Inuyasha: the story about Kaiya SPECIAL

I made this SPECIAL because of all the support you guys give me in my stories. We made it past 100 reads and more and to me that's awesome! I do want to say that this chapter is extremely longer than all my other chapters (it's supposed to be like a movie, but in book version). The picture at the top are Kosumosus and the video at the top can be played whenever you think it might sound good at (I don't have a preference). And I do not own the video.
Anyway I hope you enjoy this SPECIAL of Inuyasha: the story about Kaiya.

I walk around the castle to a small patch that has a peaceful setting and I sit down. I wonder what going to happen to all the shards when they will be put back together. Will it be a purified jewel or will be dark.

Maybe I should practice my priestess powers. Just for the occasion, if that does happen.

I get up from my spot and walk towards the small clearing that my mother appeared last night.

I saw Ichiro leaving with all his stuff. He did a hand motion that meant goodbye. I replied back by giving off the responding hand motion to his, which meant 'farewell until next time'. Then I continued heading towards yeaterday nights spot.

Where my mother was talking about me becoming a priestess I found a long dark brown bow with some arrows. On the bow it had a "M" on the top.

It must have belonged to my mother, I thought. I looked up and said," Thank you mother."

The bow was made with a dark brown wood, which was unidentifiable by me. At the end where you would tie the string to hold, there was a pink ribbon as the color of Momo's. This bow was made to be unbreakable. Nothing could break it even if you had the chance.

Now I can practice being a priestess.

This reminds me when I was young. I always practiced with my mother. She said I was actually really good. But I was only a little half demon girl back then.

My mother said I was especially good attention putting up barriers. She said my barriers were so strong that they could keep out miasma. I have to say she was a good teacher though.

------ Time Lapse -- Afternoon -----

Drops of my sweat fell, to the lime green mixed with dark green grass, from my face. The suns orange and yellow sunburst strips of sunlight breaking through the clouds. My body completely exhausted. Who knew there were so many demons around here.

I got up so see it was almost nighttime. I should get back before......

My eyes caught a unbelievable sight. I looked to my left to see the most powerful herbs/flowers in the healing remedies. They were Kosumosus. I remember my mom telling me about Kosumosus. They are very rare and very powerful. They can heal everything and anything. But only if you know how to use them they will be a powerful ally. In other words if you boil them into your tea, which is an antidote, and you do it wrong it could kill you or make your pain worse. So it's a 50/50 chance for you getting the antidote.

Luckily for me my mother taught me how to boil it correctly in tea when I was little. I decided to gather some for later just in case.

---- Time Lapse -- Sunset at the hut ----

"Well it's almost dark. I'll keep watch if all you want." I said.

"Well probably you can since Inuyasha is going to be-" Miroku was saying until Inuyasha smacked his head.

"I ain't going to be nothing." Inuyasha said in his attitude.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome yelled.

"What? What did I do?!" Inuyasha yelled back.

"More like what you need to do." Miroku said.

"Yea when are you going to tell Kaiya and Riku about you know what?" Sango said.

"Tell us what?" Riku and I asked.

"Well you see tonight is the new moon and Inuyasha turns into a-" Kagome tries to explain, but then Inuyasha interrupts her.

"Tonight is the new moon where I turn into a human ok." He said angerily in his always attitude.

Riku had a surprised look on his face. Since he was a full fleged demon, he didn't know what goes on with half demons.

"Oh is that it," I said unsurprised," you're acting like all half demons don't turn human once in awhile."

They all had their jaws dropped.

"What? " I asked them.

"Well the sun is setting," Miroku was saying," Inuyasha you better get in the hut."

"Yea yea whatever." Inuyasha replied.

Kagome looked worry. I wonder why.

Once Inuyasha stepped inside of the hut, his long silver hair, like mine, turned into pitch black, his claws and fangs went away, his dog ears were gone, and most of all his demonic aura I felt is gone. He was completely human.

"Well I guess its my turn to step in as the protector for th-" I stopped because I felt something coming. And I didn't know what it was.

"What? What's wrong" They all said looking at me.

"Miroku and Riku do you sense it?" I said to Miroku while looking at him then looking back at the entrace of the hut.

"I think so but it's very faint for me." he replied.

"For me as well." Riku answered back.

I growled and said, " It's trying to cover its tracks by turning invisible." Some how that works I just don't know how.

It was starting to get real close until it completely erased its demonic aura. It's a damn witch demon.

Only a witch demon can do this, or unless you got the potion from the witch demon, but that's most likely impossible. They're stubborn as a Inuyasha, but 10x the stubborness.

I try to sense where she is but before I could tell the hut came crashing down. I heared the witch mumur something then once I knew it we were trapped in some kind of nature trap. With thick dark green weeds crushing us.

I got to do something. Before were all crushed.

