"And on other news a suspected child molester who goes be the name Skip full name Steven Westcott has been murdered yesterday, police are investigating what-"

Peter stared up from his cereal and looked at the TV in disbelief. Skip...was dead? Peter was was relieved but also scared yes Skip was dead but he was murdered Peter wanted him to feel sorry about his actions and had himself or accidentally fall off a bridge not be killed.

Tony walked in, already hearing the news on the police scanners "Peter I know it is in a mess of circumstances but he's dead and he can't hurt anyone else, do you wanna go to school today? if we don't leave in five minutes you're gonna miss the bell"

Peter smiled at Tony trying to change the subject "yeah though can we take the car with the cushioning?"

Tony ruffled Peters hair "Anything for you kiddo"

At School

Flash's POV

"Is Peter Parker in this class and if he is will you please come with us" What?

Why was Peter Parker getting taken out of class by some cops sure I hate penis' guts but he ain't a murderer or something. I needed to know what was happening "Miss may I please use the bathroom"

"While yes Eugene, see class that is how you ask properly to go to the restroom like a gentleman" oh shut up bitch no one likes you and you barely even teach the class half the time it's me or Peter teaching it

I found Peter with the cops and a photo of...Skip. Skip, my old babysitter....Skip, oh god why he supposed to be in jail. Flash focus what are they saying

"As you know Skip was killed yesterday, do you know anyone who would have done it and was it you" Peters voice responded back "No sir I didn't do it and sure I glad he can't hurt anyone but last I saw he was in jail, I don't think I was the only kid so maybe it was someone eles?" Peter too? Wow Skip got around..."Skip molested you in 2011 (I don't know if those years are right don't hold me up on them) right?" Peter looked like he was about to cry "Yes sir" no, no way. Skip was in jail by 2008...how many times did he get out?

"Now do you mind-" Shit, I actually knocked over a trashcan

3rd POV

The cop turned around to find Flash listening in on their conversation "Hello 'Flash', would you like to sit down and talk to us we just need to figure out it was one of you two" Peter looked up at Flash "You too?" Flash responded quietly his voice shaking "2008, they put him in jail...I guess he got out. You guys did a great job on that"

"Now Steven Westcott has a lot of friends on the inside because of that it was easier for him to get out, we are very sorry what you guys went through but right now because yes I would love to give this person a medal but if they killed this man we don't know if they are going to stop"

Peter gave them a bitch face "I completely understand that but maybe you guys have had a bit more security" Flash joined in " yeah I would never kill him and I don't want his killer on the street but he would have never been killed if you guys just put some more locks on him"

The other cop looked up from his computer " Peter and Flash are in the clear they have alibis and there shoe sizes don't match the crime scene" He looked at Peter and Flash "You boys are free to go"

Peter and Flash left the room and were walking back to class when Peter stopped "I don't wanna go back, can you cover fo me or something" Peter looked like he was about to vomit "I'm gonna call up someone to pick me up"

Flash though for a moment "I know a spot, teachers don't go there and no one really knows about it. I'll show you if you promise not to tell anyone"

Time ski-fast move to them the tree

Peters POV

"I go here when stuff gets bad, like everything from my dad and when people at school are really annoying it's my quiet place" Flash expanded "The teachers that you know it know that when kids come here best to leave them alone and if your here and someone else is you usually get a bunch of hugs. I'm pretty sure everyone started a group chat for it" Thos place is nice, I take a seat next to Flash and we just sit there for a while. The bell for lunch goes and we go out separate ways.

3rd POV The Tower

"The murderer of skip has been found-" Tony turned of the TV

"Peter, you can't sit there and re-watch the news it's not your fault"

Peter looked up at Tony with a 'But it is' face " she was hurt during the time I became Spiderman I could've saved her if I paid a bit more attention-I COULD HAVE STOPPED HIM-"

"PETER. That man hurt her before you became Spiderman I'm sorry but some people even after we stop them they still come back it is not your fault, now go to bed it's 3am"

Tony carried Peter to bed and wrapped him in a blanket burrito then turned off all his alarms "don't even think about going to school tomorrow you will stay all day in a blanket burrito with ice cream. Loki and Wade are coming to support you, I am pulling out all stops"

Peter knew not to argue, if Tony was willing to invite Loki and Wade then there is no hope for Peter going to school

3rd POV Flash's House

"YOU NEVER LISTEN DONT YOU BACK-" Flash sucked in his earphones to start listening to music hoping to drown out his dad

Holy shit

Skip was actually dead

Peters POV

Skip was dead
Like dead dead

Flash POV

Flash looked up to whatever is or isn't up there and said thank you. For getting rid of him making sure that he can't hurt anyone

Peters POV

He can't hurt anyone, he's gone

For good

So I'm kinda back, sorry if that sucked I hope it was ok. I really liked this idea and wanted to write it. I changed a little bit from the suggestion just making Flash a bit more not a dick
