Kamea's POV

After I gave Día and Rocco their answer, I gave them both a kiss on their cheeks. Rocco, of course, started wiping it off. Everyone chuckled at him doing that.

Then, after I gave Cris his answer, I kissed him as if I would never see him again. After about 5 minutes, my dad started clearing his throat once he noticed we were fondling each other. Cris even put his hands on my butt.

"Are we just going to stand here and watch you two kiss all night? There are two sweet little children here, you know?"

When we broke from our kiss, Cris had my lipstick all over his mouth. So, I wiped it off with my fingers.

"Rocco, let me have the necklace so I can put it on Kamea's neck." Rocco gave Cris the necklace. I turned around so he could place it on me.

"I just wanted to say a few words before the party starts. Thank you all so much for your love and support while I was in the hospital. It means so much to me."

"I remember when Rocco came over to me in the hospital and said I was pretty. I felt a strong attachment to them then. Rocco even asked Cris, 'Can the pretty doctor be your girlfriend?' I love that they both gave me their favorite teddy bears. That was special."

I started getting a little emotional, so Cris motioned for them to come over, and they held my hand. "They may not be my flesh and blood, but I love them as if they were my own kids."

"Take your time, sweetheart," Cris said while hugging me.

"To my charming boyfriend, the night we first met, I must admit that I was attracted to you. But, because of what happened with Reed, I did not think I could ever find someone who loved me for me."

"When I no longer had amnesia, and you told me everything you did for me, my attraction turned into love. You always told me that I was special, but I could not see it. Cris, you made me feel special, not just with words but also actions. I love you, Día and Rocco so much. You all have won over my heart."

"Now, everybody, enjoy the party." All the attention overwhelmed me, so I turned to lean my face into Cris's chest and cried my eyes out.

"Congratulations, baby girl. I am glad you found someone to share your heart with. Thank you, Cris, for treating my daughter like she deserves to be treated - like a queen," my dad said. What my dad told Cris meant a lot to me. So, I walked over to him and hugged him. "Thanks, daddy."

"I know you all sent me over to mom to harass Cris. But, he's a good guy, and he is mine."

"We had to make sure his intentions towards you were genuine. We don't play when it comes to Kami, Noel, and Marissa," my uncle Keoni says.

"With Marissa, Kamea, and Noel being the only girls in the family, of course, we're going the extra length to protect them," my uncle Koa said.

"How are my favorite uncles doing? Hey Kam and Cris, congratulations. I am so happy for both of you."

"Hey, Marissa and Andre. Thank you. And thank you for coming."

"Ooh, fresh meat. Yo Andre, is my niece happy?" Uncle Koa asked him. Andre was nervous.

"Y-Yes, sir. V-very happy."

"Good. If she wasn't....." Uncle Keoni said while pretending to snap a branch.

"I have another surprise for you, sweetheart. Follow me."

Cris took my hand and led me to a beautiful wooden swing bench in his yard. He pulled out a jewelry box, gave it to me, and told me to open it. I could not believe what I saw when I opened it.

Cris's POV

"The necklace was from Día and Rocco. Of course, I bought it for them to give to you. But this one is from me. It is an engagement ring, but I bought it to be a promise ring. Because one day, I promise to ask your dad for permission to marry you."

"I don't know what to say. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. All my jewelry was burned in the fire. And I cannot find the necklace my dad gave me when I was a little girl. That necklace meant so much to me. I love it. Thank you. I wish the night would never end."

I put the ring on her right hand. It fits perfectly. And then, Kamea wrapped her arms around me and rested her head on my chest. I started caressing Kamea's arms and back.

"This night is just the beginning for us. So, where would you like to go for our first official date as boyfriend and girlfriend?"

"Can we have a two-part date? I want one with the four of us. And one with just the two of us. I am not fussy. It doesn't matter where we go or what we do."

"Hmm, okay. Tomorrow, how about the four of us spend the day together? Then, plan our date for another day?"

"Sounds like a plan."

"Let us go back to the party."

We made our way back to the party. My dad approached me and asked, "Is everything okay?"