---- 3rd person P.O.V ----

Riku tried to get free from the weeds, but the witch used some kind of sleep gas to put him into a deep sleep. It seemed to work extremely on demons.

Kaiya got herself free by using her claws, but before she could get to the others, a wall that was made of the same dark green weeds formed.

"No no little girl I need the sacred jewels first from these patheic humans before I let them go." In a raspy voice the witch said to Kaiya.

Kaiya was then even more enraged by the witch, and was about to attack the witch until the witch threw a gas, that was unseen by Kaiya.

Before Kaiya knew what was going on she fell to the floor coughing. Her coughs turned more and more quieter.

"Now back to the humans," the witch said and brought down the weed wall, "Now which of you humans carry the sacred jewel?"

Kagome thought that if she could reach her bow and arrows then maybe she could get a shot. The witch knew what Kagome was planning and ordered the weeds to take her bow and arrows. Miroku, Riku, and Sango's weapons were all still in the remains of the shattered hut. So they were all defenseless.

Out of nowhere, someone grabs Kagome's bow and arrows and points it between the witch's two eyes and says," Hey you!" the witch looked over to see a tiny little girl with silver hair, claws, fangs, and dog ears pointing a arrow right between her eyes," you know it's not nice to be mean to people." Then the little girl let the arrow go straight flying towards the witch.

The sacred arrow disintegrated the witch and the thick weeds. The little girl looked tired from using her spiritual powers, and fell to ground with a soft thump. Inuyasha and the others ran to the little girls side to see she had fainted. But quickly she woke up once Kagome touched her head.

The tiny little girl asked,"Who are you," then she looked around to see more strangers and asked once again,"who are all of you?"

They were all shocked to see that this little girl, who they knew had to be Kaiya, did not know them. I mean she looked exactly like Kaiya, but much younger than before.

Kaiya then saw a teenage demon boy on the ground uncoinous. She went over by him and touched his head to check his tempeture. She looked at him with sad eyes knowing his fate. But then she realized something.

She can heal him.

Inuyasha and the others were looking at the little Kaiya walk around. Then she come up to them and asked them in her cute little voice," Do you have a pot? Or something that I can heat up something with?" Kagome then handed her a small pot that she carried to make Ramen. The little Kaiya took it and said," Thanks."

It took her both of her hands to carry it. Inuyasha offered to help, but Kaiya said no thank you.

Then they saw her gather up wood and found 2 rocks she thoroughly examined. Like she was going to make fire, they all thought.

The little Kaiya setted up everything and then with the scraping of the 2 rocks a spark was born. She then went to the nearby river filled up the small pot with water. They were watching her of course to make sure she was safe and alright. She placed the pot over the fire. Then she went to a small patch of flowers and grabbed a few.

She went back and boiled the flowers in the water. She mixed the flowers and more. Kagome noticed that she was very careful making this tea.

Kagome asked in her sweet tone of voice," What are you making?"

She answered her with a concentrated and calm voice,"I'm making a healing remedy for your friend. That demon had given him a powerful sleeping gas and mixed it with posion." She then looked at Kagome with a nice smile and said,"This will heal him quick. He will be back on his feet in no time." Then she went back to the concentration of the tea.

It took a few minutes for Kaiya to prepare the tea for Riku. She tooked it over by his side and put him in the position, so that he can swallow the tea.

Then she walked over to Kagome and the others and said," Ok so now thats done," she then positioned her self on the ground with her legs crossed from each other and said," who are ya?"

"My name is Kagome and this is Inuyasha." Kagome said while pointing to Inuyasha.

"And I am Miroku." Sango and the others noticed he didn't try anything on her.

"I'm Sango and shes Kirara." Sango said while pointing to a tiny cute cat that had black strip markings.

"And I'm Shippo." Shippo said happily. (anyone else think this is ALL to fimiliar XD)

Kaiya just stood there taking in all the information she just acquired. Then asked,"Who's he?" She pointed to the teenage demon boy who was now stirring up from his deep sleep.

"Oh he's-" Kagome was trying to say until Inuyasha interuppted her, again.

"He's Riku" Surprisingly Inuyasha said in a nice tone.

Then the boy, Riku, asked,"What did I miss?" Then he looked down to see the little Kaiya looking up at him. Confusingly he then said,"Kaiya?"

She then looked at everyone and said,"How do ya know my name?"

They explained that she was going to be with them until they get to the castle. Like a field trip.

"So your telling me that right now I'm outside the castle?!" she said with a smile on her face.

"Yes." Kagome replied.

Kaiya then got up and started running around like crazy yelling yes yes yes over and over again.

Riku said with a smile, "I guess she never went out from her castle." They were all in a cheerful mood, since seeing Kaiya this happy.

After a few minutes Kaiya asked,"Oh by the way where's mama, papa, and brother Ichiro?"

