"Alright everyone. Please feel free to look around and converse. But don't tell anyone which drawing is yours" Mrs. Lariat says clapping her wrinkly hands together. The old woman sat down at her desk as she watches the students go around.

Peter doesn't get up however not really wanting to see his drawing again. The project was to draw one of the most heartbreaking moment for a family member that they had witnessed. What I stupid project right?

Well Peter had known immediately what he would do. At first he was going to try and draw the moment between his mom and dad right before his dad had died. But Peter knew that it would just bring back his PTSD. So he drew something else he had witnessed.

Flashback Time

Peter had just finished putting Morgan down for a nap when he decided to go and find his mom.

"Hey FRIDAY. Where's mom?" Peter asked walking down the stairs.

"She is down in the lab Peter" FRIDAY replied only earning a small nod before going through the garage door.

Peter walked in silently and just stared for a second at his mother. Pepper was leaning against the wall which had a painting of a sunset on it. She was holding an IronMan helmet which Tony had tried to repair.

Pepper had told Peter that it was the helmet that Tony had brought back with him. Pepper hadn't known about the message until after Tony's death.

Peter sighed heavily to himself before leaving to let her be alone. As Pepper simply stood there holding the helmet looking peaceful with one of the only things she has left of her husband.

End of that Sadness to Make Room for More

Peter put his head down on his desk as many people started to swarm around the drawing.

"Who drew that?"

"Someone in this class actually knows Pepper Potts?"

"I heard Pepper is raising their kids alone"

"I bet they might not even be Tony's"

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" Peter screamed standing up from his desk.

"I said. I bet one of the kids isn't even Tony's. You've gotta have something seriously wrong with you in order to marry a playboy" Flash replied smirking and leaning back slightly.

"You don't know ONE DAMN THING ABOUT HER!" Peter exploded clenching his fists trying to keep himself calm.

"What? Like you know her Penis? Pepper must be some sort of—" Flash didn't even get to finish his sentence when Peter slammed his fist directly into Flash's face making him hit the wall.

"DON'T YOU KNOW WHEN TO SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH YOU DUMBASS! PEPPER IS THE MOST WONDERFUL AND CARING WOMAN YOU COULD EVER POSSIBLY MEET! I SHOULD KNOW! I'M HER SON!" Peter was breathing heavily as tears started to stream down his face as everything started to come back and hit him at once.

The dusting.

The pain.

The death.

The funeral.

The mourning.

The depression.

Peter quickly collected himself before walking back to his desk and collecting his stuff.

"I'm leaving" Peter concluded standing up tall.

"Mr. Parker you aren't allowed to just leave. Especially after what you just did" Mrs. Lariat sighed putting on her authoritative voice.

"First off it's Mr. Stark to you. Second, I can do what I want. I'm 17 years old and am not dealing with anyone's shit anymore. I'm tired of it. Now leave the the fuck alone. Call my house, suspend me, expel me. I don't give a shit anymore. Without my dad, I just don't give a shit" Peter ranted before shooting one last glare at the students before leaving.

Peter walked straight out of the school gates ignoring the calls from the guards and the principal. All Peter did was walk to his car, and leave.

"Hey EDITH" Peter sighed putting on his sunglasses.

"Hello Peter. You seem to be in distress. Would you like me to inform Mr. Stark?" EDITH asked making Peter grimace.

"EDITH. Dad is dead. You can't tell him anything" Peter replied turning to go down the highway.

"My scanners are picking up Tony Stark's vitals at your cabin gone. As well as the vitals of Pepper Stark, Steve Rogers, while the vitals of Morgan Stark are still at school. Would you like for me to run the scan again?" EDITH questioned as the young Stark's heartbeat started to go wild.

"Yeah. Somethings wrong there" Peter hummed leaning back.

After a few second the schematics came up again so Peter let Karen take control of the car while he looked over the charts.

"Tony Stark. Heartbeat, normal. Blood Pressure, normal. Oxygen levels, normal... why is that HAPPENING?!" Peter freaked out slamming his hand down on the glove compartment and throwing his head back trying to to panic.

"Peter. Your vitals have spiked again. Informing Mr. Stark" EDITH announced as the car pulled up to the house.

Peter stumbled out of his car and onto the grass as he clutched his shirt in his hand. Tears started to flow down his face as his mind pushed him back into the battle field.

"Please don't leave me dad"

"I'm sorry"

"We won dad"

"This is nice"

"I missed you"

"I love you"

Peter gasped loudly as he tried to catch his breath. He could make out someone yelling his name but Peter couldn't focus on it. His vision wavered between the battlefield and the real world.

Peter was able to make out Tony's face before it flashed back to the one that was charred on one side as he passed away.