"I gave Kamea the other gift that we talked about."

"Congratulations. Kamea, we are so glad to have you become a part of our family. We have two other children. Marco and Alessandra wanted to come but could not make it. They wanted to meet the woman who has a place in Cris' heart."

Kam's POV

I almost choked on my spit. "Marco Fiore, the model?!"

Cris rolled his eyes at me. Hey, Marco is super hot, and he's my sister's crush. Noeli's got it bad for Marco.

Antonio replied, "Yes, that's him. Do you know him?"

"I'm a huge fan. And don't tell anyone, but Noeli has the biggest crush on him. Wait until she finds out that Marco and Cris are brothers. I can't wait to meet them."

Marissa and Noel came to grab me so we could dance.

I heard Cris say, "What are those three up to?"  He is going to love his surprise.

It had been a while since I danced, and it felt good. After we finished dancing, I walked back over to Cris and Antonio.

"I didn't have a gift to give you, so I danced for you. And I knew you would like it. Especially after the dance I did at the club that one night."

"You have already given me the only gift I need - your heart."

"What did I do to win your heart, mind, and body?"

"By just being yourself."

"I love it. And I love you, Cris."

"I love you too, sweetheart."

*The next morning*

Cris's POV

I told the twins last night that I had a surprise for them today. The four of us are going to Disneyland. So, I went to wake them up, get them dressed and had them go downstairs.

Kamea was already up and downstairs fixing us breakfast. After getting dressed, I made my way downstairs to my beautiful family.

"Good morning, Día and Rocco."

"Good morning, daddy."

And, of course, I went to get a taste of the plump, luscious lips. Kamea reminded me, "There are children present. Calm down, boy. Cris, you don't always have to call me Kamea. My nicknames are Kam and Kami. My favorite one is Kami."

"Got it. I have a fun day planned for us. Guess where we are going? It is one of the happiest places on earth that kids are excited to go to."

"Where, Daddy? Where?" Rocco said.

"We are going to Disneyland today. So, finish your breakfast, brush your teeth and get ready to go."

"Yes, daddy!" They both got up from the table and ran upstairs to clean their teeth.

"Are you ready for your insulin shot, baby?"

"Yes, but let me close my eyes. I can't stand the sight of needles."

"If you are a good girl, I'll have a reward for you later."

"As much as I would love your reward, I am not watching you stick me with that needle. No way."

I went to get Kamea's shot. Before I even got over there, she had her eyes closed.

"Ow."

"See, all done." As Kamea headed upstairs, I couldn't resist. So, I tapped her booty.

"Hey!" She said.

"I couldn't resist it." Within 10 minutes, we were all back downstairs, ready to leave.

"Before we leave, there is one other thing. I thought it would be nice to spend the night there so we could stay all day."

"But we didn't pack any clothes."

'Sweetheart, one thing you will get to know about me is I am like a secret ninja. Clothes are packed and in the truck for all four of us." It was my turn to wink.

I had already ordered tickets for us last night after the party. So, when we arrive, we don't have to wait in long lines. When we arrived at the park, it was packed. And just as I thought, the line was long. Kamea held Día's hand, and I held Rocco's hand. Then, both of us held each other's empty hands.

We watched the kids get on a ride after ride. And they were not tired at all. There were a few rides that Kamea and I were able to get on with them. There was a carousel. There was also a railroad running through the park.

We saw a Finding Nemo ride that the kids wanted to go on. Finding Nemo is one of their favorite movies.

The day's highlight was going to Mickey Mouse's House, where they met him. "Daddy! Daddy! There is Mickey Mouse!! Can we go meet him?!" So, we walked over to Mickey Mouse. We took pictures and even got autographs for the twins.

We found a photo booth, and all four of us got in. We took all kinds of funny pictures. One picture we took was of me kissing my beautiful girlfriend. After taking so many pictures, we went to a gift shop to buy a photo album, then went to get dinner.

We ordered our food, and I told them to find us a table, and I would bring the food over. While we were eating, talking, and laughing, I just happened to look up and saw a nightmare - Candi.