There happiness turned into saddness because it was painful to know that Kaiya doesn't know that her mother is dead and her father and brother are at the castle while she was here. Inuyasha doesn't know how it feels to be loke this. But he does know how to explain things to people.

The sun beginning to rise from its slumber. Turning the sky dark blue to a beautiful sky blue. Once the suns rays past the group Inuyasha turned back into a half demon. With all his half demon features returning back to him.

Kaiya saw this happening and thought, he looks like me.

Inuyasha saw that Kaiya was looking at him and decided he would have to explain this to Kaiya. He looked at her and said,"They're back at the castle waiting for you. Waiting for you to return from your journey."

Kaiya had a smile on her face and said, "Really papa is waiting for me?" She was about to tear up, but instead she ran around playfully. Shippo soon joined in.

That's sad. Her father should be ashamed for himself. To make his daughter have to feel that way, Inuyasha thought.

---- Time Lapse -- beginning of noon ----

Kaiya played for a long time with Shippo and Kirara. Kirara joined in a few minutes after Shippo. Riku was outside watching over them. While the rest were in the new hut they got from Riku.

In the hut, Sango and Kagome were explaining that today is Kaiya's birthday. And they wanted to do something speacial for Kaiya, but didn't know what to do.

"Hey Inuyasha, what do half demons like to do?" Miroku asked.

"Yea what do they like to do." Kagome and Sango asked.

Inuyasha answered with his arms folded," We want to be alone. But I don't think that's a good idea for her."

"I see, so what did she like before she transformed back into a child?" Miroku asked.

"Why not ask Shippo to ask her what she likes and get the information from him." Inuyasha said.

"Wow Inuyasha, I never seen you like this." Sango said.

"Yea me too." Kagome agreed.

"I agree. Inuyasha seems to care for the little Kaiya." Miroku said.

"Shut up!" Inuyasha said in his mad, but screechy voice.

Outside with Riku watching Kaiya, Shippo, and Kirara, he doesn't know about something watching them.

A Saimyosho is creeping in the woods that are near the new hut. It was watching Kaiya to be specific. But for some reason someone sent it out to only gather information. For some weird reason also the Saimyosho was not sensed there. Until when Kaiya was close it and sensed something weird about that spot, but the Saimyosho just went back to its master before becoming discovered.

"Lord Sesshomaru," Rin said," I was wondering if I could visit my sister, Kaiya. Her birthday is today, and I wish to give her gift."

Sesshomaru was about to say no, but tensaiga started to tell Sesshomaru something. Then he told Rin," Do you have your gift ready to give her?"

Rin looked at Seeshomaru and in reply shook her head signaling 'no'.

He said," Then take Jaken with you to find a gift for your sister." Sesshomaru was looking off in front of him and called for Jaken. He told Jaken to go with Rin to look for a gift.

"But Lord Sesshomaru I...I" Jaken stalled with his words trying to make up a good excuse.

"Oh and take A'un with you." Sesshomaru added.

Jaken had a sweat drop at the back of his head and said,"Yes Lord Sesshomaru."

Rin started running in the excitement and yelling 'thank you' over and over again (Similar minds think a like. Can anyone see where/who Rin got this from?) to Lord Sesshomaru.

"We'll be on your way or you may not make it on time." Sesshomaru said.

"Yes Lord Seeshomaru." Rin and Jaken said, but Rin was cheerful and Jaken was annoyed.

Then Rin and Jaken went to the nearest village to find a gift.

The Saimyosho went back to his master and reported the information he had received from the group to him.

"Perfect she is now the perfect bait to reel in the target." Said a mysterious man.

"And you are sure that the plan will work?" Asked a mysterious woman.

"Of course it will work the target will not be able to resist."

"Why are you doing this?"

"Because I need a little revenge from her cursed parents. As long I can reel in the bait," he said with a evilish smirk on his face," the plan will be successful."

"So Kaiya what do you like?" Shippo asked confidently, while they were taking a break.

"Hmm..... I like my mama's sweet treats. She would always bake or get me sweet treats," Kaiya's mouth was full of saliva," Mmm.....sweet treats."

"Um..," Shippo needed more information and was a little curious about Kaiya's past,"do you know the name of them?"

Kaiya shake her head for her answer.

Wow back then she acted a lot like a dog, Shippo thought.

"What about food. What kind of food do like?"

"Hmm...that's a toughie um...," she started to scratch her head and ears, then she had a huge smile on her face and said," oh I LOVE dumplings. Especially chicken!"

"So you basically like food."

Kaiya nodded her head.

"Interesting I'll be right back."

Kaiya sat their with her legs crossed looking back at the direction where she sensed something very unusual. She kept looking at it, when she started sensing it again.

She was going to tell that boy who looked like her about it, when her instincts kicked in. She smelled a familiar scent hit her nose. The only thing she cringed when she smelled another scent with it. She didn't like that scent and she only smelled it one time. After that she never wanted to smelled that scent mixed with horrible scent again.

