From what I've read and seen this portion seems to be talking about someone's records, presumably either a criminal record or a drug record and maybe them presumably talking about releasing a song track or something and the track (hilighted  in yellow at the bottom) seems to be a song track and it's presumably made by the guy who had a heart attack also the two people talking in the script lines seem to be talking about money or something as well idk it's hard for me to get a grip on
