".....yeah I'm fine" I said to my phone while grabbing a few tech parts.

My lab wasn't exactly as fancy as it used to be. Honestly, I couldn't really call it a lab either. It was the area next to my sleeping mattress where I had stuff for my suit that didn't have radioactive or dangerous parts in. Those parts I had a few feet away from my "bed". I've been living like this for almost two weeks. The abandoned warehouse had been safe so far. But I knew that I would have to move sometime this week. Or he'd find me.

"You sure? I could probably go and get food if you need some" Wade said over the phone.

"No, no. I have plenty. And I was out for patrol earlier. Can't have more activity in the city" I said.

"Where are you going next? Wakanda?" Wade asked.

"That's the plan....but Shuri can't send a ship. She thinks it would outsmart the city censors. But it's not worth the risk." I explained as I sat down on my bed and put Wade on loudspeaker.

"Alright so where are you going?"

"I'm....not sure" I admitted.

"I know a guy in Texas who owes me a favor. Could probably give you a place to stay for a few days"

"Yeah....that'd be great. But I don't know how to get there. It's a long way from New York." I said and started finishing my upgrades.

"Roadtrip?"

"What?" I asked confused.

"I've got a pickup truck and fake passports with IDs."

"That's....not a bad idea" I said as my phone buzzed.

I rolled my eyes and picked it up to check what it was. It was a news notification. My eyes widened as I saw it.

Stark drones coming to New York

"I know right! We could hang out, get to know each other, sing so...."

"Wade how soon could you be ready to leave?" I asked.

"Um....I don't know....maybe 1 hour? Why? What is it?" Wade asked worriedly.

"Mr. Stark's getting the drones to New York. It doesn't say when. But it's soon. Can you meet me outside the south City gate in 3 hours?"

"Yeah I'll see you then. Be careful" Wade said and hung up.

I quickly went back to finishing my upgrades. Mr. Stark used to be my mentor. He still is. But he got a new suit and it messed him up. Now he's controlling New York and running for president. He says to the media it's for people's safety. Everyone knows it's bullcrap but he's defeated all of the avengers and thrown them in jail. Nobody has heard from them. I tried finding out where they were a few nights ago. It didn't end well. Almost got caught myself. I've got a friend in Wakanda who could help me get Mr. Stark back to normal. But it's gonna take time and I can't stay in New York since Mr. Stark's looking for me. I'm not exactly sure why. Probably that I can stand in his way or something but I'm not sure. I've managed to stay away so far. But he hasn't had his drones. The Stark Industries drones are basically spy drones he tried in san Francisco. Apparently they work. The drones patrol the streets and can see through walls. It's one of Mr. Stark's new inventions to control people....or find them. So I need to get out of town.

I ran over rooftops and swung through New York one last time. Also....avoiding the cops since Mr. Stark controlled them. He had the town under lockdown. There were only four roads to enter New York. And they were all heavily guarded by police and Ultron bots. I was gonna have to get past them later. Right now I needed to get there. Which was easier said than done. Since I was a wanted man. 100 million dollars for whoever brings me to Mr. Stark. I swung ontop of another building and stopped to watch over New York. I'm glad May is stuck in Montana. It would've been hell to get her out of here. My spidey sense then suddenly went off and I turned around to see a silver armor with blue lights shining from a few places and a face I hoped not to see for a while.

"Enjoying the view?" He smirked.

"Not anymore!" I said not being able to hide the panic in my voice.

I immediately jumped off the building and started swinging away from Mr. Stark who did not seem to get far behind. As a matter of fact he kept closing in.

"Where do you think you're going!?" Mr. Stark yelled.

"I've heard Paris is nice this time of year!!" I yelled back.

"Peter Benjamin Parker you stop running right now!!"

"No I think I'm good!!"

"Young man if you don't stop you're gonna be in a lot of trouble!"

"More than I already am!? Wow! Talk about trouble maker!!"

My spidey sense then spiked and I managed to dodge a shot from Mr. Stark.

"Hey!! That would've hurt!" I yelled.

"If I wanted to hurt you I would've! Now stop swinging away!"

"Alright" I said and stopped shooting web.

Instead I dived down and got out my web gliders. Above me I could see that my plan didn't exactly work out. Mr. Stark was very quick to change course and was right behind me.

"I like the upgrade! Maybe we'll talk about it while you're grounded Mr!"

"Call me crazy! But last time I checked, you weren't my dad!!" I yelled and made a sharp turn when I almost hit the ground and then I started swinging again.

"Oh c'mon Peter! We've been through enough to know that's not true!!" Mr. Stark yelled and took another shot at me which he missed.

"Oh yeah! Like the time you chased me around time and I was running for my life!! What a father and son bond we have!!"

"If you just stand still we could discuss this like grown-up and kid!!"

"I'm 17!!!!" I yelled back.

"You're not exactly acting like it!!"

"Oh really!!!? You're the one trying to kidnap me!!!"

"It's not kidnapping if I'm bringing you home!!"

"It is if I don't see your fancy prison called Stark Tower as my home and I don't wanna go there!!!"

"For fuck's sake! I'm getting tired of this foolishness of yours!"

"Fine then take a break!" I yelled as I swung ontop of a building.

My spidey sense then went off and as I got up on the rooftop I saw another Mr. Stark. I wasn't able to change the way I was going before he grabbed my wrist tightly. I looked behind me and saw the other Mr. Stark that had been chasing me disappear. It had been a hologram. I looked back at Mr. Stark in fear. Thankfully he couldn't see it since I was wearing my mask.

"Playtime's over Peter"

Frick.....I'm gonna have to do plan S. I sighed deeply and took off my mask with my free hand.

"Fine just....could I make a phone call?" I asked.

"Peter...." Mr. Stark said sternly.

"You can hold my wrist. I don't care I just....if I'm going to hell I need to call someone" I said seriously.

"Peter it's not hell it's home" Mr. Stark said and I gave him my kicked puppy eyes. "Fine....but make it quick" he said and looked the other way.

I smiled and took out my phone with my free hand and clicked on the last number I had called.

"Hello?" Wade answered.

"Hi merc.....listen....the plans didn't work....so....I'm doing plan s" I said which made Mr. Stark glance at me confused but I just ignored him.

"Peter no....no I'm not letting you! What if he doesn't....Peter please there's gotta be another plan!" Wade begged.

"Wade...."

"Yes baby boy?" Wade said with a broken voice.

"Thank you....for everything" I said and hung up.

"Well that was dramatic. Boyfriend?" Mr. Stark said.

I gave him a weak smile before I took a deep breath.

"Karen....initiate self destruct protocol 101" I said glaring at Mr. Stark.

The white eyes on my mask in my hand then turned red and Mr. Stark's face dropped.

"You-you're bluffing!" He said.

"Am I?....or am I just desperate?" I asked taking a step closer.

"Peter no. Y-you can't....Friday is this real?" Mr. Stark asked.

"5" I said.

"Fuck. Peter turn it off!!" Mr. Stark yelled.

"Peter I'm looking at your suit's firewall!"

"Just tell me the password!!!"