She ran towards the direction of the scents. Desperate to find the end of the trail. For she knew she would find something she hoped that her nose was just lying to her.

Inside the hut they were trying a way to get the items Kaiya wanted, until Riku came in saying he saw Kaiya running away from the hut.

Surprisingly, Inuyasha was the first to be on his feet and outside. With Kagome, then Sango, then Miroku, and finally Shippo with Kirara behind him.

Inuyasha sniff the air to find Kaiya's scent to find the direction she went. But he stopped dead in his tracks while he smelled more than just Kaiya's scent.

He smelled Ichiro's scent........

But he also smelled blood........

And worse of all he smelled a scent he was confused and angered by.

"I found the perfect gift!" Rin happily said.

"Now may we proceed back to Lord Sesshomaru?" Jaken said almost sounding with a begging voice.

"Well now I guess we could because the only reason we came her was to find my sister a gift."

"Great it's settled then. Back to Lord Ses-" Jaken was turning around and walking with his eyes closed, until he bumped into someone. He said," Hey watch where your goi-" he looked up to see Lord Sesshomaru standing right in front of him.

He stammered and shuddered in his words," L-lord Se-Sesshomaru," he said while on his knees begging for mercy,"pl-please forgive me my lord."

Sesshomaru just brushed it off like he heard nothing. He looked at Rin and calmly said,"Have you gotten the gift?"

"Yes my Lord." She replied and took out a small box. Whatever was inside was very light and was not very big.

"Get on A'un were going now." Sesshomaru said.

Rin nodded her head and headed towards the dragon. Jaken followed behind Rin.

Quickly after they took off. Sesshomaru using his keen nose to find the scent similar to Rin's.

It didn't take more than 5 minutes to find the scent.

He just hoped he can make it before what tensaiga told him.

Kaiya quickly made her way through the forest looking for the end of the horrible scent. She had a worried face with tears stinging through her eyes. She wanted to cry so bad. She didn't cry because of her father.

And she wanted to obey everything her father said. Well she used too.

//// Flashback \\\\
"Daughter enter" her father said.

A young little half demon girl came up. She tried to look brave as much as she could.

She wanted to impress her father. And she would do whatever it takes to prove her determination to him.

"Daughter raise your sword." The dog demon said with no emotion.

She did what she was told. It took her awhile to raise the huge size sword.

Ichiro and her mother were watching.

Her father recommended that Kaiya should take a break learning how to be a priestess, and learn how to fight with a sword.

Her opponent was unfair though.

Her father assigned a random wild demon. He put the demon in a cage and was about to release it.

Kaiya could barley keep the sword of the ground. She was a tiny opponent and her foe was 3x her size.

"Are you ready?" He asked his daughter.

"Y-yes fa-ther." She was already using all her energy to keep the sword up.

"Come Kaiya you can do this!" Ichiro said with determination that she could win.

"Yes you can do this," her mother said in a soft voice with a soft smile matching with it," your my daughter. I already know you will win."

Kaiya looked at her mother and brother thankful that they were there. Just that moment her father raised the cage with the demon.

He yelled," Never look away from your opponent!"

The huge demon was coming straight towards her. Enable to move she stood there with fear in her eyes.

"Kaiya move!" Her father yelled.

The monster was coming closer, while Kaiya was just standing there. The sword fell finally on the floor. Kaiya could no longer hold it in that position no more.

"Kaiya!" Her mother and brother both yelled at the same time. They ran towards her, but were stopped by an invisible barrier stopping them from entering.

Her mother looked at her husband with concerned eyes. Ichiro kept banging the barrier, trying to break it with his bare hands. Unlike them her father had a emotionless face. Like he didn't care.

The monster was too close now. He tried to hit Kaiya, but strangely he missed. Kaiya moved quickly away from the monster's hand.

That was her plan.........all along she was planning this. She even had the look of fear in her eyes perfectly. Her father knew what she was doing, that was why he didn't say anything.

The monster kept attacking nonstop, but Kaiya kept dodging all the hits the demon was trying to get her with. Until she grabbed the sword from where she left it, and stabbed the demon in the chest. He fell with a thump.

Kaiya looked at what she did, and looked back at her family. They all had smile's on their faces. Well except her father.

'Did I not impress father? Man next time I need to try even more harder, Kaiya thought.'

Kaiya was starting to walk to edge of the barrier. But when she got there the barrier was still up. The barrier should have been down unless......

A huge hand hit Kaiya's body, making her hit the wall and dropping her sword.

She was breathing hard. Her mother and brother were worried for her.

Kaiya, the brave soul, got up shaking and said," Heh is that all you got?"

The demon came rushing at her. She stood her ground where the demon was only a few feet away. Kaiya had a plan and hoped it will work.

