Tony and Peter are extremely competitive. Tony more so than Peter, it was family game night also known as, the night of all horror, smack talk, and board flipping blind rage. Personally, Peter hated family game nights. The last time he and his family played monopoly junior for two hours straight and no one won.

Thor used Mjölnir to smash the table in anger. Everyone split up into teams, Tony was team captain with Rhodey, T'challa, Nat, Loki, Thor, and Vision on his team. And Steve was captain with Wanda, Clint, Scott, Bucky, Sam, and Peter. They were drawn at random and no one was allowed to switch teams, that would've been cheating.

The games each team was gonna play were; Heads Up, HangMan, Chess, and one second song. So far the scores were even, the only game left was chess, the only people that haven't played were Peter and Tony.

Peter's palms were sweaty, he knew his dad was super competitive. He loathed losing to anyone, his ego grew twice the size it was before they started family game night. So as Peter sat in front of Tony his team were sending words of encouragement.

Tony smirked jokingly saying, "Just so you know kiddo, don't take it personally when I beat you."

Peter whipped back, "Yeah, and if I win that smirk is gonna disappear. So bring it on, dad."

The game lasted almost an hour, moves were made and it looked like Tony was winning. "C'mon Peter, you know you're gonna lose, there's always the option of forfeiting."

"We Stark men are made of iron. There's no way I'm losing also..." Peter trailed off.

"Checkmate." He said. Tony's jaw was on the floor, he couldn't believe his eyes. His son just beat him at chess, the final game of the night. Peter smirked, "Do you wanna pick your jaw up off the floor?"

"Because it looks like you just lost to a sixteen year old, must hurt your pride doesn't it?" Peter asked.

"I guess all is fair in love, war, and family game night." After a long night of chaos and friendships being destroyed, everyone went to sleep, some in defeat and some in victory.
