----- Kaiya's P.O.V. -----

I open my eyes to see I'm in a hut. Where am I? I thought.

I heard a familiar voice say,"Hey everyone she's awake! How are doing Kaiya?" It was Shippo. Were they worried for me?

Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku, and Sango with Kirara on her shoulder come in with happy faces. As they are happy to see me ok.

I get up slowly with only feeling little pain and say wearily,"Hey guys. How's it going?"
I put a smile when they all give me hug. They were worried for me.

"You recognize us?" Questioned Shippo.

"Of course I do,"I said with a smile," why would I not recognize my friends?"

"Because of that demon form of yours," Inuyasha said straight out," it seemed like you didn't recognize us. Only when you saw Shippo you turned back."

"That's strange. I was scared that I would want to hurt anything that I saw,"I said gratefully," I'm glad that I didn't hurt anyone."

"But can you control that form?" Kagome asked.

I shake my head. Then I felt dizzy once more and my legs were losing stance. I fell but it was not hard as I thought it would be. Luckily Inuyasha and Shippo caught me before the real damage. My last thing I saw is that they all had worried faces again.

------ Time Lapse -- when Kaiya wakes up ------
"Ugh. What happened?" I asked.

Someone said,"You didn't heal completely," it was Sango,"Your wounds were very fatal and still did not completely heal. That's when Miroku and Kagome went to find you more herbs to help you."

"Thank you. I must thank all of you. You are taking care of me when you know you don't have too." I said softly.

"No need for thanks."

"Anyway I'm going to go walk around." I said getting up shakily.

Sango helped me up and I said thank you.

I went out of the hut to see Inuyasha laying in the grass and Shippo trying to be like him. I'm only a few steps away from the hut when I recognize where we're at. We're at another castle. That's when I see a young prince around Inuyasha's age staring right at me.

Why is he staring? Is he staring at something behind me?

He's coming my way. I think Inuyasha senses something coming cause he is also coming by my side. When I turn to see Inuyasha coming, I turned back to see the prince in my face.

"Who are you?" He asked.

"I could ask you the same question." I said. That's when Inuyasha was by my side to make sure everything is ok.

"My name is Prince Riku. Is he your brother?" He said. A sweat mark was on the back of our heads.

"No I'm not her brother." Inuyasha said.

"Are you her boyfriend?" Riku asked.

I decided to change the subject before someone gets hurt, by me.

"So what's the propose of you coming over here?" I said.

"M'lady I just wanted to ask if you were taken." He said curiously and it almost seemed he anxiously wanted me to answer.

"Well for your information I'm not taken. This boy is just my friend." I said.

"Good then, m'lady," he said while holding my hand,"would you do me the favor of being my wife and baring my child?"

Is this guy serious? He had a solemn, but weirdly soft face expression on his face. So does that mean he's serious?

"Uh I'm flattered that you are asking me," I said while taking my hand out of his grasp," but no. "

"Well at least do me the favor of giving you a gift for being so beautiful and to keep you safe." He said.

Everyone was around me to see the gift he gave me. And when I mean everyone I MEAN everyone. Kagome, Miroku, Sango with Kirara, Shippo, and Inuyasha were around me probably thinking the same thing as me. Why a prince who was a full fleged demon, like a half demon like me?

The gift was made of a tiny black leather strip, fangs, and adamant jewels in a tiny circle cut. It looked like it would choke me once I put it on. It was strange I have to say though.

"Thank you." I said honestly. I did like it. I decided to put it on and saw that it grew magically where it was comfortable. It doesn't choke me. Was it just an illusion? Maybe.

"I bet you, you thought it was going to choke you, didn't you?" He said with a smile.

How did he know?

"This necklace can only be worn by the true hearted people. And I see it accepted you to be its owner," Riku continues on about the necklace," It will protect you during battles when I'm not around."

He cares about me? Enough to worry about my safety?! This guy isn't so bad.
I can sense it in his heart that he is true. We need more people like him and my friends in this world.

"Thank you Riku for the necklace." I say.

"Of course an angel like you deserves it." He said.

He might be nice and kind but he is still cheesy.

I look over to see everyone just relaxing. Riku took the chance and said,"Will you come on a date with me."

