Chapter 31- The Wedding is Here

Songs in this chapter: 'So High' by John Legend

Cris' POV

The second time around will be just as special as the first time in the Virgin Islands.

I looked over to see my beautiful wife still sleeping, so I got up and went to wake up Rocco.

It is hard to wake Rocco up. Usually, I let them sleep late on Saturdays. But today, I had to get him up early. Surprisingly, he was already up playing with some of his toys.

"Good morning, Rocco."

"Good morning, daddy."

"Come on, let us get you in the bathroom so we can start getting dressed to go out."

"Okay, daddy."

So, I gave Rocco his bath. Afterward, he got dressed, and I told him to meet me downstairs. When I went back into our bedroom, let's just say I hoped someone was downstairs to give Rocco something to eat.

"Sweetheart, I thought you were sleeping?"

"How could I sleep when I am getting married again to the man of my dreams?"

Kamea had on her robe, and I could tell she was naked. Kamea took it off and said, "I didn't get a chance to thank you for my surprise properly. Now, strip."

Kamea walked over, jumped on me, and wrapped her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck. "We are not going to see each other until I walk down the aisle. Momma wants her hubby in the chaise lounge, now."

"Someone is a little frisky this morning."

"Well, I can't help it. You bring out the beast in me."

*****************************

Jake's POV

I went downstairs to see their son by himself. "Hey, Rocco. Why are you by yourself?"

"My daddy told me to wait downstairs."

I had a feeling Cris got sidetracked, if you know what I mean.

"What would you like to eat for breakfast?"

"Cereal."

"Okay, I'll get it for you." I grabbed a bowl for him and one for me. They had Frosted Flakes, so that is what we ate.

Mr. Toscano, Cam, and Dominic entered the kitchen. The ladies were still sleeping after the party. Well, Kam isn't asleep. She is getting her breakfast now.

Mr. Toscano said, "Everyone can take a seat while Dominic and I fix breakfast." They fixed eggs, pancakes, bacon, and sausage. Cam was about to fix coffee.

"Coffee smell still bothers Kam."

"Thanks for the warning."

Rocco tapped me, "May I have a pancake, please?"

"Sure, I'll get you one."

I got one for Rocco and some for me.

About an hour later, Cris finally showed up. I couldn't help but snicker.

"Good morning, everyone."

I looked at him and busted out laughing. And he knew what I was laughing at.

"I gave Rocco his breakfast."

"Thanks, Jake."

I'm guessing Kam is in the tub soaking after their, um, session.

We just all sat there talking and laughing. About another hour later, Kam came down. "Good morning, everyone."

"Shot time, sweetheart."

"Ugh, okay." Cris then gave Kam her shot. "Ouch."

Cris starts talking about the plans for getting Kam to the wedding location.

"Rocco and I are going to be leaving soon. The guys are going to be changing at the house that is on the grounds where our wedding will be. However, Jake is staying here and is leaving with you all. The limo will be here shortly. But, it will not leave the house until 3:30 pm. There will be a photographer coming, as well as someone to do your makeup and hair. Remember, listen to whatever Jake says. Understand?"

"Yes, handsome."

"Now, give me some sugar."

Kam walked over to Cris and gave him a passionate kiss.

Rocco said, "Ewww."

"Rocco, let's go."

"Coming, daddy!"

Kam's POV

"Wait a minute. Rocco, my handsome prince, aren't you going to give mommy a hug and kiss?" He ran over to me and hugged me, and kissed my cheek. "Now, you can go with daddy."

I heard my girls coming into the house, so I am guessing it is time for me to start getting ready.

Noeli came into the kitchen. "Hey, Jake. Come on, Kam. It's time to start getting you ready."

"See you later, Jake." And then, I went upstairs.

When I finally reached my room, my mom said, "Kam, go ahead and shower first. Then, when you are finished, come back in here."

So, I went to the bathroom and took a nice, warm shower, and my mind drifted to the wedding.

"Marrying the love of my life and, this time, with my family and friends. I love it."

