3rd person POV
Peter had bullies. Yes he could fight back but he wouldn't. If he did then everyone would figure out that he was Spider-Man. Flash was worse than anyone peter had fought with. Flash was like Satan himself. He always made peters life a living hell. Whether it was snarky little comments or beating him up peter allways felt useless. Everyone in the school knew about it. Even the teachers. But no one would dare stand up to him. Flash would usually call him names like 'Penis Parker' or day that peter was lying about his 'Stark internship'   Well he technically was but he wasn't. He did have a stark internship just not in the internship way. If that makes sense. Peter had been living with Tony for a year now. After the events with the vulture Tony asked peter to stay in the compound and peter gladly accepted. Today would be the day that peter would go back to school after summer vacation. Lord knows it's gonna be hell.

Peters point of view
Beep beep beep I woke up once again to the annoying sound of my alarm going off "JARVIS what time is it" I asked sitting up from my head "it is 6am. Your school will open at 9 am today" I groaned at the mention of school.

"Okay Parker. You can do this. It's school. Just go downstairs say hi to everyone and go to school" I muttered as I walked into the elevator. Today was going to be shit. I had to stay in tutor for 3 hours then I have to be in 3 classes with flash and to top it all off I have training with Natasha. "Morning guys" I said as I walked into the kitchen "morning" that was it? No morning kid or morning spider boy? "Pete you can't go to school today" oh thank the heavens "Umm why" as exited as I was to miss school well why tf was I not going. "Fury has asked you to be in a meeting" ugghh I hate meeting with fury "Nat why" she looked up at me with a you-know-why face. It's true. I did know why. After the attack with the vulture I ruined 1 million dollars worth of things. I'm guessing that's why "Okay fine.  What times the meeting" I asked getting some cereal "2 hours" ugh that means that I can't even go to school because it takes an our to get there and an our to get back. Great!

There was no point in staying downstairs so I went to the lab to work on some things "Hey kid. Aren't you supposed to be in school?" Mr stark asked as I walked in "meeting with fury" I said taking a bite out of my muffin. Dr banner and mr stark both gave me a sympathised look. "Okay well you can help me" I loved working with Dr Banner. He was always kind and let me finish equations. "Okay so what are we doing here" I asked pointing to a couple of test tubes. "We are trying to create a stimulant that can help cure cancer using bone marrow and healthy cells" he explained to me "wow that's so cool" he softly chuckled "mr Parker it seems director fury is upstairs with agent Romanoff and Agent Barton" great he's early "okay bye guys" they waved bye as I walked out the lab and up to meet director Fury.

"Ah mr Parker"great. Nick. "Hi director fury" I said as got a bottle of water. "Hello peter. I need you to come to SHIELD headquarters with me. Right away" oh god no. Please not by myself "j just me?" Great now I'm stuttering "yes." Well this is going to be one hellish trip. "JARVIS can you inform Mr Stark that I'm not going to be here for a while" I said as I grabbed my bag and got into the car.

The car ride was silent. Mainly Director Fury trying to make small talk with me by asking how living with Mr Stark was. Very uncomfortable is an understatement. As we arrived I saw the director get really anxious. Was it about the fight with the vulture? As we walked in kids of people were looking at us. Okay it's starting to get just a tad scary. "Mr Parker it's very nice to meet you. I'm agent Sharron Carter." A woman said as she came up to me. Was she the woman cap was going on about. No that was Peggy. "Umm hello?" I asked shaking her hand. "Mr Parker please follow me into my office" I gulped but followed the Director into his office along with Sharron. "So you may be wondering why you are here" no shit director. "Yes" they both looked at each other with an anxious yet exited face "so as you know you are not part of the avengers" great thanks for bringing that up nick. I just nodded. "Well we have decided that after you fought of the vulture by yourself possibly killing yourself yet saving countless lives that you should be part of the avengers" what. I'm hearing this right? Right? "Umm what-your not joking" he looked at me like I was kidding "no peter we are not kidding. You will be staying here for a few days to train along with other agents and then will be sent back to the compound" "Okay but why do I have to train here. Why can't I just train with Natasha and Clint" I asked them both. Sharon was the first to speak "the thing is that they don't know and we would much rather you of had the training then tell them so they are most likely to accept you even though I'm the boss of them so technically they can't do anything about it but they can still refuse" I gulped. Mr Stark is not going to let me be an avenger "Okay. Umm when do I start?" I asked getting up from my seat following as they did "10 minutes. There is a room next to another girl training to be on a different team. You will be training together. There is a spiderman suit in there. Her name is Skye but she likes to be called daisy" I nodded and walked out.