That made everyone look at me waiting for a response. I said,"Uh Riku you are nice and all but I don't go on dates. It's not my thing. I'm sorry." I turn around but I'm quickly stopped by a firm hand grabbing my hand.

My instinct came in and I flipped the person grabbing me. And for the final touch I put my foot down on the persons chest. Then once my instinct goes away I noticed it was Riku.

I immediately lift my foot off and take out my hand to help him up. "Riku I'm so sorry it was my instinct and-" I noticed he's looking at me without caring what just happened.

I heard him whisper,"What a woman." I blush. I'm a little embarrassed because everyone was still looking at me.

"So does that mean your ready to train?" Inuyasha asked trying to sound funny. Which didn't help at all.

I looked at him and say,"Yea sure lets train." I was actually happy. I loved training.

Until Riku said,"Can I train with you. I promise not to be a burden."

A sweat drop formed at the back of my back. Please can we say no.

"Sure," Inuyasha cracks his fingers by forming a fist and said," more people to fight."

Oh my- is there a way to get out of this?!

---- Time Lapse -- In a forest ----
We found a clearing in a forest not so far from the village. Right now it's just me vs. Inuyasha vs. Riku. I usually go against Inuyasha because he doesn't go easy on me. It's like half vs. half. It seems fair. Riku better pray that he will survive. Me and Inuayasha don't go easy against each other.

We all go in our fighting stances. We chose Miroku to be the referee of the fight.

"Ready!" Miroku says. Please be ok Riku. Wait why am I worried about him? He can take care of himself. I look over at him. Yea he'll be fine.

"Fight!"

We all are waiting for someone to make the first move. Should I make it? If I do I will only use half of my energy to make it quick and eas-

Riku went for me with his sword. I quickly dodged it and only left with a scratch on my cheek. I smiled and took Libro from its sheath. Libro was telling me something but I was too focused on winning the fight. Inuyasha was clever and tried to attack me while I was fighting Riku. I dodged them both but I got a few wounds. I punched Riku and he was out cold.

Now it was me and Inuyasha against each other. I was bruised and had a few cuts from Riku. Got to hand it to him he was a worthy opponent, but just could not beat me.
"Are you up to fight me Kaiya?" Inuyasha asked. Even though we're opponents in battle he still cares.

"Nah I'm good. Plus in real battle against the enemy they won't go easy just because I'm hurt." I said. And I think I could take it.

Inuyasha went first with all speed. We decided to use only our claws and use only the swords if we're equal match with our claws.

"You should surrender now it will be easier for you." Inuyasha said with a smirk on his face. He was trying to make me surrender to him.

"In your dreams," I retorted with a smirk on my face," it seems like you want me to forfeit the match."

That made him angry. He charged at me. His claws only scratched me on my shoulder. But I gave him the false hope and used my claws to make a big cut across his back.
His face was very funny. My sense of humor is weird, but you know aren't we all.

Inuyasha was on the ground. I was about to give the final blow when my wounds from earlier was affecting me. Darn I can move.

Inuyasha was waiting for the blow and looked back to see if I was ok. Kagome finally figured out was happening to me. The medicine from earlier was wearing off. Kagome yelled something to Miroku, but I didn't hear what she said. I would assume she said,"Miroku get the medicine!" I was standing but I could not move. My vision starting to blur to darkness, my legs were losing  their power, and my body crushing me from the inside. I forced myself to walk to a tree, but I didn't make it. I fell on the soft grass. Thoughtless, I got up again but with more pain and again tried to get to a tree. In the middle of me and the tree, I fell this time my body forcing me to stay down. When I was on the ground someone came to my side. I couldn't see or hear anything at all. All I felt was drops of water. One by one they fall each hitting my face.

In my last words I say with a weak smile to whoever is beside me or crying,"Pl-ease-don-'t-cr-y-for-me." I heard mumbling and what seemed like poorly muted screams. My body is completely numb and the world is slowly being swallowed by darkness.

Hey guys 0_Blue_Moon_0 here! I'm so so so so sorry for updating so late. This break I was very busy. Because I was late updating, I made this story longer (because it's seems fair). Next time I promise I will update sooner (well I will try). Anyway I hope you liked the story. Please feel free to comment down or like this story.