She got her plans from watching her brother Ichiro fighting demons. She admired him.

Kaiya was standing and shaking. This was her first time fighting with a sword, so she hoped that her plan will work.

Now only a few inches away....... He was about to grab Kaiya, until she moved quickly out of the way making him hit the wall hard.

Kaiya ran to her sword, Libro, and whispered," please I beg of you to help me."

The sword replied by sending a wave of energy through Kaiya's body. Libro then became lighter and she was now able to hold Libro.

Kaiya then ran towards the demon, who was now starting to get back up, while she screamed her battle cry. Her battle cry was strange. It sounded like a melody instead of a ferocious cry.

She final said," lighting scar!" From the sky, a flash of blue lighting was heading towards the demon. Soon after the demon turned into ashes.

"I d-did it," she hugged the sword," thank you Libro."

She stood up to only fall down again. The 'lighting scar' took a lot out of Kaiya. She could tell the barrier was down because her brother and mother started running to her.

Her mother held Kaiya in her arms and said," Good job. You should be proud."
Ichiro nodded his head in agreement.

Like she didn't here a word from her mother Kaiya said in a whisper," Is father proud?" She started to tear up, until she heared a stern voice.

"Don't cry. Don't ever cry. I am proud of you my sword." He said emotionless.

She obeyed her tears started to go away. But what did he mean by 'my sword'?

Kaiya was running in the direction where she smelled the scents she was following.
Until she reached a small, clearing she stopped. This is where the scent stops, but there's no sign of.......

A sharp pain flowed through Kaiya's right arm. She was cut, but by who?

She turned around to see a mysterious figure staring down at her. The mysterious figure said coldly," The bait has finally arrived."

Kaiya screamed and ran away from the figure. Until she hit another mysterious figure, she screamed again. But before she could run, the world around here began to sink into darkness.

Sesshomaru soared through the sky with A'un behind him. A'un was carrying Jaken and Rin.

Sesshomaru heard something that worried him a little more than he was already. He said in his normal voice,"Come on A'un. Hurry."

A'un tried to go as fast as he could, but he was still far behind Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru was wondering if they were going to make it. Tensaiga was now telling Sesshomaru more often about the warning.

Inuyasha stopped running to hear something that worried him. He heard screaming, and it's in the direction of where Kaiya was going.

Kagome asked," What's wrong Inuyasha?"

He replied angrily and worriedly ," Come on! We got to keep moving!"

Riku must have heard it as well because he started running faster.

Sango told Kirara to go faster.

From not so far away from Inuyasha's group, Ichiro was walking back to the castle. Until he heard and smelled something displeasing to him, he heard screaming and smelled blood. The worse thing was he knew who exactly it was. But he haven't heard that scream in a long time, the blood though. The blood was the real deal.

It was his sister.

"This girl now alerted the target. It won't be long now. Hurry we must get ready. There will be more than the target coming for her." The mysterious figure man said coldly.

"Why must there be blood from the girl?" The mysterious figure woman asked.

"So it will nervous our target and the others, making them desperate to come even faster."

"I see. You thought this through throughly."

It was soon when Ichiro found Inuyasha's group. He had an extremely worried face. For he was scared for he's sister.

"Don't worry we'll find her." Kagome said reassuringly.

"Yea don't worry we'll get your little sister back no matter what." Inuyasha said which surprised everyone. He sounded like he grew attached to the little half demon girl.

They all looked at Inuyasha with confusion and he said annoyed,"Come on we don't have time." Then they started to run again.

"Lord Sesshomaru, are we almost there?" Rin asked.

No response.

"Rin don't bother Lord Sesshomaru. Can't you see he's concentrating."

"Oops sorry my lord." Apologetically Rin said.

Sesshomaru just kept flying like he didn't hear a word. He was too concentrated on finding her sister. Because of the tensaiga's warning, he was worried too. Not for him of course, but for Rin.

"They're here. Get into position." The mysterious man said to the woman.

"Kaiya! Kaiya where are you!" In sync Ichiro, Inuyasha, and Riku yelled. They were walking now and were looking around for the girl.

They came up to a small clearing to see one single tree. That tree had something tied to it. The something tied to the tree was Kaiya. The three of them basically ran to the tree, but they could not reach Kaiya. There was a barrier, preventing them to get get any closer. The barrier was especially effected for Riku and Ichrio. Whoever planned this planned it well.

"What hell! Why can't we get to her?!" Angrily Inuyasha said.

"Hehehe you fools..." A mysterious voice said coldly.

"I know that voice........" Inuyasha said quietly.

"It's been too long Inuyasha." The mysterious man said.

"Naraku! You did this to Kaiya!" Inuyasha said angrily.

"Naraku, you mean that guy who's really bad?" Riku asked curiously.

"Good or bad........I don't care! He did this to my sister!" Ichiro said completely enraged.

