Miko was feeling awful, the reasons? 1. She accidentaly tore Fuji's prayer beads that somehow caught on the rim of her plain white panties while putting them on, and 2. Miko haven't seen Fuji since morning, nor at the same street like yesterday or the bus stop, it worried her a little , she'll have to get to know him more later... 

'Haah. why did i start seeing those things all of a sudden...? Worse thing is, i tore Fuji's prayer beads, i hope he won't get mad at me...' 

''MORNIING!! Miko was suddenly jumped on from behind startling her, by who? Well it was none other than her best friend Hana Yurikawa, how did she know? The squish.

Miko kneeled down shaking a bit ''Don't scare me like that, Hana...'' ''HOW DID YOU KNOW IT WAS ME!?'' Hana shouted in shock ''The squish...''

Few seconds later Miko recovered from the shock and stood up ''So what's up with you getting all freaked out like that?''

''Oh... It's nothing...'' 'But i still haven't seen anything. Hopefully I won't for the rest of the day and more...' , Miko thought hopefully until noticing a shadowy figure outside the window.

''Hey, Hana, this is the third floor, right?''  Tilting her head in confusion Hana glanced outside ''? , of course it is! did you hit your head or something?''

''MORNING''

The spirit leaned toward Miko staring at her dead in the eyes, due to beaing scared shitless Miko was unable to move or say anything at the moment.

''?... Whaaat? Why're you staring at me like that...?'' Hana questioned Miko with a finger on her chin.

'I MET ITS EYES. I TOTALLY MET ITS EYES.'

'I'M SCARED. SCARED. SCARED. SCARED. SCARED.'

Miko thought in terror hoping it won't realize she can see it.

''MORNING''

The spirit left making Miko slowly ease up, she could almost feel her eyes watering ''Hey. C'mon!... You're not about to... confess your love to me, are you...?''

An image of Fuji momentarily appeared in her mind before shooting Hana down ''Definitely not''

[Later...]

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING

The bell rang while Miko walked down the hall heading to the PE class, but was stopped upon seeing a certain boy in tattered clothes kneeling by one of the empty classroom doors.

''F-fuji?'' Hearing his name Fuji turned to face Miko ''Miko-chan? Nice to see you again! Did the prayer beads help?''

''Ummm... about that... I.. kinda, um... broke them..?'' Fuji stood up and quickly approached the anxious girl , ''I'm so sorry! I know i was supposed to take good care of them but i broke them this morning! I'm so sorry Fuji please forgive me!!'' Miko bowed hoping the taller male will forgive her.

''...What? I don't care about the prayer beads Miko, when you said they broke I... got kinda scared...'' Miko stood back up staring at Fuji with a slight blush ''W-what do you mean?'' 

''You see, spirits are mostly harmless and visible to every person with our gift to see, those you can easily fend off with prayer beads, but then there are the more powerfull spirits, those are the truly dangerous, they shrug off prayer beds like nothing and only people with strong spiritual sense can see them, like you and me Miko. They must be immediately exorcised, if they're left alone, they'll grow more powerfull untill they can do harm in our world, i... thought this was the case and got really concerned about you...''

 Miko's eyes widened upon seeing the clear blush on Fujis face despite the mask covering most of it, she didn't know why but her chest felt warm at the thought of Fuji worrying about her.

'' A-anyway... i'm glad you just broke them, not sure how many spirits i can exorcise before running out of resources...'' Fuji lightly sighed hoping to change the conversation while he was still blushing.

'he looks uncomfortable...'

''Fuji do you... have problem with money?''  Fuji stared at the floor before slightly nodding making Miko frown ''you could say that...''

'That's why his clothes are like that... wait, how did he get in the school in the first place?...'

