Tony sighed heavily to himself as he stared at the portal in front of him. Peter had already ran through it and Tony stayed behind. Why? Because he was nervous. What he refused to admit is the fact that he's scared to meet Peter's sister. What if she doesn't like him?

Tony shuffles quietly before finally heading into the portal. Who was he to say no to Peter when it's his birthday. Tony's boy is 16 now and all Peter wanted was for Tony to finally come meet his sister and see his homeland. So begrudgingly Tony agreed.

Everything around Tony suddenly came into view as he stared at the land in front of him. It was beautiful. There were two trees and glowing plants almost serving as a gate that had a bridge on the other side of it. There were waterfalls and trees and the place just seemed to scream magic.

"Ah. You must be the famous Tony Stark I've heard so much about" a man said startling Tony to the point where he screamed a little.

"T-That's me. Who are you?" Tony asked staring at the very intimidating man.

"My name is Hemsworth. I'm the gatekeeper of Vabia. The prince has already flown off to the castle. But the queen asked me to give you this" Hemsworth explained stepping down off his pedestal and handing Tony a blue orb.

"What's this for?" Tony asked.

"It's a special orb made by the queen. Just swallow it and it will give you the powers of a Vabian whenever you please. It will work on Midgard and any other place you can think of. Take it as a token of appreciation" Hemsworth said earning a nervous gulp.

"Why is she giving this to me? I'm nobody to her obviously" Tony sighed holding the small orb tightly.

"Oh please. The queen says that if you're the father of her brother, you are a father to her. Blood related or not" Hemsworth replied giving Tony a pat on the shoulder.

Tony looked down at the orb and smiled before throwing the orb into his mouth as swallowing it down. Everything about Tony just seemed to change in that moment. Tony couldn't help but feel like there was power coursing through his veins.

"Oh man that felt weird" Tony joked nervously chuckling.

"Look at your palms" Hemsworth told the man.

Tony looked down at his palms to find to halves of some sort of pattern. He put his palms together and was quickly surprised to see that they perfectly formed one whole pattern.

"That's incredible" Tony whispered in awe.

"The queen has never done something like this before. Now I would suggest heading to the castle before the two royals come flying over here to find you" Hemsworth said taking his spot back on the pedestal.

A golden platform appeared in front of Tony so said man took a step of faith and walked onto the platform.

The platform started moving underneath Tony and railings appeared around him. Tony started admiring the kingdom. That's when Tony caught sight of something moving over to the right of him. A bunch of black, almost smokey ships were flying towards the border of the city quickly alarming Tony.

Peter had told Tony about the shadows. They were the mortal enemies of the Vabians and have been trying to destroy them ever since the dark war.

The platform very quickly stopped at the castle doors making Tony take off into a sprint trying to find the two people.

Cyane and Peter were both sitting in the thrones happily chatting to each other about Tony's impending arrival.

"So do you think he will like my present?" Cyane asked twiddling her thumbs.

"I know he will. Whenever I practice my magic he always says that he wishes he had them. Now. He can!" Peter cheered throwing his hands in the air.

"Your magic? You've been using the spell book I gave you right?" Cyane asked raising a perfect eyebrow.

"Of course. What else would I use?" Peter joked as they both laughed.

The throne room doors were thrown open and all Cyane could make out was a man in some sort of suit running towards them. She quickly jumped out of her seat and held up her sword towards the person making them stop.

"Whoa! Stop Cyane! That's dad!" Peter yelled jumping down the steps.

"Oh. My apologies Tony. I didn't know what you looked like. Are you alright?" Cyane questioned noticing the panicked look into Tony's eyes.

"Ships... shadows... border... hurry" Tony panted putting his hands on his knees.

Dread quickly took over Cyane's entire form when she heard many horns blaring. Horns that meant there was danger.

The three all ran towards the window only to see many shadows fighting off Vabarian warriors outside of the castle doors.

"NO! NO!" Cyane yelled before grabbing her sword. She looked towards the two men only for the door behind them to be blown off its hinges.

Flashbacks of when Cyane had lost Peter when they were younger had started to flow through the royals heads as one large shadow appeared in the doorway.

"GET OUT OF HERE!" Cyane yelled before running straight towards the shadow.

Peter and Tony both ran towards the exit only to stop. They both turned around to watch. They both wanted to wait. So they could find the perfect moment to help.

Cyane was fighting off the large creature with all of her might. Using both her magic and her sword to strike her enemy.

The two fighters were both taking damage when a shot of magic quickly came from behind them knocking the beast off its feet.

Cyane turned around only to find Peter standing in the middle of a large enchantment circle and holding his hands up.

The shadow quickly recovered however and without hesitation, shot a blast right at Peter. The blast skimmed his head but none the less sending the teen into a wall knocking him out on impact.

"PETER!" Tony yelled running to protect him.

"YOU BASTARD!" Cyane screamed instantly shooting up to hit the beast.

Cyane summoned many swords around her and shot them all at the shadow. Each sword successfully pierced and destroyed three of the four hearts of the shadow.