"What in the world is she doing here?" My blood started boiling because she was making her way over to us to cause trouble.

"Well, look who we have here?" Kamea and the kids looked up and saw her. Día and Rocco were frightened when they looked up.

"What do you want, Candi?! We were having a wonderful time until you ruined it."

"I still can't believe you chose her over me - Ms. Steal a Man."

"What part of the reason I told you did you not get? You cheated on me numerous times, and you insulted my children! And, might I add, raised your hand to them! Nobody, and I mean nobody, will EVER touch my children! So kindly leave us alone!!"

Candi started to open her mouth again but was stopped.

"Look, you heard what Cris said!! Please leave! You are scaring my kids!! Look, lady, I didn't steal Cris from you. You lost him!! You cheated on him and insulted Día and Rocco! Are you out of your mind?! Cris is mine now, and I am never giving him, Día, or Rocco up!!! So, get over yourself!!" Kamea said towards Candi with a pissed-off look on her face.

My poor kids stood behind Kamea, scared. Suddenly, everyone in the restaurant was looking our way. A waiter came over to ask if everything was okay. "No, it is not! She is scaring my kids, and I don't appreciate that!" 

Hearing Kamea say 'my kids' was heartwarming.

"Ma'am, you need to leave because you are causing a scene." Then, the waiter left.

"Before I leave, you better watch your little girlfriend over there. You never know; she may turn up missing." 

This time, I stood up and grabbed Candi's wrist, "If you lay a hand on Kamea or my kids, read my lips - 'I WILL KILL YOU MYSELF.' Now, get out of my sight." And Candi left.

"Cris, I am sorry for overstepping my boundaries. I shouldn't have said what I said."

"No need to apologize, sweetheart. I was happy about what you said. It makes me love you even more. My kids mean the world to me. And I love how you stood up for them."

The waiter came back with the manager, and he apologized and offered to pay for our meal. He even offered us dessert. So I asked, "It must be sugar-free because my girlfriend and I are Diabetic, and we are teaching our kids to eat right."

"Of course. I'll bring a menu over." The waiter brought the menu, and we all wanted the ice cream.

On our way out of the restaurant, Día saw her favorite princess. "Daddy! Daddy! Can we go say hi to Princess Tiana?!"

"Let's go say hi."

Día dragged us over, so she could say hi. She tapped her arm. Princess Tiana looked down at Dia. "Well, hi there. Aren't you a pretty little girl? What's your name, sweetheart?"

"My name is Día. And that's my daddy, my brother, and my mommy."

Kamea and I looked at each other. She started to cry when she heard Día say, 'mommy.'

"Would you like to take a picture, Día?"

"Is it okay, daddy?"

"How about all of us take a picture?"

"Okay, daddy."

Princess Tiana asked one of the people walking with her to take a picture. The person taking the picture says, "Sir, you have a beautiful family." And he snapped the picture. "Thank you."

"I really do have a beautiful family," I proudly proclaimed.

We waited to see the fireworks show. It was beautiful. I leaned over to Kamea's ear. "You're beautiful, and I love you."

After the fireworks show, we left the park and went straight to our hotel room. We didn't have to go far because we stayed at one of the Disney-themed hotels. Día and Rocco were fast asleep. So, we each held one of the kids and went to check-in.

"Since we're only staying for one night, I just got a two-bedroom suite. Do you want it to be girls and boys or the twins in one room and us in the other?"

"That's fine, Cris. It is not a problem. You know you want to cuddle."

She's right. I do want to cuddle. We put the twins in one room and us in the other. Then, I went to get our bags and brought them back to the room.

Kamea changed Día into her night clothes and I changed Rocco into his night clothes. We put the cover over them and kissed them on their foreheads.

"I can't wait to see what you packed for me," Kamea said and went to the bathroom to change. I like to sleep bare-chested, so I brought pajama bottoms for me.

"Good job on the night clothes."

I picked yoga pants and a sports bra. I remember Jayde said Kamea likes to wear that. So, I turned off the light. We got under the covers, cuddled, and said, "Goodnight."