Once I was done, I put on one of the sexy lingerie outfits I bought for our wedding night tonight. I had to get it a size larger to accommodate my babies. It's not like the lingerie is going to stay on long anyway.

Then, I put my robe on, so my hair and makeup could be done.

"The hairstylist and makeup artist is in one of your spare bedrooms."

"Okay." So, I made my way to the first one that I came upon. And they are there. My princess was being a good little girl and getting her hair done. "Aww, mommy is so proud of you, princess."

"Thank you, mommy." Día was finishing up, so I told her, "Princess, go see Nonna in mommy's bedroom." She got out of the chair and made her way out of the room.

"For my hair, I just want something simple - curled and then swooped to the side."

"Okay. I can do that." I got my hair done first, then my makeup. It took about 2 hours for both to be done. After I was done, I went back to our bedroom.

My princess looked absolutely cute in her dress and flower crown. "Mommy! Mommy! Look at my dress!"

"It's beautiful, princess."

Noeli, Marissa, Briana, Tamia, and Alessandra looked beautiful in their dresses.

The guys are going to have their mouths wide open when they see those dresses.

My mom said, "Now, it's time to put on your dress.

"Kam, Cris is going to go crazy when he sees you in that dress!" Alessandra says.

"My baby girl looks stunning! You have the figure for it. It fits you perfectly, even with your baby bump."

"Thanks, mom."

I heard a knock on the door. "Come in. "Ladies, let me......." Jake couldn't finish his sentence when he saw me in my dress.

Jake's POV

I couldn't even finish my sentence. Kam looks absolutely beautiful in her wedding dress. I better stop staring and say something. "Kam, you are a beautiful bride. Cris is one lucky fellow."

"Thank you, Jake."

"You're welcome. The limo is here, so let me know when you are ready to leave." And then I went back downstairs.

Mama Jayde's POV

"🤔🤔 Was it just me, or was Jake really staring at Kam a little too long? Does he still have feelings for Kami? " I just stood there with a puzzled look on my face. I was then snapped back into reality.

"Mom, are you okay? I'm ready to start going downstairs."

"I'm fine, baby. Let's go." And we left the room and headed downstairs.

The photographer took pictures of Kam's every step as she came down the spiral staircase. She really was a beautiful bride. I am proud of her. Mother to two beautiful kids that she loves as her own. And two are on the way. She really does have what she always wanted. I couldn't help but shed a few tears for her.

"Let's take some pictures before we go."

The first couple of pictures were of Kami. She pretended to blow a kiss and did several different poses.

The next one was of Kami and Princess Día. That's what I call her. She is just so adorable.

Then, the next one was of Kami and me.

Then, me, Noeli, and Kami.

Kami took a picture with her girls.

And the last one she took was with Jake.

Once the pictures were done, we were ready to go. "Princess, you have your flowers ready?"

"Yes, Nonna."

"Good. You are the cutest flower girl I have ever seen. Let's go get Kami married again to Cris."

After everyone was out of the house, Jake then locked the door. The photographer snapped pictures of everyone getting in the limo.

After everyone, including the photographer, was in the limo, we were on our way.

*******************

Jake's POV

Once we were in the limo, I made a call to Cris.

"Cris, we are in the limo and on our way."

"Thanks for calling, Jake."

"You're welcome."

********************

Cris' POV

"May I have your attention, please? The bridal party is on its way. May everyone please begin to take their seats. We will begin promptly at 5 pm."

Kalani came up to me and asked, "I can tell you are nervous. But why are you nervous?"

"I have always been nervous, wondering if I am doing a good job as her husband. Kamea is so beautiful, and I am madly in love with her. I am scared of losing her because of these crazy people. Reed is gone, but there is Candi and Chase. And Chase will not give up until he has her."

"Piece of advice, from what I have observed, you are a great husband to Kami. You have gone above and beyond to protect her. And I absolutely agree with you yelling at her. That daughter of mine can be quite stubborn at times. Kami has eyes only for you, just as you have only eyes for her. You will be fine. Just keep doing what you are doing. And keep your eyes on that man over there. That is Jayde's brother. He keeps looking at Kami like he wants to violate her. And Jayde's mother, for some reason, always insults Kami because she is lighter than the other grandchildren."