''MIIIKOOO COME OOONNN , THE BELL'S ABOUT TO RIIIIINNNGG!!'' Hana yelled running up to her best friend from down the hall, Miko jerked her head in the direction of Hana ''s-sorry Hana, i was talking with Fuji''

Hana's eyes widened in shock ''You have a b-boyfriend?! not fair!! is he hot? when can i meet him?... ᶜᵃⁿ ʷᵉ ˢʰᵃʳᵉˀ~'' Bewildered by her friends outburst Miko blushed in embarrassment ''h-he isn't my boyfriend! and what do you mean when can i meet him? he's right heeeeₑₑₑₑ.....''

Miko's voice faded into nothing but a whisper as she stared at the spot where Fuji stood , now seeing nothing or no-one there. ''w-what, h-he was just there!?'' silence overtook them as Miko suddenly tensed up after a scary thought entered her mind. ''Ooohhh i get it, hi Fuji! nice to meet you! I'm Hana Yurikawa!'' Hana waved in the way Miko was facing, Miko gave her friend a stare

''He. Is not. Imaginary. Hana.'' Frowning at her friend Miko just sighed ''Let's just go..'' Agreeing Hana followed after Miko.

'I'm sorry Miko, but you're not ready for the truth just yet...'' Fuji felt sadge watched the two girls leave from behind a corner his focus being on the dark haired beauty.

[After school....]

'I definitely need Fuji to teach me exorcism... or at least get some new prayer beads' Miko thought as she and Hana were on their way to Mrs Donut, a popular local donut store that currently had a 50% off every product.

''Woah... so many people lined up...'' Hana sweatdropped at the long line of people ''Well, it is half-off'' Miko looked around a bit to confirm no spirits were nearby (she kinda hoped to see Fuji tho)

''COME ON , MIKO! IF WE DON'T GET IN LINE SOON, EVERYTHING'LL SELL OUT!!'' Shouting at Miko, Hana trotted to get in line as Miko idly followed ''Yeah, yeah.''

Meanwhile Fuji was not very far away, he was actually exorcising a strong spirits in the alleyway right next to Mrs donut

''Can't even be left alone for five minutes these days'' Fuji sighed frustrated with this spirit, a long robed figure that was easily over 6 feet tall with long wavy black hair, stitched shut eyes , instead it had eyes on it's chin. long sharp fingernails and it seemed to eat little old man ghost spirits.

''CAN SEE. CAN SEE. CAN SEE.''

it's voice rasped calmly staring at Fuji ''So i can, big deal. just get over here already'' The spirit stood still , not daring to approach the male knowing very well what will happen ''Fine, you asked for it'' Fuji stepped over the spirit trap and approached the spirit that slightly backed up 

''GO AWAY. GO AWAY.''

Fuji frowned reaching into his side bag pulling out a dagger with strange symbols carved into the blade , the spirit began to retreat, ''I won't let you get away'' Fuji leaped at the spirit stabbing it in the back

''GGGYYYYYYAAAAAAHAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!''

The spirits shriek carried for miles alerting all kinds of spirits, and Miko who was just leaving Mrs donut with Hana 'W-what the hell was that?! I hope Fuji is safe... whenever he is right now' Miko thought worriedly.

''Miko look! i got a ten-pack of just mons!''  Hana opened the mrs donut pack showing Miko it's contents

''I know, i was there with you... are you gonna eat them all by yourself?'' Miko hopefully asks 

''No way! you can have one.''

''... You know they're not calorie free right? 

''I know! my boobs are gonna get bigger again!''

''I wish i hadn't said anything'' Hana was aware of Miko's lack of development in the chest area and felt bad, so she tried to get her to think about something else.

''Soooooo... what did you get, Miko?''

''... Some Namandabu rings and the chocolate chip scorpion''

''Huh? I thought you didn't like dark chocolate?''

''It's milk chocolate, plus it isn't for me'' Miko blushed lightly

Hana smirked slightly ''Is it for.... Fuji-kun~?''

''Y-yeah..'' 

''I KNEW IT!!!''

'I just want to thank him for helping me out...' Miko thought smiling to herself with a slight tint of red growing across her cheeks.
