa asked

"Okay, hold up!! Do you think my sister has something to do with this?!!
And who is this Ryan guy?
Why are person's trying to kill David?
My head hurts right now, there's so much going on that we know nothing about!!"
Sally exclaimed

"I know this is a lot to deal with and I wished I could tell you more but right now, I need to find David!! So tell me, have you hear from her?"
Melissa enquired

"No!!!
And if you think Amanda has anything to do with this you are mistaken!!"
She uttered

"I gotta go, just let me know as soon as you hear something."
Melissa replied

She went through the door and back in her car,
She drove to the hospital which wasn't really far.
She spoke with Ryan, everything was now clear,
David has gone after Amanda and this is what she feared.

"We should have been in the Maldives nine hours ago!!
I hate this town!!"
Sally uttered

"I want to be on my honeymoon as well babe, but with all that's going on, Caesar's death and now David is missing; it's really hard to go on our honeymoon and enjoy our time there, knowing that a tragedy is going on here."
Shawn stated

"I know but why now?
Did we rush the wedding?
Sally sighed

"No no no, don't think that!! Okay,
Everything is perfect timing,we might not see it yet but it's all for a reason, let's just hope it's a good one."
He reassured

~Cellphone rings~

"Sally, it's Amanda!!"

Sally rushed to pick up the phone

"Manda!!! Is that you?"
Sally asked

"It's me little bug!!
I just want to apologize for taking a hike and not telling you that I'd be gone fore a while, you've been my big sister and even though I'm the adopted one, you've never made me feel less of a sister and for that I want to thank you!!
I might not have been there when you needed me most but I'm here now; can we meet up by the Perico Boatyard, it's best we have this convo in person?"
Amanda enquired

"Yes, yes of course!!
I'll see you in an hour!!"
Sally uttered as tears fall from her eyes

"Okay it means a lot, I'll see you soon."
Amanda ended

~Call ends~

"What did she want?"
Shawn asked

"She wants to meet up with me at the Boatyard so we can talk about everything, Shawn she's finally back after all these months!!"
Sally rejoiced

"We need to call Melissa."
He stated

"Why?
My sister has nothing to do with whatever is going on, she might have ghosted everyone for a few months buts that doesn't make her a Arsonist or a Murder!!
I can't believe you're in on this!"
She exclaimed

"I'm not in on anything, all I'm saying is it would be best to update Melissa just in case, she knows something that we don't.
It might prove her wrong!!"
He explained

"No!!
This is between my sister and I, Melissa has no place in this; but I should have known!!"
She uttered

"Should have known what?"
He asked

"Oh please, you know exactly what I'm talking about!!
Out with here for hours on the night of our wedding!! How do you think that makes me feel?
I get it you asked me to marry you, just so you can be closer with my sister's friend!!
I should have listen to Amanda and dumped your ass when I had the chance!!"
She uttered

"You know what, I'm not having this conversation!!"
He replied

"Yeah right!! That's why you wanted to delay out honeymoon so you can enjoy a little more time with her before you get sentenced into this life with me forever huh!!"
She shouted

"Where is all this coming from?
Do you hear yourself right now!!
You sound childish!!"
He replied

"I'm going to see Manda, you better not be here when I get back!!"
She stated as she shut the door

Shawn calls Melissa, but the line dropped
He decided to follow Sally to the Boatyard, across the street he stopped.
Melissa finally arrived at David's Compound,
Upon entry she heard a massive sound.
15 black cadillacs stormed through the gates,
With mounted machine guns and armour plates.
Where are they off to?
What could this mean?
Are they off to find David, was this his distress team?
She decided to follow the vehicles, however fast, she wanted to try,
But before getting back into her car, she heard a wavering cry.

She ran down to the shoreline of the Perico Bay,
She saw a injured man being picked by a stray.
She assisted him up, but he was extremely weak,
He tried to say something, but he could barely speak.
Who he was, she had no idea,
But when she looked closely, to her surprise; it was Carlos Garcia!!

She alerted the guard and they took him inside,
They were amazed to see him, everyone thought he died.
Melissa looked around the beautiful compound, so much wealth,
The took Carlos to the medical wing, as they nursed him back to health.

~Meanwhile at the Boatyard~

After an hour of waiting, Amanda arrived on the scene,
Sally couldn't believe she was actually here, was this all a dream?
Amanda slowly retracted a knife from her sleeve,
The very gift given to her from Sally on New Years Eve.

"Listen I'm sorry I-"

Sally hugs her tightly and passionately

"I don't care where you went or why you went!!
I'm just glad to have my sister back!!"
Sally uttered
as she cried on Amanda's shoulder

Amanda came with the intention to kill, but after hearing how happy Sally was to see her, despite being such a thorn in her life, she decided not to.
A tear came to her eye, as she felt her sister's warm embrace,
It was in that moment she decided to close this case.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!!
I promise you, I'll make everything right!!!
You'll never lose me every again!!"
Amanda cried as she kisses her sister on the forehead

Shawn quickly got out the car as she drove off

"What are you doing here?"
She asked

"Listen I know you don't want to see me but-"

Sally hugs Shawn as she cries

"I'm sorry about all those things I said!!
I was just overthinking and insecure, I'm sorry, you didn't deserve that!!"
She interjected

"It's okay babe!!
Let's go home."
He replied

~Back at the Compound~

Carlos woke up in excruciating pain,
He explained Amanda tried to kill him and he might have done David the same.

"I thought I could change her, I thought all she needed was the love and support she was neglected.
But she wanted more; she wanted them to pay!!
Which I understand, but I tried to show her that's not the way but all became futile when she learnt where Sally was officially getting married.
I got shot in the back before I fell in the water; and then I washed up here a day or two.

She wants to rebuild her own Cartel and reclaim the childhood that was stolen from her!! If I guess correctly, those vehicles are on their way to the Russians; they believe the Russians are responsible for David's disappearance and now they're going to war!!"
Carlos explained

"Thereby paving the way for Amanda's triumph!!
All would be left to do is to start her own Cartel there once the Russians are removed from the equation.
If the Delafrentes attack the Russians without a cause that could start a warfare between both Syndicates!!"
Melissa uttered

"We need to stop them or it will be the end of Don Perico as we know it!!
This town will become ground zero of a Mafia Gang war!!"
Carlos replied
