Aight so I'm deeefinately not doing this right before my Italian phone lesson (rip me)
I got tagged by the wonderful ArcticMarshmallow (go check out her stuff) and so yeah les go

Ok, 13 interesting things about me

1. I have a sloping hearing loss, which basically means that I can hear a lot of the lower frequencies, but as they get higher I can't hear as much until I it hits a point where do can't hear anything. I have moderate to moderately severe, so it's pretty hard to hear without my trusty hearing aids... well, as trusty ad they can be.

2. I've been writing since I was in Year 5 and I'm in Year 9 now, but I've always been creating stories and such.

3. I'm studying Italian and I can currently hold a very basic conversation with my friend, so that's why I might randomly incorporate Italian in a comment or in a book.

4. I love music. Music is my life. I don't, I play piano and percussion (anything to do with drums) and I'm learning violin, I listen to music, I study music, I do classical ballet, everyone in my family plays an instrument,  I conduct music, I do everything music. I'm obsessed.

5. I'm scared of the dark. Not because I'm a weirdo (which I am) but because my eyesight dies in darkness. When there is some light that some people can see in, I can't see anything. Nothing. Zip, zilch, nada. So my brain spazzes out and so I'm scared of unfamiliar dark. If I'm in my bed then I'm fine.
I'll still play hide and seek in the dark tho.

6. evelynrosefan is my best friend in real life. I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA where she got the username from. Hmmmm....

7. I find it very hard to dislike someone. Every time I find something I don't like about someone, my brain instantly starts thinking of their side of the story and I'm like "yeah true you're right" and so I don't hate them. If I don't like someone, then I'm neutral. Don't come at me for not hating someone cause I PHYSICALLY CAN'T. OKAY?

8. I am strong. I've beaten a lot of people at arm wrestles, I can do sit ups for hours on end and I love lifting heavy things. I'm not taking credit, you give the applause to ballet. 8 and a half years of ballet are useful guys.

9. I'm craaaazy shy. I'm loud and talkative a bit around my friends and family, but everyone else I hide away from. You never see my true colours unless you see me doing something I really love, such as music or writing. I go from this silent nerd to a whirlwind of energy. I'm crazy.

10. I haven't kissed anyone. I don't have a love life. I like people, but I haven't dated anyone because I'm not saying till I'm 16. Don't know If that's interesting to you or not but woohoo.

11. I have a weird knack of knowing exactly what people might feel in a situation? It's hard to explain, but I can hit right on the nail what people would feel in a situation mostly. I observe people a lot and I'm a big observer, so I'm good at reading cues and body signals to guess what people are feeling, so I try to incorporate those in my books as much as possible to give characters another dimension.

12. I don't say g'day. I'm Australian, I've never been overseas, but I never say g'day out of instinct. I'm more inclined to say hi  yo, or even Italian greetings, but never g'day. Don't know why, guess cause my mother has always been very particular on proper language so I do tend to sometimes sound like a posh English girl, but oh welllll.

13. I love doing accents. I can do American, Italian, Australian, British, English, cockney, Wakandan, Irish, Scottish, very bad Russian and an even worse German. And a Kiwi accent that doesn't even resemble an actual one, but oh well. I picked up on the Italian accent very quickly when I first started, so teachers are shocked when I tell them that no, my family is not Italian. We are Irish, Scottish and English though.
