Iris ran back to her part of the battle field.

She bowed, "Sorry Diantha! I saw my friend and-"
Diantha smiled, "It seems like you know Ash as well."
"Yeah!" Iris shook her head then turned to crowd, "But I'm here to battle!! AM I RIGHT?!!!"

The crowd went wild, ready to see the most epic battle between 2 Champions. Iris turned back to Diantha,
"Sorry for stalling! Let's start!" The referee said the rules then, the battle was on!

(I'm just gona skip the battle part, but if you would like me to add it in just let me know!)

"And the winner is- Diantha by a nose!" The referee anonced.

Iris and Diantha returned their pokemon.
"I have to admit Iris, you put up the best fight using a dragon type against a fairy type. I actually thought I was going to lose!"
"And you would have if I had known there even was such THING as a fairy type!"

"Oh, would you look at that. Guess she lost." Serena said smugly.

However, the rest of her friends were ecstatic along with the crowd,

"Are you kidding?! That was awesome!"
"I never knew a dragon type could come that close to beating a fairy type!" "Both of their moves were sooo pretty!"
"De-denne!"
"Pika!"

Serena let out a little "hpmf!" then paid attention back to the screen.

After everyone started to clear out, Ash and his friends decided to go visit Iris at the Champion meet'n'greet.

Once they had gotten there, a guard blocked them from entering.
"Woah woah now kiddies. Line's thataway."

He pointed to a huge line labeled "Champion of Unova- Iris" and a slightly smaller line labbled, "Champion of Kalos- Diantha"

"But I know Iris. I traveled with her in Unova."
The guard laughed at Ash. "Ya, you and every other person. Just get in line, or get out."

Reluctently, Ash, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie, Dedenne & Pikachu too of course, got in the Iris line.
