3rd Person's POV 

Myoga was making his way up to see Totosai as quickly as possible. Totosai had to know what was going on. "Totosai, are you here?" the flea asked as he entered the cave. 

"Yes, yes I'm here Myoga," Totosai replied. "Now what is it that you need?" 

"It's an emergency concerning Lady Izayoi! She transformed into a full demon!" 

Izayoi's POV 

When I went to sleep that night, I had yet another nightmare.  

I woke to find myself in a field that was shrouded by a deep fog. "Hello?" I called out. "Is anyone here?" As I walked around, I heard footsteps right behind me. I turned to see a figure that had long, silver hair right behind me. "Papa?" 

However, when the figure came out from the deep fog, I realized it wasn't Papa. No, it was me. I had the features of a full demon; red eyes, blue irises, long fangs and claws, and purple stripes on my face. There was a smirk on this other me's face. 

"A-A-Are you, me?" 

She nodded in response as she slowly approached me. I began backing away in fear. "What's wrong?" she asked with her smirk not fading. "You aren't scared of me are you?" 

I shook my head but knew that I was afraid. 

"If you let me in control, I could defeat Naraku,"

"Yeah, and kill innocent people while you're at it?" a new voice added. 

I turned to look behind me and saw that there was yet another me. She was dawned in priestess clothing and was completely human. "I will not allow you to take control of my body!" she shouted at the demon me. 

"Bring it on then you little weakling!" the demon me shouted as she ran towards the priestess me. 

"Stop!" I shouted as the two were about to clash. 

I woke up with a startle and a scream. "Izayoi?" Mochigo asked as he sat up, waken from his sleep. "Are you all right?" 

I looked around to see the others were in the hut as well but were still asleep. "Y-Y-Yeah," I huffed. "Just a...bad dream is all. You can go back to sleep." 

Mochigo looked at me with suspicion but then went to lay down and I followed in his lead, trying to fall asleep. 

When morning came, I went to take a little nature walk. The day before  was a really bad day for me. The demon in me had gotten lose, just like Papa's had. Yet, I remember only a little bit of it. I didn't want to lose control like Papa had done. I remember when I was little and I heard Papa talking to Mama about it after he couldn't fall asleep. He talked about how he lost control and ended up attacking humans. Even if they weren't innocent, he never wanted that to happen again. 

As I was making my way back to the village, I heard a familiar cow moo. I looked up and sure enough, her comes Totosai's cow. I jumped out of the way before it could squish me. "Hey!" I shouted. "Why don't you watch where you land that thing Totosai?! It nearly crushed me!" 

"Oh you would've been fine," Totosai insisted as he got off the cow. "Now then, what's this I hear about you turning into a demon?" I sighed as I explained the whole situation. Totosai nodded after my explanation. "Well it seems the only way to help is to control the demon blood in you." 

"Control the demon?" I asked. "How Totosai?" 

"Through hard work of course." he replied. 

I smacked him on the head. "Look Totosai, I know you told Papa that after he transformed. I get that I need to do that...but, I don't wanna lose control like he did before." 

"I see your point. Then the only way to fix this quickly is to have you talk to the demon yourself." 

"Huh?"

"You're sure this will work Arrosa?" Shippo asked as I laid my body down on the hut floor. 

Arrosa nodded. "I've heard of the technique that Totosai was talking about," she replied. "Izayoi, you'll be inside your subconscious and you'll be able to speak with your human, and demon, halves. You must convince them to work together." 

"And if I can't?" I asked. 

"...Then, there's a good chance that you could lose control again." 

I gulped. I didn't want that. "Okay, I'm ready. Let's do this thing." 

Tsuyo sat by my side and held my right hand. "Be careful." he told me. 

I nodded at him and then closed my eyes, relaxing my body as Arrosa did an ancient hum. Soon I slipped from the conscious realm and into my subconscious one. 

When I opened my eyes again, I saw that I was yet again in the field from before. It was still foggy out and I could smell my two halves. I heard fighting and soon found them not fighting with weapons but with words. 

"Listen you pansy," the demon growled. "The only way defeat Naraku and get Papa back is to let me be in control." 

"Oh yeah, because that worked so great for Papa last time," the priestess rebutted. "Don't you remember that he lost control of himself, almost killed Mama, and was taken over by another demon? The only way to battle Naraku is with me." 

"Oh really? Because, if I recall correctly, Naraku was able to kill the priestess Kikyo no problem!" 

"Why you-" 

"Enough!" I shouted, getting in between my two halves. "Why are you fighting each other?" 

"Because she's a pansy!" the demon me shouted. 

"And she's a beast!" the priestess me shouted. 

"Stop!" I said. "This fighting isn't helping anyone." 

"Then you chose," the demon me said. 

I was confused. "Choose?" 

"Which half will you fight with?" the priestess me asked. 

I had to make a choice? I looked at both my halves. One had blue eyes, the other had brown. Neither of them had a trace of gold in them. 

"I choose, both." I answered, confusing both halves. "I need my spiritual powers to fight Naraku, but I also need my demon strength to fight him as well. If I don't have the both of you, then I can't use Tensoga. So I'm begging you, please stop fighting. Please stop so I can save Mama and Papa." 

They both were quiet. Then they both sighed and looked at me and then at each other. "Truce?" my priestess half asked as she held out her hand for the demon half to shake. 

It was a tense moment as I waited for the demon me to shake the priestess me. The demon huffed and then shook the priestess me's hand. "Fine, If it gets rid of Naraku then I'll work with you. I won't like it though." 

I laughed a little. "That's because you can be stubborn like Papa." I told her as I could feel myself waking up. 

When I opened my eyes, I could see the others staring at me. "Did it work?" Ayuma and Kayuma asked at the same time. 

I slowly sat up and smiled. "Yeah, it work." I answered.

Later that day, as the Sun was setting, I walked with Tsuyo to the sacred tree. "This is where Mama and Papa first met," I told him. "This is also the place where Papa proposed to Mama." 

"Really?" Tsuyo asked. "Is this also the first place they kissed?" 

"No," I replied. "Mama first kissed Papa when they were in Kaguya's castle." 

As I turned to look at Tsuyo, his lips met mine. I kissed him back and for a while, we were like that until Tsuyo pulled away. "I've gotta go," he told me as he gave me a bouquet of flowers. "But, I'll be thinking of you." 

I smiled and nodded. "I love you." 

"Love you too." With that, Tsuyo ran towards the mountains. 

I sighed as I looked at the flowers and sniffed them. 

3rd Person's POV 

"See, I told you they would kiss." Shippo whispered to the others in the bush.

"I didn't think that Izayoi would actually kiss him." Ayuma whispered. 

"Me either." Kayuma added. 

"I didn't think Izayoi felt that way about Tsuyo." Mochigo said. 

"I knew." Arrosa simply stated. 

"You did?" the others asked. 

She nodded. "To me, it seemd very obvious." 

That's when Izayoi heard the conversation going on in the bushes. She growled and went to the bushes. "You were spying on me?!" she yelled. 

"It was Shippo's idea!" the humans, well mostly humans, stated as they pointed to the fox demon. 

"SHIPPO!" Izayoi shouted as she ran after the fox demon. 

"Izayoi, calm down!" he yelled as he ran for his life. 

"Not until I pound your head in!" she yelled back. 

Looks like everything is back to normal. At least, somewhat.