"She may be my in-law, but I can't stand the woman. And, if he tries anything, I will break him in half. My brothers are watching him too."

"Thanks, Kalani."

"You're welcome, Cris."

We stood there talking for a bit. Rocco was standing there with us.

15 minutes later.

"Cris, the limo has just arrived, and we should be ready in a few."

"Okay, Jake. Thanks."

"The ladies are here."

I knelt to Rocco. "Rocco, I want you to go with Kalani here and join your sister. Be a good boy, understand?"

"Yes, daddy." He hugged me, and then they both walked away.

Jake's surprise for Kam gave me the thumbs up that he was ready.

The music to the song started playing once we saw who was walking down the aisle first. And the photographer went to work, snapping a picture of every moment that was to come.

First up were my parents, and then Jayde and Kalani. Kalani went back so he could walk with her.

Then, it was Alessandra and her husband, Tony.

Tamia and Salvatore were next.

Marissa and Andre came next.

Jake walked with Briana.

Then, it was Marco and Noeli.

Everyone stood up when they saw my jewels, Día and Rocco, come down the aisle. My baby girl looked beautiful as she tossed the rose petals in her basket on the ground. And Rocco carried a satin pillow with our wedding rings on them. That was a proud dad moment.

Once they were near me, I motioned them to stand with their Nonno and Nonna.

Then, I saw a vision of beauty approaching with her father. She looked absolutely stunning and sexy in that dress. My testosterone levels shot up fast. That dress hugged every curve Kamea had. "I can't wait to take it off."

Kam's POV

As my dad and I were walking towards the aisle, I saw so many people - family and friends that came to support us. Once we faced the aisle, I noticed a familiar voice and looked at my dad, "No way! John Legend is singing at my wedding!"

"Baby girl, are you ready to take a walk?"

"I'm ready, daddy."

I saw the rose petals my princess had thrown. Then, I looked straight ahead toward Cris, my handsome king. And, might I add, he looks quite scrumptious in that suit.

We both had the biggest grins on our faces. As we approached the gazebo, I saw tears in Cris' eyes. It made me feel like my face would be flooded with tears.

Before my dad handed me over to Cris, he said in Hawaiian, "

"Aloha wau iāʻoe a ke haʻaheo nei wau no ka wahine āu i lilo ai." (I love you, and I am so proud of the woman you've become.)

"Aloha au iāʻoe, e papa." (I love you too, daddy.)

My mom, uncles, grandma, grandpa, and Noeli knew what we said and shed a few tears. Then, Cris held his hand out to me, and we walked together on the gazebo.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the wedding ceremony for Kamea and Cris on this beautiful sunny day."

The officiant gave a beautiful wedding speech. Cris and I held hands the whole time and stole glances at each other.

Twenty minutes later, it was time to say our vows.

"Kamea and Cris, it is now time to say your vows to each other. Kamea, you go first."

So, Cris and I faced each other while still holding hands.

"Cris, I have to admit that the first time we got married in the Virgin Islands, I was a nervous wreck. I worried if I could be a good enough wife for you. I still worry because I love you very much and don't ever want to lose you. You, Día, and Rocco mean the world to me. I treasure every day we spend together. Thank you for waiting for me, thank you for our wedding in the Virgin Islands, and thank you for our wedding today with our family and friends.

I vow to stay by your side for the rest of our lives. I vow to be your wife, best friend, lover, and mother to your children. Through the good times and bad, I will be there for you. I love you very much and can't see my life without you in it. This is my solemn vow to you."

There wasn't a dry eye at the wedding after I finished my vows.

"Cris, your next."

Cris' POV

"Kamea, I had those same worries. Worrying if I could be the best husband I could be. But, after hearing you say that, we can worry together because I don't see myself with anyone else.