The journey to the training room was really awkward. I heard about what happened between agent Carter and cap so not gonna lie I felt like I was in civil war again. "You exited" she asked before the elevator stopped "I don't know. It's a mix between exited and nervous" well that is the truth "don't worry peter. Agent coulsons team is down there. You'll be fine." Agent coulson. I thought he was dead. "Okay?" What the fuck am I supposed to say.

I walked out and saw the team I was training with. "Hi I'm Fitz. Leo Fitz. You must be peter Parker" a man approached me. He wasn't from America. His accent was amazing though. "Umm yes hi" a look of realisation splashed across his face "oh sorry let me introduce you to everyone. This is Jemma Simmons" he said as a girl approached me and shook my hand "this is Agent May" another girl approached. She looked the same age as mr Stark "this is daisy" oh this is the one they were talking about. "And obviously this is coulson" I had met coulsen before but only before the battle of New York after my parents died. I shook his hands "Hello peter. How is the genius Billionaire playboy philantripist doing" he asked as he shook my hand. I let out a small laugh "he's doing alright" he nodded and smiled. I was shown my room and got changed. "KAREN how much web fluid do I have?" I asked before I stepped out. "You have 20% peter" 20%! No that's not right. I had atleast 50 last night. Goddamn it clint! Okay maybe they can let me use there lab. "Hey do you have a lab that I can use for a minute I've ran out of web fluid" they looked at me in shock. Oh no did I do something wrong? "You created this yourself?" Jemma said looking up from her tablet "yes" they still looked at me in shock "yes we'll show you where it is. Leo come on" they both guided me.

The lab was amazing. It was better than Mr Starks lab "wow" I said as I entered. They both softly chuckled "okay well there's a small workstation here. How long will it take?" Fitz said "only about 5 minutes" again with the shocked faces "what's your IQ?" Jemma said looking back down at her tablet "KAREN what's my IQ" I probably looked stupid talking to thin air "250 Peter. Also mr Stark has been informed of where you are" "thanks" "who's KAREN?" Fitz said looking at what I was doing with my web fluid "Fitz it's his AI. Also 250!" I nodded putting my web fluid in my web shooters "KAREN ricochet web" I said as I help up by hand and pressed down the button. The web flung right into the wall. "That was so cool" I smiled at what Fitz said. They both looked genuinely intrigued with what I was doing. "Yeah Anyway I need to get back to training" we all walked off and joined the others. I was soaring against daisy whilst agent may was again coulson and obviously Fitz and Jemma weren't fighting they were just testing out new weapons. "Hey I'm daisy I guess we haven't officially met" she said holding up her hand "peter" I said back smiling.

We started fighting and you know what would of been useful to know? The fact that she had goddamn earthquake powers! So here I am with my stupid webs whilst she can create a fucking earthquake underneath my feet. I won anyways. "Your powers are like the coolest thing I've ever seen seen" I exclaimed helping her up "thanks. So are yours. How did you get them?" She asked as we got a drink "funny story. I was on a class trip to oscorp and got bit by a radioactive spider" Okay maybe it's not that funny "how about yours?" "I was trying to stop someone from destroying the world and became inhuman" wow "wow that's cool. I'm guessing it hurts" she looked at me with shock "yeah. How did you know" I sighed "the first time I discovered my powers I jumped really high and ended up smashing a basket ball into the net smashing the glass above it and then when I got home I closed my door and smashed that too" she laughed softly "super strength?" Jeeze peter. Reveal anything else about yourself whilst your at it? "Yeah" "don't tell coulson. He'll get you to sigh his captain America training cards" wait there a real thing?! "Don't worry. I'm pretty sure Cap still holds a grudge against me for dying his hair pink" she snorted "omg that was the worst thing I've ever done" I laughed "don't worry u tripped over on my birthday and my face got covered in cake" we both ended up laughing "okay well I better go and get changed. See you soon?" I nooses and smiled as I went back to my room. I think the next few days will be fun.
