Today was a special day, it's Peter's 18th birthday! And boy did the Avengers and May have a plan in motion. They're throwing a surprise party for him, all Ned and MJ had to do was keep him distracted long enough to make sure the party was fully set up. Peter was walking to his favorite cafe to meet his friends. He stepped in the door away from the odd rain that plagued the day. He shook his umbrella, walking towards them sitting at a small table. "Hey guys." Peter said.

"Hey Pete, happy birthday!" Ned exclaimed. "What's up loser, happy birthday." MJ joined in. Peter was a little disappointed when May said she had to work on his birthday but didn't want to guilt trip her because he would feel bad. But he was glad that he was with his best friend and girlfriend.

"Thanks guys." He replied.

"What are you gonna do today, birthday boy?" Ned asked.

"I don't know, Aunt May's at work. And Mr. Stark is on a business trip so nothing I guess."

"It's your 18th birthday Pete, we could hangout with you so you're not lonely." MJ suggests.

Ned exclaims, "Breaking news Peter Parker, your girlfriend Michelle Jones does have a heart!"

MJ warned, "Shut up, before I slap you so hard you'll have an out of body experience."

Ned put his hands up in surrender as did Peter but he was only doing it for Ned while also chuckling. "Well it is your birthday Peter, so what do you want to do?" MJ asked. Whenever Peter's birthday came around, he always hated when the attention was on him. Even when he was younger he disliked it. "There's a new LEGO set I want to check out at that store. So can we go there?" Peter suggested.

"You seem unsure what's up dude?" Ned questioned.

Peter sighed, "Whenever my birthday comes around, I always get embarrassed because of all the attention. I don't know, it seems weird."

"I don't like when attention is on me either."

"You avoid interaction, MJ. Like, all the time." Peter said.

MJ rolled her eyes, "Do I avoid you guys?"

"Sometimes." Ned answered.

Before MJ and Ned could get into it Peter shut it down quickly before everything went upside down.
"Well then friends let's go."

"What was that Parker?" MJ asked.

They all paid for their drinks then went out the door and Peter answered MJ's question. "It's simple Jones, I'm keeping the peace before a war starts."

Peter looked at MJ who gave him a death glare and he laughed. "You know I'm right, Michelle." They all laughed and then proceeded to walk to sci-fi nerds while they were there. Ned got a text from Tony saying to finally bring Peter over. "Hey Peter, we have a surprise for you." Ned stated.

"Alright." He replied. After Peter was done looking at the LEGO store, he sadly wasn't able to afford the set, so he made his way to Ned and MJ. MJ put a blindfold over his eyes and grabbed his hand walking a few steps before then getting into a vehicle, Happy's car. "Guys, where are we going?"

MJ sighed, "Parker, why do you always ask questions?"

"Scientists always ask questions." Peter retorted. They arrived at the compound where they stood in the middle of the living room. Ned told Peter to take off his blindfold and when he did he got the surprise of his life, literally. "SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled.

Peter marveled at the fact that everyone he cared about was there. They threw a surprise party for him. "Wow, thank you guys." Everyone had a great time watching Peter open gifts, eat some food, and watch movies. Overall it was great, but for a few minutes the birthday boy had disappeared. So Tony got up from his seat in search of the boy. He waltzed into Peter's room and saw him outside on his balcony looking up at the stars. "Enjoying your special day kiddo?"

Peter looked back to see where the voice was coming from and his eyes met Tony's. "As much as I can, Mr. Stark." He replied with a small smile.

"Good, I have one more gift for you."

"Mr. Stark, I don't need anymore gifts. I'm grateful for all that I've gotten."

"Oh but I think you'll love this one more than anything."

Tony went to a random wall where a flash drive key came out, he stuck the flash drive in and let the data sync, before turning to Peter. "Say hello Pete."

"Why Mr. Stark?" Peter asked.

Tony laughed a little, "Just do it kid."

Peter looked up at the ceiling and proceeded to say, "H.. Hello?"

"Good evening Peter." A voice called out to which Peter recognized.

"I uploaded a new AI for you in here. He is just like a human. I fixed my mistake with Ultron and created an A.I just for you, it's someone you should recognize."

"That's my Uncle Ben." Everyone was watching the live security feed in his room, it moved May to tears her nephew could never forget the sound of his own uncle's voice.

"You can have conversations with him like if he were here there are no limits." Peter ran up to Tony and hugged him tightly, "Thank you Mr. Stark."

"You're welcome kid, now I'll leave you two alone."

Tony left while Peter laid down on his bed looking up at the ceiling, tears rolling down his cheeks. "Hi Uncle Ben."

"Hey squirt, how are you?"

"I'm good, today is my 18th birthday. Everyone threw a party for me."

"That's cool Pete. Happy birthday!" Ben exclaimed.

"May and I miss you. I wish you were here. It's crazy that I'm officially eighteen years old."

"I'm very proud of you and once again happy birthday."

Peter smiled, wiping his face, "Thanks Ben, I love you."

"I love you too Peter." Ben said.

"I've got to go but I'll talk to you tomorrow and tell you about school okay?"

"Okay, bye Peter." Peter leapt from his bed and ran out to the living room, straight to May engulfing her in a hug crying. "I got to talk to him Aunt May, I talked to Uncle Ben."

"I know sweetheart, I know." She lightly kissed his forehead. They didn't care if the team were watching, Peter got what he's been wanting for eighteen whole years. To hear his uncle's voice again and be able to keep it in his memory.