"Peter focus on my voice. Please kiddo I need you to calm down"

Peter slowly caught his breath but couldn't stop hallucinating.

"Please breathe Peter"

Peter opened his mouth and tried to see but he simply couldn't. The panic had fully taken over his body causing him to slump down and let the darkness fully take over.

Peter shot up gasping for breath only to find himself in his room. Alone. He was taking in what he was looking at trying to remember what happened.

The teen stood up and walked over to his window and simply looked outside. For some reason Peter couldn't remember what happened to him.

Peter decided to just simply sit down staring blankly around his room trying to make his mind work.

Peter sighed as he simply couldn't figure it out and walked over to his dresser. Since Peter was still in his school outfit, he decided to slip into some comfier clothes.

Peter happily pulled out one of Tony's old MIT sweaters and a pair of grey sweats. Some fluffy IronMan socks were the cherry on the top.

He pulled the sleeves of the sweater up to his nose and happily took in the scent of coffee, motor oil, and chocolate. Three things that Peter often found his father smelling like when he would have their nightly cuddles.

With a small sigh, Peter left his room and started walking downstairs. He could make out some voices but Peter chose to ignore them and just walk into the kitchen.

All the voices seemed to come to a halt as Peter filled a glass up with juice.

"You feeling better there kiddo?" Peter heard Tony's voice ask but he didn't react immediately.

"Yeah I feel better. Thanks dad" Peter grumbled chugging his juice.

Peter came to a sudden halt when what he said sunk in. Peter turned around quickly coming face to face with his father.

Tony was smirking slightly and leaning against the entrance of the kitchen. He watched as his son stood frozen for a few seconds before choking.

Tony quickly moved forwards but stopped when Peter held his hand up.

"I've had enough of your shit Mysterio. I know you aren't dead. Where the hell are you?" Peter asked turning around in circles.

"What are you talking about Pete?" Tony questioned shocked by the outburst.

"Oh no. Not this again. Just tell him something that only you and him would know" Pepper piped in placing a hand on her husbands shoulder.

"No. No. My dads dead. You're not real. There's no way that you're here. Just leave me alone Mysterio. You already killed MJ and Ned. What more do you want from me?" Peter cried as tears started to stream down his face as terrible memories came back to him once again.

"No Pete. It's me. When you were growing up we used to go behind everyone's back and have movie nights. Specifically on Saturdays. I-I confessed to you that I would watch your little recordings through the baby monitor protocol. You blushed bright red when you heard. Our codeword when you're hurt is 'that hurt like a butt cheek on a stick' and no matter how much I hate it you love it. I call you bambino even though you hate it. C'mon Pete I promise I'm right here" Tony ranted holding his arms open for Peter.

"Dad" Peter whispered letting off on his defensive stance.

Peter and Tony simply stood there for a few seconds before Peter practically tackled Tony into a hug.

Tony quickly wrapped his arms around his son just simply taking in the fact that he was there. Only pulling him closer as Peter started to sob loudly.

"How?" Peter mumbled leaning back and leaning into his dads hand when it was placed on his face.

"Steve. He did something when he returned the soul stone. Brought Natasha back with me. She's at the compound with the others. Figured I'd take you over this weekend" Tony explained running a hand through his sons unruly curls.

"You're okay right? Nothing hurts?" Peter asked concerned for the health of his father.

"I'm a-okay kiddo. Got a clean bill of health. Right now all I want to do is go get Morgan, then cuddle with my kids and my lovely wife with a movie on as well. Oh, and Captain Obvious over there can join too" Tony said winking at Steve who was smiling.

"I'd love to Tony. But I've got to head back to the compound to check on everyone there" Steve responded giving a small chuckle.

"Well. Then I'll see you there this weekend.... friend" Tony sighed giving Steve a genuine smile.

"Thank you Cap" Peter mumbled still holding his dad close but smiling at him.

Steve smiled and nodded once more before leaving the house.

"There's my boys" Pepper giggled hugging them both.

"Mom" Peter grumbled as Pepper ruffled his hair.

"Now dear. Peter's a bit dazed at the moment. Leave him be" Tony joked pulling Peter back into his arms where the teen happily stayed.

"Ti amo papà" Peter whispered laying his head down and taking in his fathers love.

"Ti voglio bene anch'io figlio" Tony replied pressing a kiss to his sons temple before pulling Pepper into the hug.

Later that night Peter joined Morgan, Tony, and Pepper on the couch while Tangled played in the background. Tony had Peter on his left, Pepper on his right, and Morgan curled up happily in his lap.

The small Stark family all had smiles on their faces as they simply sat in silence. Together. As things should be.