And, while talking to Kalani earlier, he said, 'To keep doing what you are doing.'

Sweetheart, I love you very much. I love how you love and adore my kids. And they love you just as much. You are the best thing that has happened to us.

I vow to be the best husband, father, lover, and best friend. I thought the Virgin Islands ceremony was the best thing. But being here with our family and friends supporting us is even better.

Thank you for choosing me as your husband and father to our kids. I vow to protect you, love you, and be there for you through the good times and the bad. I love you very much, and this is my solemn vow to you."

Again, not a dry eye in the house.

"Before Kamea and Cris say I do, who is here to give the bride away?"

Kam's POV

My father raised his hand, "I do."

"Is there anyone that objects to Cris and Kamea's marriage?"

I turned around and had my hands on both of my hips. "Don't even think about it, especially you grandma," I said while looking at my mom's mother.

"And now the wedding couple will exchange their rings as they say their I do's."

Cris motioned for Rocco to bring over the pillow that carried our rings. He looked so cute in his suit.

"Do you, Cristiano Amadore Fiore, take Kamea Malia Fiore again to be your lawfully wedded wife?

To have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse,

For richer or for poorer,

In sickness and in health,

To love and to cherish until death do you part?"

Without hesitation, Cris says, "I do."

"And Kamea,

Do you, Kamea Malia Fiore, take Cristiano Amadore Fiore again,

to be your lawfully wedded husband?

To have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse,

For richer or for poorer,

In sickness and in health,

To love and to cherish until death do you part?"

I looked up at Cris, with tears in my eyes again, and said, "I do."

The wedding officiant then proclaimed, "In front of your family and friends, and here in the great state of California, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you, Kamea and Cris, husband and wife. Cris, you may kiss your bride."

Cris placed both hands on my cheeks and smashed his lips into mine. That kiss was magical. Suddenly, we heard the clearing of throats.

"May I now present to you Mr. & Mrs. Cris and Kamea Fiore."

While still holding hands, he grabbed Rocco, and I grabbed Día's hand. Then, the four of us walked down the aisle to greet our guests.

"Cris, I need something to drink." Cris had one of his security detail get me some water. First up was his grandparents from Italy.

"That was a lovely ceremony, Cris and Kamea." "Congratulations! You both are perfect for each other."

"Thank you, Nonna and Nonno."

Next was my dad's parents.

"Mahalo, Kamea a me Cris. Hana haʻaheo mākou iāʻoe i ka meli. I ka manawa hea e kū ai nā māhoe?" (Congratulations, Kamea and Cris. We are so proud of you, honey. When are the twins due?)

"Mahalo, kupunawahine. Hāʻawiʻia i ka lāʻo Kekemapa." (Thank you, grandma. They are due in December.)

"We will see you later, Kamea."

The security guy came back with some water. Next was my grandmother and creepy uncle.

"So, you are the one that married her? Don't you think she is too light? Noelani isn't that light."

Cris was angry when she said that. He grabbed me, stood behind me, and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Can I ask you why you treat your granddaughter that way? It should not matter what her skin color is. My parents raised me to respect my elders. But, whatever respect I had for you is gone. I will not have you insulting my wife. I love her, my kids love her, and my family loves her. If you came here to hurt her feelings, I have no problem having you escorted off the premises. And you, if I see your hands anywhere near Kamea, you are going to pay! Now, you can either enjoy the reception or leave. Your choice."

They walked off after that. I turned around to look into his eyes. "Thank you, handsome." And then kissed Cris. Up next were my Val and Alyshea. They hugged me.

"Congratulations, Kamea and Cris. Did your grandmother really ask you that?"

"She does that to me every time we have family get-togethers. I'm not going to lie, but it hurts to hear her say that. I don't bother visiting her anymore."

"Kamea sweetie, my grandmother would tell me I was too dark. It got to the point my mom stopped taking me to see her. Don't let it get to you. Cris handled it, and he did so respectfully. Enjoy your day, sweetheart."

"And, let me know if that uncle of yours bothers you. I'll take care of it."