"Calm down Ichrio." Inuyasha said.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome said happily," we've found you. Over here guys!" Then came out Sango, Miroku, Kirara, and Shippo.

"Stay back guys it's Naraku! And he's got Kaiya." Inuyasha yelled.

Riku then thought of something. He said,"Kagome there's a barrier around the tree. Can  you disable it?"

"I can try!" She responded. Kagome shot the arrow, but it deflected off the barrier and headed straight towards Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome yelled.

"Don't worry I'm fine!" Inuyasha yelled back.

"You fools every time you attack, you'll harm your most loved ones!" Naraku said with his sinister voice.

"Naraku you monster!" Ichiro yelled. He was extremely angry. He attacked the barrier to be through back, he got back up to see something he wasn't expecting.

He got up to see the scratch he did on the barrier went to his little sister.

He had tears burning threatening to come down. She stirred in her unconscious nap. Her face hit with pain.

"Naraku where are you! I will destroy you myself!" He said.

"Ichrio get back." Inuyasha said sternly. Inuyasha took out tetsaiga and turned it into the red tetsaiga.

He hit the barrier. The hit deflected and aimed at two people one Kagome the other went to the trees and bushes.

Inuyasha then quickly deflected the one aiming for Kagome then asked her,"Are you ok Kagome?"

"I'm fine thanks." She replied and smiled at Inuyasha.

The other one missed its target.

What they saw next was unexpected...... Kaiya was starting to move.

Ichrio looked and saw her moving. He was happy to see she was ok.

Kaiya then opened her eyes, but the had no soul. They all figured she was under the spell of Naraku.

"You you......." Ichiro eyes where covered with his bangs. A hand was on his shoulders, it was Inuyasha. He was about mad as he was.

"How are you going to defeat me when you will be fighting your friend?" Coldly Naraku said.

Kaiya saw the roots trapping her against the tree. She clawed her way out and headed toward the barrier. Towards them.

She put her right hand on the barrier, and it instantly it came down. A young half demon girl brought down a strong barrier like this one.

Naraku kept laughing, but he was no where to be seen. Once the barrier was completely down Kaiya started walking towards us, but she was heading towards one particular person...........Ichiro.

Ichiro was just standing there waiting.

Once little Kaiya was now inches from him she stopped. She was looking down, so we couldn't see her eyes now. But it looked like she was shaking and they heard her take in shaky breathes.

Kaiya then embraced Ichrio with a tight hug. Ichiro almost lost his breathe at the surprise, but he hugged her back with the same amount of strength. She was crying so much, she could have passed out right then there. Other than that she was happy. They were both happy.

"Brother Ichiro I'm so glad that you are alright,"Kaiya said when could they could finally understand her," are you hurt?"

Ichrio looked at her and said,"If I'm hurt?! Kaiya I should be asking you that."

"Well I'm smelled that terrible scent that I hate from yo- wait how did you get bigger?" Kaiya said.

Naraku went dead silent or he just escaped because he didn't plan that. But he still left the woman to her job.

She was now ready to complete her part......

She was a priestess an old dark haired priestess............

Some consider her as a miracle or beloved, but some consider her...........

......the walking dead..........

Kaiya and Ichiro broke away from their sibling hug, and they joined the rest of the group.

Inuyasha telling them Naraku got away and asking how little Kaiya broke free from Naraku's control. He was very intrigued how she did it. But other than that they talked about Kaiya's birthday and how to get the food.

No one heard, except one person, that a arrow was being pointed at the back of Ichrio's back. That one person was trying to find where the person pointing the arrow is at, but the person couldn't find the person pointing the arrow. The other were not paying attention to what the person noticing the sounds.

The arrow was detached from the bow and heading for Ichiro. Before the arrow got too close the person jumped in front between Ichiro and the arrow.

Ichrio felt a little thump hit his back. He turned back to see his little sister with a arrow threw her back. She was in the position where she was shielding him by hugging him. Ichrio felt the tears and anger rumble up again.

"Kaiya! Kaiya please answer me! Kaiya!" He yelled.

Sesshomaru and his companions got in time to see little Kaiya got shot in the back. Tensaiga was shaking telling Sesshomaru something.

Ichrio saw Rin.

Rin asked,"Who's that?" She thought she knew who it was, but she hoping it wasn't true.

Ichiro answered with little Kaiya in his arms," I-it's Kaiya."

Rin the rushed over to hug her brother and sister. She started crying. Then she thought of something she ran to Sesshomaru, still with tears in her eyes and begged him to use tensaiga on her sister.

Sesshomaru agreed to do it. This is why tensaiga brought him here. To save this girl.

Inuyasha and the other's were also crying. Sesshomaru saw how much they cared for this one girl.

He unsheathed tensaiga and pointed the blade at the little girl. She was younger than Rin, but it was also the spell that witch demon casted on her. She was actually older than Rin.

