A raindrop landing on your cheek is a kiss from someone who lives in heaven and is watching over you. Maybe that someone is not someone you used to know, but maybe some stranger with a heart of gold, who looked down from the heavens and thought, "You know what? I am gonna watch over that kid." And they started watching over you and they saw you face struggles or situations on which others would have broken down, but you did not, you stayed strong and you fought back. Maybe they know you like you know yourself, they know your thoughts and your dreams and your aspirations and your desperations; your turbulent mind, and your chaotic heart, all your struggles and strength and weaknesses; what nobody on Earth knows about you; because nobody knows you like you know yourself. And what if, maybe, they know all this, and they are proud of you, of your inner strength, your love and your ability to be your own rock; to fight depression and failure and loss, to be where you are right now and to be who you are right now, that maybe they are crying tears of joy and pride and those tears are the raindrops that land on your cheeks; kissing you, blessing you. Maybe it is their way of saying, "Baby, you are not alone. We are watching over you. You are going to be okay. Always."
