For a couple months every Thursday at nine thirty in the morning MJ would get her regular costumer Peter Parker. He'd come in, greet her, order a black coffee, ask her how she is, smile, then he would leave. He seemed like a nice guy, he would be someone Ned would be friends with, Peter had mentioned he loved Star Wars. And that's when the two began talking about Ned, MJ told him some basics about how much of a nerd he was.

It was once again Thursday, and of course at nine thirty on the dot, Peter walked through the door, giving a charming smile, "Hey MJ, how's your morning been so far?" He asked.

"Hi Peter, my morning's been fine. The usual?" Peter nodded his head and MJ got to work, pouring the hot liquid into a small cup. When she turned to hand it to him, the lid slid off and spilled all over the counter and floor.

"Oh my god! Did I spill any on you?" She asked frantically trying to grab paper towels and clean up the mess.

"The only victims are my shoes. Don't worry I'm okay, here, let me help you." Peter said, taking paper towels and cleaning the front of the counter. Once the two were finished, MJ made a new cup of coffee for Peter, carefully making sure the lid was on right. Giving it to Peter, who took out a tip, but MJ waved him off.

"This one's on me, I ruined your drink." She said, pushing the 'We are happy to serve you.' cup towards him, thankfully the contents of it didn't spill out again.

"It's okay MJ, just take the tip. The whole thing was an accident." MJ sighed, having a feeling the argument wasn't going to get anywhere. She took the five dollar bill, saying goodbye to the other teen, watching as he disappeared into the winter day. She again felt like she knew him all her life, as their conversations were natural. But she couldn't quite put her finger on it.

M.I.T was everything Ned ever dreamed of, his classes were good, living on campus was great, and MJ was there. They got to see each other pretty often, but now that it was Christmas break, he flew back to New York to stay with his family. He and MJ decided to just visit their families and give each other a break since they hung out pretty much everyday in Boston.

He'd finished some holiday preparations with his Lola and decided to head out to the library. It had been snowing a bunch, but today the air was crisp and the smell of a small hot chocolate cart filled the streets. He reminded himself to check it out after he was finished at the library, he quickly entered the building. He shook the snow off his hat, and began his search for a specific book.

He got to the science fiction section, and started looking for a book, while he was scanning the shelves, in the corner of his eye he noticed a person scouring through the shelves opposite of him. He turned to see a teen around his age with disheveled brown curls, he thought he looked familiar. Then he remembered it was MJ's regular from Peter Pan's, unironically his name is Peter.

As friendly as always Ned tried to talk to him, "You're Peter Parker right?"

Peter turned around to see him, "Uh yeah, and you are?"

Ned realized Peter didn't know him, "I'm Ned, sorry, I recognize you from Peter Pan's. MJ says you're a regular."

Peter nodded his head, "Nice.. to meet you Ned." The two kept browsing and Peter grabbed an astrophysics book, while Ned got a mechanical engineering book. They both went up to the counter and rang up their items, and headed out the library doors.

"I'll see you around Peter." Ned said.

"Yeah, see you around Ned." Peter smiled, while waving goodbye, and walking down the street.

Peter actually got a job, he didn't even have to write an application, a lawyer named Foggy Nelson offered him a job. Without knowing anything about him but basic small talk, today was Peter's first day, he was pretty excited, and incredibly thankful that Mr. Nelson was giving him a chance. Him and his partners needed a secretary, and Peter was up for the challenge. He had to find a way to make money somehow, especially since every record of him that acknowledged he was an actual person, ceased to exist.

Peter entered through the door seeing who he knew as Karen, she was the nice lady he overheard Mr. Murdock talking to, back when he had his legal troubles. They greeted each other with warm smiles, and Mr. Nelson came out from his office along with Mr. Murdock. "Ah I see you've met one of my partners Karen, Karen this is Peter the kid I was telling you about."

"Yup, it's nice to meet you Peter. I'm going to show you the ropes as before I became a partner of our firm. I was Foggy and Matt's secretary." She replied.

Peter nodded his head, and turned to Foggy, "Thank you Mr. Nelson again for giving me this opportunity."

Foggy waved him off, "No need to thank me kid. Also call me Foggy, none of the Mr. Nelson stuff." Peter laughed in response, and started getting to work, as Karen told him everything she knew, and showed him how to file and make appointments. He didn't complain one bit, the job was pretty fun. And his employers were good people, he enjoyed getting to know them, even if they didn't remember interacting with him in the past.

As Peter was jotting down appointment notes, a man came in and walked over to Peter at his desk. It was Happy, but of course, Happy didn't know how he knew. Well, they technically 'met' at May's grave, it was still a shock, part of him hated that everything and everyone were living their lives without the burden of knowing him. The other part of him was glad that they were no longer in harm's way.

Peter found that Happy, or Mr. Hogan had an appointment, he spoke to him, "Hello Mr. Hogan, Mr. Nelson or Mr. Murdock will be with you shortly."

Happy did a double take, he knew this kid, "I recognize you, you knew May Parker. I didn't know you worked here."

Peter shifted awkwardly in his seat, "Today's my first day actually."

"Oh, well, you're in good hands kid. These guys are the best."

Peter smiled, "Thank you Mr. Hogan."

"No problem." Happy said before Matt came out to the waiting room and took him to his office to talk about whatever he needed.

Peter was walking through the city streets, during the day, it was a nice day. He didn't really have a final destination, he just grabbed his coat, keys, and phone then left his apartment and began walking. He had his earbuds in, listening to some music, he did however want to take the subway, he could eventually grab a late lunch early dinner as well. Maybe a sandwich from Delmar's, he hasn't had one in months. Man, just reminiscing made him feel depressed.

As he kept walking, people were running in the opposite direction, his spidey sense went off, something was wrong. He ran past everyone, and saw Dr. Strange fighting some guy, he muttered, 'say no more.' As he rushed to a nearby alleyway and quickly changed into his suit. Whipping through the air and towards the fight, he checked to make sure civilians were out of the way.

Dr. Strange continued to use his magic, and fight the villain, a car was flying towards a man with his son. Peter jumped into action and used his webs to catch the car, and stop it before the collision happened. The man looked up at Peter who caught the vehicle, pulling his son close to his chest, "Thank you Spider-Man." Then he rushed away with his son.

Peter swung all the way to Strange and began fighting alongside him, soon defeating the enemy. After doing damage control, Peter landed on a rooftop. Dr. Strange followed him, "Thanks for helping Spider-Man, even though you didn't have to."

Peter shook his head, "I'll always help my city Dr. Strange. It's not a problem." Dr. Strange nodded at that, then turned to leave, Peter doing the same, heading back to his apartment. Sighing to himself, interacting with those he knew was incredibly difficult.
