Venus:

"You heard me" Harriet responded smile

My eyes widened and I set my fork down. The woman Julia was talking about, the one that carried me in her womb and gave birth to me... Was Harriett?! Shes tried to kill me multiple times and yet when I threaten he rshe uses this as an excuse? Theres a problem here!

"If your my birth mother, why are you trying to kill me?" I asked

"Well, that's a lot to explain. You ready for the story? Okay well as you aperantly already know, You and Shawn are experiments. Now ever since you guys were born you've been part of a test. What happens when you put a special in a crowded enviorment and one in iscolation?" she said setting her fork down and whipping her mouth

"Why would you do that? I mean so what if there in a crowded enviorment?" I questioned

"Well, if were going to make more, we need to know in what kind of enviorment is best to raise them in. We realized that the ones in isolation are rebellious, but more stronger than others." She said with a smile

I rolled my eyes, well thanks for calling me rebellious. I mean I am a teenager, isn't that normal?

"And the ones that grow up around people there normal, average little things. But they are the most gullible and probably the most obedient. In the begging we were resolved to kill the one that faled our test to find the one that fit our standerds and keep the other" Harriet explained looking me in eyes

My eyes widened. I had failed the test, THAT was why they were trying to finish me off. Harriet continued to explain that Shawn was trained well, he was strong and apperantly what they call Gullible. She said that putting us into the games was our final test because they couldn't choose inbetween Shawn and I. They realized it was a problem that both of us survived and that's when Jacob stepped up. He couldn't bear to see me die so he made an offer. He would go into the arena, find Shawn and I, and bring us to the pod. He said that the council could still use me and when they asked the price... That Shawn was to be kept away so I could fall in love with him. The Council agreed and sent Jacob in to go fetch Shawn and I. But I could never stop loving Shawn... Could I?

"How am I still in use for the council?" I aasked her

"Well, haven't you noticed the difference in you?" she asked me

I looked at her questioningly. Did she know what was going on with me?

"See your going to love Jacob, and your going to work for us wither you like it or not" she said in a sweet tone

Before I could react she took some tye of controller and pressed a button. I felt my counciousness knock out of place and I lost control over my body. She HAD been causing this...

Shawn:

After Venus trapped Nick and I we were immediately surrounded by keepers and knocked uncouncious. When I woke up I was in some type of cell. The first thing I thought about was Venus. What had gotten into her? Her eyes had dialated and she changed completely. I paced around the cell, it was the same exact one I had been in when Jacob betrayed us... Jacob. He probably has something to do with it. He probably made Venus get lost so he could do something to her... I had to escape, I had to find Venus. The door to the cell was glass so I could see everything outside of it. Two peace keepers were posted at the door and officals and other important people passed everyonce and a while. Hmm, maybe I could concentrate a ball of fire ot enough to go through the metal walls? Or maye just blow up the door with the fire.. Maybe I could use my telekinisus to lift the bed and throw it at the door breaking the glass. Or maybe just use it to pull the door off its hinges. I stopped pacing and stared out the door in shock. Harriet had entered a room a few seconds earlier and had just walked out, but the shocking part was when Venus stuck her head out the door and followed her instead of running. I banged on the door but it was sound proof. I used all my ideas to escape but it just left a scratch on the door and made the walls black. Nothing was working and I couldn't escape! I sunk to the floor. What were thet going to do to her? My clothes were now black with soot from my attempts to use fire. I thought of all the possibiletys that they could be doing, tourturing her.. Tying to make a deal with her... Putting her on trial for doing whatever she did.. I shook my head when the thought of Death came to my mind. I knew Venus was smart enough to attempt to escape. I waited in hopes she had turned around to come back for me and escape but it never came. I continued to pase and think of more ideas to escape and find her, I couldn't loose her again. I imagined us having a happy future, living in a house with two kids. The boy had her eyes and my hair and The girl had my eyes and her hair. We were going to name them Cameron and im sure Venus would name her daughter after another planet so maybe Jupiter. But I guess none of that was ment to be, I mean look at where were at now. No Shawn, don't think that, we'll make it out. We can have the future ive dremt of. I had flipped the bed back and was sitting on it. A familiar voice caught my attention. I looked up and saw Harriet walking down the hallway with a not looking herself Venus. Harreitt was talking to Venus and she was nodding in comprehenshion. What was going on? I stood up just as Jacob and several peacekeepers entered the picture. Harriett started to say something but then stopped and looked at Venus who shrugged and looked around. Harriett laughed and covered Venus's ears which caused her to laugh. My eyes suddenly widened and my whole world went down in flames or.. Well no it was put out by water. Harriett pushed Venus forward lighty and right in front of me, Jacob and Venus kissed. The thing that stung me the most was that Venus didn't have not even one look of regret on her face, she looked happy... Had Venus really loved me? Or was it all sometype of set up? I reached for my neck to grab my necklace and I suddenly flew into panic. My heatstone! It was gone! I looked around frantically and when I finally looked out the door way again, I saw Venus didn't have hers on either. We were both in danger without it! They could use it against and the fact that they were missing was not good. I slumped down on ym bed as the group outside the walls left. I was already dead, my death certificate signed and there was no use in battling it. I laid down and sighed. My eyelids grew heavy as my final thoughts before I drifted off were on why...

I opened my eyes. I was in a dark place wearing normal clothes. I felt safe and secure where I was. There was a bright shining light and a girl came out from it. She had a smiel plastered on her face.

"Who are you?" I questioned

"My name is Julia" she replied

"Why are you here?" I asked curiously

"Im here to tell you the truth and help you" she responded

"What truth?" I questioned

"Well, you seem full of questions today. Well then, of course so was my sister but she didn't hesitate to follow" she said with a laugh

"Your sister?" I asked confused

"Well yeah, Venus" she responded

"Wait what?"

"Come" she said grabbing my hand

There was another bright light. And we were in a house in the city. It was my house!

"Once upon a time, two scientist voulenteered for an expirement. They were both very happy with there lives and didn't hesitate to help there fellow scientist and government for further growth in knowledge." She said as we stood in my living room
