Description: Peter has been hiding something from the Avengers and his friends for the longest time. The only reason they find out will bring anyone to tears.

"Yeah... I'm here" Peter mumbled trying to avoid the teachers gaze.

"Alright we're all here. Let's get going" the teacher Mr. Jakob announced before throwing a quick glare at Peter before sitting down.

The bus started moving and quickly all Peter's friends turned to look at him as he tried to hide in his single seat.

"What the hell was that?" Flash asked noticing Peter's scared face.

"Why has Mr. Jakob been calling you Kathy all year. It doesn't make sense" Ned added trying to comfort his friend.

"He's just an asshole. Clearly a homophobic one at that" MJ said making the three boys whip their heads to look at her.

"You know?" Peter asked his eyes wide.

"Yeah. You don't think I haven't seen the binder before. Look I'm not one to judge whether you want to be a boy or a girl or not. It's your body do as you please" MJ ranted before leaning backwards.

"Y-You're trans?" Flash stuttered shocked by the news.

"Yeah. I'm sorry I never told you guys" Peter mumbled twiddling his thumbs.

"It's no problem Peter. Just a little shocked is all. Man your should've told us sooner" Ned joked slapping Peter's leg gently.

"Bro none of us are gonna judge you. Ned admitted to being asexual. MJ is a lesbian. I'm bisexual. There's no problem with being a transgender" Flash soothed Peter wanting his friend to be okay.

"The fact that it's true makes me feel stupid for not saying it sooner" Peter chuckled his nervousness gone.

"Yeah well you are an idiot. But you're our idiot" MJ said looking up from her book to give them a sideways glance.

"Alright everyone we're here. Wait for us in the lobby" Mr. Jakob said, giving Peter another pointed glare. Man Mr. Jakob had an act for hating Peter.

Peter put his head down feeling ashamed again as everyone started to file off the bus. Once they entered the building Flash and Ned both put their arms around Peter's shoulders and MJ stood almost protectively in front of them.

A person they very quickly recognised came running in behind them. Her summer dress flowing slightly as she ran in. Her brown hair flew in her face a bit as she ran to the front desk surprising Sarah.

"I'm back from MIT. Dad said there was an emergency" the girl panted slightly as she gripped onto her backpack.

"Uh Yeah. Sorry Ms. Stark. The boss exaggerated it a bit. He needs you to lead a tour around the tower since he can't find anyone else to do it" Sarah sighed causing Peter and Flash to laugh quietly.

"God dammit. Fine where's the school?" The girl, Emily Stark, asked standing up straight.

"Just over there. It's a class from Midtown Tech" Sarah told her pointing towards the class who stared in shock. Peter and his friends however were laughing.

"Oh okay. Just hand me the badges and it will be good" Emily said holding out her hand as a box was placed into it.

"Hello Emily. It's a pleasure to meet someone like you. I'm Carlos Jakob" the man greeted Emily only earning a pointed look.

"Yeah I remember you. I was in your class when I went to Midtown. I'm surprised you don't remember me" Emily almost growled remembering how much she hated this man.

Peter watched as the person he's always looked up to as a sister argued with his teacher about the passes since apparently there wasn't enough.

"You need four more. As far as I can tell there isn't one for Eugene, Ned, Michelle, and Kathy" Mr. Jakob insisted pointing towards Peter and his friends.

Peter could see the colour in Emily'a brown eyes quickly turn purple as purple flares came from her hands. The whole room went quiet as the wind suddenly picked up.

"What the hell did you just call Peter YOU HOMOPHOBIC ASSHOLE!" Emily yelled glaring down at Mr. Jakob who was trembling.

"FRIDAY! ACTIVATE CODE PURPLE!" Peter yelled instantly taking action.

An alarm started blaring through the building as everyone started to retreat into designated hiding areas. All the students started backing up. Peter quickly used his webs to pull Emily towards him. Flash and Ned grabbed her feet pulling her down fully as Peter cut off the webs holding Emily around her waist. MJ was pushing back Mr. Jakob who looked like he had wet himself.

On cue, Tony Stark himself came running out of the elevator grabbing onto Emily taking Peter's spot so Peter could walk over to Mr. Jakob.

"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!" Peter yelled in the teachers face.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THAT GIRL?!" Mr. Jakob screeched.

"You pissed her off. She rightfully doesn't like homophobic people and you just had to call me Kathy in front of her. SHE WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO EVER KNOW THAT I'M TRANS! YOU JUST HAD TO GO AND MAKE HER MAD!" Peter screamed his protective side taking over.

