1: It would totally wreck other companies outta business. Then McWendy King would come along and scoop up the rest of the fast food restaurants until all the restaurants were just a giant corporation. (Okay That would be super bad since maintaining so many stores means possibly cutting down on prices, so cutting down on quality)

2: Wendy can't publicly roast McDonald's anymore AKA I don't have entertainment watching a little girl setting a clown on fire along with their frozen patties. I would honestly like it, food wise, because I love all 3 foods, and like having a little of each. (Prefer Main course from Burger King, Desert from McDonald's, and Appetizer from Wendy's. Aka I wanna Salad, a burger/chicken nuggets -my only threat to being a vegetarian- and McFlurry or Oreo cheesecake)