Sesshomaru was puzzled and said,"I cannot save this child."

"What!" Everyone yelled.

Inuyasha stepped up and said,"Why can't you save her!"

"Because she is not dead." He answered.

"He's right she's still breathing, but she's still in pain." Ichiro answered while holding his sister. "Rin come here and help me take the arrow out of our sister." Ichrio said.

"Ok." She said quivering and walked over by Ichiro.

They both placed one hand on the arrow and slowly took it out. While they were taking the arrow out, Kaiya flinched at every slow movement. Inuyasha especially looked sad, since he grown attached to Kaiya.

Ichiro and Rin were both crying after taking out the arrow. They heared something that made them feel worse, that made everyone worse.

"Pl-ease-don-t-cr-y-for-me. I'm-go-ing-to-be-fine." Kaiya said weakly.

"We have to save her some how!"Kagome said confidently.

"How?" Everyone asked.

"Well right now I think her half demon form is keeping her alive...... Oh no." Kagome said.

"What?! What's wrong?" Inuyasha asked.

"Tonight's going to be the waning crescent........she's going to become human." Kagome explained.

"Come on is there anything a herb or something that can help her?" Rin asked anxiously.

"Well....." Kagome thought out loud.

"What about that herb little Kaiya showed us. It was called Kosumosus." Sango remembered.

"Yea it healed me easily." Riku added.

"Wait Kaiya used the Kosumosus to heal you?" Ichrio asked.

"Yea it worked. I thought maybe Kagome could make it." Riku said.

Everyone looked at at Kagome. Then Rin asked,"Miss Kagome can you make it for my sister please?"

"I mean I can try, but little Kaiya told me it's dangerous if you don't know how to make it. And let's just say I don't know how to make it." A sweat drop formed at the back of her head.

"Can you try?" Ichiro, Rin, and Inuyasha asked.

"Of course I can try. I will just need help." Kagome explained.

"Sango and I will go with you." Miroku said. Sango nodded her head in agreement.

"Ok then! Let's go!" Kagome said and ran in the direction on which they came. Miroku and Sango quickly followed.

"Let's hope now that she can get it." Inuyasha said while looking down at little Kaiya.

"Come let's get back to the hut." Riku suggested. They all nodded.

Ichiro got up slowly not wanting to hurt Kaiya. She whimpered lowly. Ichiro grew a worried face and looked up to see the sun near setting. Come on Kaiya hold on, he thought.

They slowly made their way back to the hut. Kaiya had here golden eyes slightly open.
She was humming a song her mother used to sing her.

Moonlight comes

She loved that melody her mother sang. Rin heard the melody and asked Kaiya,"Where did you hear a beautiful melody like that?"

Surprisingly, Kaiya answered with a soft, but normal voice,"Our mother sings a beautiful melody before me and Ichiro go to sleep."

"Oh I see. Can you sing the lyrics? Please?" Rin asked.

"Rin don't make her do anything she doesn't want to do." Ichiro said.

Kaiya tugged on her brothers kimono and said softly,"Brother Ichiro it's alright I don't mind."

"Ok." He said softly.

Kaiya cleared her throat and started:

"Moonlight comes

Sun comes up
Sun come down
No one stays around
Through the wind
Through the sound
No one stays around

Water comes

Fire comes
Fire goes
No one stays around
Through the dark
Through the light
No one stays around"

"Wow that's a beautiful song and you sang it beautifully too." Rin said happily.

Everyone heard the song and nodded their head in a agreement.

Kaiya then said in a weak voice,"Than-k-yo-u." She then closed her eyes and cutely snored. They all smiled, but still had determination to save her.

Then they heard Kagome talking to Miroku and Sango. They guess they found the Kosumosus around the hut.

"Hey Kagome you almost done?" He asked.

"Umm no we can't find the Kosumosus." She replied back.

"Hmm maybe try the old hut," Riku suggested," that's where she found them before."

"Ok then we're off!" Kagome pointed in the direction the old hut.

Kirara then turned into her demon cat form and carried Kagome and Sango, while Miroku ran towards the hut.

A few minutes later Kaiya woke up and Ichiro asked her,"How are you doing Kaiya? You holding on?"

"Yea. I'm fine. Just looking at the sun." She said lower than a whisper.

They now had three problems.......
First- Kaiya was really weak
Second- Kagome and the others are not done making the healing remedy
Third- it was almost dark

Ichiro whispered to himself, but everyone heard him,"Just hang on little sister."

She heard him and said weakly,"Don't worry big brother Ichiro I will hang on." Kaiya's eyes were almost soulless. And Kaiya tried not show it, but she was in terrible pain. She was stronger for her brother. I must stay strong, she thought, for him.

