Vampire kings POV

"Has everything been set?"
"Yes father. Everything has been prepared" I turned to look at the man kneeling before me.

He was one of my offspring that have survived so far. I had many sons from several women. If any of them had any female babies I would kill them. I didn't need little brats that needed to be cared for and pampered. I needed tools to do my biding. Men I could easily raise and train to be weapons of mass destruction. The weak one's died along the way but a few made it to today. But this one was my strongest.

I did not have a mate because I did not need one. Mates only equal to weakness and that is why I killed mine. That's why is was easy for me to kill my idiot brother. He was too worried about protecting his family so it was easy for me to manipulate him and in the end kill him and his mate.

I had considered keeping his son and raising him as my own but the child was stubborn so he had to die. He would have tried to claim his birthright if I had kept him alive anyway. I wasn't wrong though. I was just claiming what's mine.

I was the oldest and so I deserved to be king but our father did not think so. He said I didn't have the heart of a king and so he gave it to my younger brother. But he was wrong. You didn't need heart to be a king but POWER. Ultimate power.

I wanted to rule the whole world and had to destroy everything else and make them all my slaves. As soon as all supernatural's were under me I would finally take over the human world and become the ultimate king.

They make stupid rules saying we should be hidden. That we should live together in harmony but that's all bullshit. The strong should rule the weak. The weak should all be slaves and serve the strong.

"I'm not your father. I am your king. Know your place"
"Yes my king" he said with a strong voice but I could sense his fear for me. Yes fear me. I had no emotional attachments and so killing my own offspring is a very easy feat.

"Now leave. I'm not going to wait and give them a chance to prepare. Send the signal as soon as you have done your duty" I said and he immediately disappeared. I smirked thinking about what I had planned for those idiot werewolves.