Of course summoning more than one sword can take a decent amount of energy out of someone but when she noticed the shadow wasn't looking at her, she looked to see what it was staring at.

It was staring at Tony and Peter.

Tony looked up upon hearing everything go silent only to find the shadow staring right at him and Peter. Tony could barely comprehend the fact that the shadow was about to shoot that them until it happened.

Tony had braced himself for a lot of pain and probably death. He draped himself over Peter as best he could but only to feel no pain but hearing a pained grunt. Tony turned around to find out what had happened only to let the sight let his eyes widen in fear.

Cyane was standing in front of him, her wings spread out wide, but one of them...

No longer attached.

Cyane only let out a pained noise as she fell to the ground. Blood was pooling out of the hole in her back and staining the white dress she was wearing.

Tony caught he girl in his arms helping her with the fall.

"Why? Why did you do that?" Tony asked as tears made his way into his eyes. Tony may have never met this girl before in his life, but just from stories he was attached.

"D-Didn't H-H-Hemsworth tell y-you? I-If you're the f-father to my b-brother. You're a-a father o-of m-mine. B-B-Blood rel-lated or-r not-t-t" Cyane stuttered as blood came from her mouth as her eyes fell shut.

Tony's eyes widened even more if possible and a tear ran down his cheek. He quickly placed Cyane down next to Peter and faced the shadow that had slowly been advancing towards them.

Tony reaches into the sheath he had hidden under his shirt and quickly pulled out the weapon that had been given to him. Anger raged inside of Tony as a very large magic circle appeared both above and below him.

Blue flames shot out of Tony's feet as he flew at the shadow and practically flew through the shadows final heart killing the thing upon contact.

Tony stood up from his spot but couldn't help that he still felt anger coursing through his entire being. So the man raced outside only to find a few shadows remaining around the city. Blue flames encased Tony again as he flew towards every single one of them. Tony slashed left and right and killed as many shadows as he could get to.

He even went to the ships that were still at the border. Tony made quick work of the ships making sure every single one of them was destroyed before making his way back to the castle.

Upon entering the room, he was quickly greeted by yelling.

"CYANE! CYANE WAKE UP! DAD HELP SHE WON'T WAKE UP! CYANE PLEASE! DON'T LEAVE ME!" Peter yelled as tears cascaded down his face as he held on tightly to his sister who could be mistaken for some rag doll.

"CYANE!!!!!!!!!!"

The whole kingdom stood silently as each person put flowers onto the boat that held the body of a fallen one. No face was dry as the boat was sent off towards the edge of the water fall.

Everyone then sent of a ball of yellow light that shaped itself into a flower as it reached the boat. Just as it went off, the entire boat disappeared and a new set of stars was put into the sky.

This was especially hard for Peter. He was the one to find the person dead. He was the one who was forced to claim that the person was dead.

Tony put his arm around Peter and let his son sob into his chest as a tearily watched the boat go up into the stars.

Tony helped Peter walk back into the castle and into the infirmary to get Peter his meds. Peter laid down in his bed and wiped his face and he looked to his right to see another patient awake and looking through a orb of photos. The person also had tears going down their face as they looked through them.

"Hemsworth was a great person you know... he really didn't deserve to die. He's been following in his fathers footsteps his entire life. Of course he had to die the same way his dad died too. How ironic is that" Cyane tried to joke but ultimately failed as she put the orb down on the table.

"I miss him already. But I know he's happy where he is" Peter sighed laying back.

"He's the reason I have both my wings again. It takes a person a lot of magical energy to reattach a limb. Hemsworth had already used a lot of that energy to fight off the shadows. He used all that he had left to save me. He died doing just that" Cryane cried and gladly leaned into Tony's arms when he offered a hug.

"We'll all get through this. We can rebuild ourselves and start something new. It could be the start of something great" Tony told the two earning smiles.

"You're right. Besides. His wife said she started to the process of creating their heir earlier today" Cyane agreed earning two confused stares.

"Earlier today? Wouldn't you need two people in order to have a child?" Peter asked raising his eyebrow.

"Well if that's how it works on Midgard yes. But here on Vabia, a man and a woman can have intercourse as many times as they want, but the woman can decide when she wants to let the baby start to grow. All she needs to do it use a small bit of her magic to allow the child to start developing. Vabian women and men are very special like that" Cyane explained quite bluntly making the faces of the two men in the room to burn bright red.

"How do you say that a easily?" Peter asked putting his face in his hands.

"You make it sound like it's nothing" Tony added shaking his head, also hiding his face in his hands.

"What's so weird about it? It's the truth about the Vabian race!" Cyane questioned as she giggled quietly at their reactions.

"Yeah but you didn't have to be so blunt" Peter cried out.

The room went silent.

Then all three of them burst out laughing. Tears filled their eyes as they clutched their stomachs from laughing so hard. Tony was the first to stop laughing and he just giggled quietly before staring fondly at the two in front of him.

Oh geez he's putting on that proud dad stare again.