"Thank you both so much for your support. And thank you for coming."

Cam and Cocoa were up next.

"Thank you, Cam and Cocoa, for everything and for supporting us today."

"You're welcome. And you all are welcome to visit us in Florida sometime," Cam said.

"The kids would love that. And, so would I."

"Kamea, I love your dress! It's beautiful!"

"It really is," Cris said with a smirk on his face.

We all chuckled at that. "I saw the look on your face when I walked with my dad. I could use some more water, handsome." Cris had the security guy bring me some more.

"We'll see you guys later."

Mr. Dominic and his wife were next. I haven't met her yet.

"Congratulations Kamea and Cris! I want you to meet my wife, Eliana."

"It's nice to meet you, Kamea and Cris. And you can call me Eli."

"It's nice to meet you too, Eli.  Thank you so much for coming."

"You're welcome. We'll see you later at the reception."

Next up were Nic, Rey, and Cris.

"Congratulations to both of you! I love your dress."

"Thank you, Rey.  I can finally calm my nerves."

"You didn't appear nervous at all, Kamea," Nic said.

"Ha! I sure was. Thanks for not noticing."

"See you all later."

There were my uncles left, Channing Tatum and Joe Manganiello. "Might as well bring a small pitcher of water over. I am thirsty." So, the security guy went to get it.

Uncle Keoni and Koa walked up.

"Mahalo,ʻo Kami a me Cris. A, hauʻoli i ka lilo kokeʻana i makuahine. (Congratulations, Kami and Cris. And congratulations on becoming a mother soon.)

"Mahalo iāʻoe,ʻAnakala Keone. A, pono iaʻu e hānau i Kekemapa." ("Thank you, Uncle Keoni. And, I am due to give birth in December.)

"Thank you, Cris, for taking good care of Kami," My Uncle Koa said to Cris.

"You're welcome. Kamea can be stubborn sometimes. But she is mine, and I wouldn't have it any other way."

"You're right. Kami can be stubborn."

"Hey, I'm right here, you know. But your both right."

"See you both later."

"Thank goodness they are the last guest to greet. I need to sit down. And, what is with that cheese grin on his face?" I quietly mumbled to myself as the two walked over to us.

"Congratulations to both of you. That was a beautiful ceremony."

"Thank you, guys, so much for staying and coming. It means a lot to me."

"You're welcome." Channing Tatum said as he winked. I could feel that Cris squeezed me tighter when he did that.

"Hopefully, you will be able to make it to our reception."

"We will be there." And, then, they walked away. Our photographer walked over. "It is time to take your pictures. Where would you like me to take them?"

I looked up at Cris and asked, "Can we take them over in front of the gazebo?"

He kissed me and told the photographer, "Over by the gazebo it is."

"Rocco and Día, we are taking pictures now."

We took group pictures first. We took one with Cam & Cocoa too.

Then, it was Cris and me. The photographer wanted us to kiss. So, we did. Again, Marco started clearing his throat. "There are kids here."

Next, it was the ladies, including my mom and Isabela, and me in several poses.

Then, Cris and the guys, including my dad, Antonio, Val, and Dominic, took pictures in several poses.

This time, it was his groomsmen and me.

And Cris and my bridesmaids.

Then, the parents. I took some with Antonio and Isabela. And Cris took some with my parents.

The last shot was of everyone. "Cam and Cocoa, I want you both in this shot too. You both have done so much for me, and I love you guys like my family." So, they joined in too.

The photographer then said, "Beautiful set of pictures, family. Let's head over to the reception."

It was a short walk, but I was feeling tired. "We have a golf cart to take us over," Cris told me.

"Thank you, handsome. I need to change out of my wedding dress first."

"Let's go over."

Chase's POV

I took a peek over at their ceremony. They had no idea I was even looking.

"This disguise is perfect. By being disguised as a bartender, they don't even know that I am here. I just had to see my prize, even though she married Cris. My goodness, look at her in that dress. The mental images that I am having right now are unholy. One day, sexy, you will be mine. Just hang in there."