"WELL MAYBE IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO GO A DISGRACE WHAT GOD MADE YOU TO BE, THEN THIS SITUATION! YOU ARE A FEMALE! THAT'S WHAT YOU WERE BORN AND WHAT YOU WERE MADE TO BE! ALL THE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD WHO SEEM TO THINK THEY CAN JUST SWITCH THEIR GENDER ARE A DISGRACE! THEY SHOULD ALL BE PUT IN SOME INSANE ASYLUM!" Mr. Jakob has totally screwed up now.

"What the fuck did you just say to my son?" Tony asked eerily calm.

"OH DON'T YOU START STARK! HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY LET SOMEONE WHO SHOULD BE A WOMAN JUST SUDDENLY BEOME A MAN!?" Mr. Jakob exclaimed as Peter backed away knowing exactly what's about to happen.

Emily and Tony both looked at each other before nodding. Emily quickly let her other half take control as Tony called down his suit. Peter watched in complete horror as his sister and father figure stalked towards him teachers, both with dangerous auras around them.

"A person can be whatever they want. Guy, girl, fuck they can even be a superhero in our world. Nobody should be an asshole and try to tell someone what they can and can't be. I respect Peter a lot. He's extremely smart and kind and shouldn't have to deal with this kind of shit. I may not have known until now that Peter was originally a female but that will never change how I feel about him. Nothing could ever possibly change my mind about that. Now I suggest you get your head out of your ass before I make sure that you never have a job ever again" Tony ranted raising a hand letting the repulsion ray fire up.

"You May have your reasons to believe what you do. But why don't you just keep your thoughts to yourself and get out of here. Go back to the school and send another teacher. Fuck it, I just graduated, I'll be their new Chemistry teacher" Emily shrugged still floating above the man.

"Y-You can't do that" Mr. Jakob stuttered.

"We can't? Really? Who says we can't?" Tony asked tilting his head to the side.

Ned, Flash, and MJ all stood slightly behind Peter as they watched the scene unfold in front of them. Peter watched with tears in his eyes fully admiring the fact that the two people in front of him were sticking up for him despite possibly ruining their reputations.

"You want to know something funny Mr. Jackass. It would be kind of sad if I didn't accept Peter. Dad it seems like the perfect time to come out to the world about this. You wanna know why it would be weird. I was originally a guy. That's right. Emily Stark used to be Dakota Stark" Emily announced shocking everyone in the world. One of the biggest people in woman empowerment used to be a male.

"That's right. She decided to be a female at 5 years old. Way before it was fully accepted. But dammit she is my pride and joy and I will always accept her. The thing I'm gonna come out about, I TONY STARK AM GAY AND I AM DATING STEVEN GRANT ROGERS!" Tony yelled causing Peter's hands to shoot over his mouth.

Peter couldn't believe his ears or eyes. This was actually happening. Just because of him.

"T-That is crazy. YOU STARK'S ARE INSANE!" Mr. Jakob yelled before running out of the building clearly afraid of the glares he earned.

Peter stood off to the side as Tony took off his suit and Emily slowly went back to normal. The pair looked towards Peter who was crying fat tears. Of course, they thought they did something wrong.

"Oh shit Underoos. We're so sorry" Tony apologised but was quickly surprised when Peter ran over enveloping the two in a large hug.

"Thank you. Thank you so much" Peter whispered as he held Emily and Tony close.

"Dad and I love you Pete. We'd do anything for you" Emily mumbled stroking the shorter boys hair.

"We love you way too much. Ever since Leipzig you've been like a son to me. What kind of dad would I be if I didn't defend my son" Tony chuckled rubbing Peter's back.

"But we aren't blood related" Peter grumbled shaking his head a bit.

"Family isn't blood related Peter. Family is made from bonds that a built over time. Some are strong some our weak. But the bonds between the Avengers is unbreakable. That includes you" Emily quoted an old press conference she had done.

"You mean it?" Peter asked looking up.

"We mean it Pete, and yes that includes May too. Your usually attractive aunt gets to be a part of this too" Tony joked earning a chuckle from Peter.

Clapping started to resound around the room catching the small family's attention. Peter's entire class was clapping as well as some people around the lobby. Peter looked over towards his friends to see their reactions.

Flash was giving him a knowing smirk as well as a thumbs up. Ned had tears running down his face with a proud smile. While MJ was nodding approvingly while sketching.

Peter laughed lightly thinking one thought.

"What did I just get myself into?"
