Ash, Iris, and Serena followed after Bonnie and Dedenne. They popped out in a small clearing that seemed to be in the middle of the forest, when it was actually a good .25 miles away from the main path.

"Ahaha!" Iris spread her arms out and started spinning.
"Ouch-!" Serena growled under her breath, "She hit me on purpose!"
"What was that Serena?" Ash asked her with a friendly face as Pikachu hopped off his shoulder to join Dedenne and Bonnie.
"Oh nothing!" Serena thought quickly, "I was just wondering what we should do now?"
"I know!" Ash said before spinning around quickly and pointing dramatically at where he last saw Iris sitting. "I challenge you to a- huh-?"

Ash, Serena, and Clemont looked around for a second.
"Hey, where did Bonnie go?"
"Pikachu's gone too!"
"So is Dedenne!"

What in the world- did Iris kidnap them?? What kind of sick plan is she trying to pull just to get Ash all to herself?? Ooh! I've had it up to here with this girl!

"Serena!"
"Huh-? Where did everyone go??" Serena looked around frantically.
"We heard them over here!"
"That's Ash's voice!" She said aloud as she began running towards the sound of his voice.

"Iris, I don't know who you are, or why you think you have Ash wrapped around your little finger," She began saying to herself while she was running through the forest. "But I won't just stand around and let you take him from-
