AU where Tony and Stephen live together and adopted Peter at a young age

"Uh.. Pops..?" Peter called one day after school, holding his hand. He got bit by a spider on the school field trip, and it was really starting to hurt.

Stephen looked at Peter as he drug his way into the living room. "I-i think there's something wrong with me-" he says. "What's wrong, Pete?"
Peter showed Stephen his hand. "Ooh.." Stephen said with a slight grimace; the spider bite was rather big.

"How the hell did this happen?" Stephen asks. "I-i.. Don't know.. But.. I was on a school... Field... Trip.." Peter says, getting insane vertigo and collapsing. His ears were ringing, too, so he couldn't hear anything much.
Stephen caught him before he fell, worried, of course. "Pete? Peter! Hey, are you okay?" he asked, getting no response, as Peter was too busy covering his ears and groaning in pain. He eventually ended up passing out, and Stephen set him on the couch, calling Tony.

"What? I was working on- oh, my god-" Tony says, immediately growing worried when he saw Peter unconscious on the couch.
"He came home complaining about that thing on his hand, and when I tried to look at it, it's like he lost balance and just.. Collapsed, I don't know what happened-" Stephen says.

"Jarvis, read vitals." Tony says, frowning. "His heart seems to be beating at a bit of a rapid pace, and I can sense multiple genetic mutations occurring." Jarvis responds. "What?!"
"The cause of this is the spider bite on his right hand, which is giving off radioactive energy." Jarvis explained.

"What the hell is it doing to him?" Tony asks. "It seems his physical strength is increasing an incredible amount, along with heightened reflexes and sense of hearing. I also detect tiny hooks on his fingers, much like those on an insect that help them stick to walls. Oh, and web spinners in both of his wrists, sir." Jarvis explains, showing multiple holograms as he spoke.

"With that many genetic mutations.. Is he going to live?" Stephen asks. "The probability is high, sir." Jarvis responds. Tony thought for a moment. ".. So... Our kid now has the abilities of a spider... Plus some?"
"That's an oversimplification, sir, but indeed correct." Jarvis says. "... I'm gonna go to the lab, watch after him, Stephen-" Tony says, rushing off.

"Tony-" Stephen sighs, looking at Peter.

When Peter started waking up, Stephen looked at him. "Pete- oh thank god- how are you feeling?" he asks. Peter winced, covering the ear closest to Stephen for a moment before covering them both. "My god, it's loud..."

"Oh, right.. You have superpowers now." Stephen says. Peter looks at him, frowning in confusion. "What?"

Stephen explained what Jarvis had told them, even showing Peter where the web spinner glands are on his arms.

Peter looked at his arm. "So, if I..." he trails off, pressing down on his palm with his middle and ring finger. A web shot from his wrist, and he stared in amazement.
"Holy shit-" he says, grabbing onto the web and tugging to test the strength. "This... Does this mean I can fight with you guys?! Please?!" he asks, smiling excitedly.

"Not without training. You can't just go into battle with a power you just learned about, that's how you get yourself killed." Stephen says.

"But you will have a suit!" Tony called, coming up from the lab with messy hair. "I made a blueprint for a suit already, I want you to come see if you like it."
"Tony-"
"Kid's got powers, he needs a suit. I don't make the rules."

Stephen rolls his eyes, he and Peter following Tony down to the lab.

"Hey, Tony, who's the new guy?" Natasha asks. "Oh, he's on our side. Don't worry." Tony says.

When Peter was knocked to the ground, Tony flew up to him, making sure he was okay.
"Hey. Woah- it's me, kid, same side-" he says as Peter blindly started fighting back out of instinct. Once Peter settled down a little, he looked at Tony. "Oh.. Dad, sorry-"

"It's alright. But you're done, okay?" Tony says. "But-"
"You're done." Tony interrupted insistently before flying off. "Okay, I'm done.." Peter agreed, laying down and taking a breather.

After the fight ended, Nat went up to Peter, kneeling down and tilting her head. "What's your name, kid?"
Peter looks at her, and sat up. "I'm uh, I'm Peter. I have two last names though, my birth one and adoptive one-" he said.

"Oh?" Natasha asks. "Yeah, my last name by birth is Parker, but my adoptive last name- and the one I tend to use at like, school- is Stark." Peter explained.
Nat looked surprised. "Stark? Like Tony's last name?"

Stephen made a portal to Peter, sitting him up carefully. "Are you hurt?" he asks. "No, nothing serious pops.." Peter responds, holding his mask in his lap. "Alright, but you rest when we get home, understand?"

"Yeah, understood.."