They finally reached the hut a few minutes after. Inuyasha made a little bed out of the blankets they had. They laid her down in the blankets. Her silver hair still flawless, her little dog ears still adorable, her claws and canines are in good condition, but her eyes. Her eyes had barely had any light in them. Their color, a dark golden yellow, was now fading into plain dark yellow. The goldness in her eyes was running away. Kaiya could tell you she was alright, but if you look into her eyes they told another story.

The sun was now setting. Slowly, not knowing its leading to a little girl's death, it was sinking to the horizon. The moon was now taking its place.

"It's time." Inuyasha said in a serious voice, but it had a hint of wordiness.

The moon's beams were shinning through the open window in the hut, and spreading everywhere in the hut.

They all looked at Kaiya. Her hair turning into a dark brown, her adorable little dog ears disappearing and now her ears on the sides of her head like normal humans, her canines and claws turning back into human features, and her eyes turned into a dark brown. Her half demon form went away, so did half of her strength.

Poor Kaiya before was in an ok condition. It was stable lets just say. Now in her human form she started shaking unstoppably. She flinched every time someone would move, she had become more fragile. She was a glass flower, so pretty but make the wrong move..........smash.......

"Brother Ichiro..........," she said so softly and raspy only Ichiro and Inuyasha could hear it,"I'm not sure how much more I," she flinched,"I-I'm no-t su-re ho-w mu-ch more I ca-n st-ay........," she started crying with her eyes looking grim,"I-m sooooo so-rry."

Ichiro's eyes burned with tears and said pleading to her,"Please Kaiya try harder. Just a little longer." He then hugged her gently, because of the unexpected embrace Kaiya flinched. He could feel her shaking and her deep breathing.

Kaiya's tears traveled down her cheeks and feel one by one to the ground. She buried her head in her brother's shoulder. Ichiro was holding back the tears, but inside this was breaking him apart.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome yelled," We found the flowers!"

Everyone was so happy to hear that. Inuyasha said,"Hurry and make the antidote!"

She then came inside the hut with sad eyes,"I can't. I could make her condition worse or even worse.........I could kill her."

Inuyasha replied angrily but in a calm way,"So what are we suppose to do?"

"We either have to hope Kaiya can make it or find someone else who could make it." Kagome replied calmly.

Ichiro looked at Kaiya and said softly," Hey. Do you think you can do it? You think you can make your antidote?"

She then nodded and slowly walked toward Kagome, limping. The two siblings of Kaiya had to see there sister go through pain. She then told Kagome to come down so she could whisper something, she also told Inuyasha. She whispered what she needed. They nodded and headed out.

Kaiya was so pale and her eyes hanging on to her last energy, but even through her pain she smiled. Her vision was blurring and she suddenly stumbled back. Quickly, Ichiro and Rin caught her. They asked if she was ok. She responded by nodding her head. She was shaking and flinching, at all the moment she was causing.

They knew she couldn't make the antidote, so when Kagome and Inuyasha set up the station to make the antidote she couldn't make it. She didn't have enough energy to do so.

Then out of nowhere Kaiya gasped and said now extremely soft,"mama."

Ichiro and Rin were both puzzled and looked in the direction Kaiya was looking in. Then they saw it. It was a woman, who was very beautiful. Ichiro quickly recognized the woman and repeated what Kaiya said. Rin looked at the woman and said "mama" but she was still puzzled.

The woman was not walking, she was levitating. She started moving towards them, but none seemed to be hostile towards the woman. Kaiya then got up shakily and ran towards the woman. She said,"Mama I can't believe I'm outside of the castle! This is so cool and exciting!" Kaiya said that like she forgot all about the pain, but then Kaiya feel towards the ground hard. Ichiro and Rin quickly ran towards there sister's side. Then the woman rubbed the heads of her children. Ichiro and Rin were both crying, while Kaiya was now unconscious. She didn't have much time now.

The woman walked toward the station Kagome and Inuyasha made and started making something. It was 5 minutes later when she came back and gave the antidote to Ichiro.
She said," Ichiro give this to your sister. Now I must go. Goodbye my children." She kissed all of their head's and kindly waved goodbye. She then disappeared into the sky carrying Momo's through the wind.

Ichiro quickly gave the antidote to Kaiya. Everyone stayed by her side looking at her. Waiting for her to wake up and be normal again.

It was when the sun came back up and Kaiya turned back into a little half demon, is when Kaiya woke up from her slumber.

She sweetly said,"Hey guys."

They all came towards her to hug her. She laughed at the unexpected embrace, her cute little laugh the one they missed so much.

She finally said,"I have to go now. Sorry, but I will be back some day. When ya need me the most!" They were all confused on what she meant and saw her disappeared. But then they saw something basically unbelievable, the regular teenage Kaiya was standing there. Since they all had sad faces she was worried.

"Hey why ya guys sad?" She then looked around and cracked her knuckles," Who was the the punk?"

They went to embrace her again, but then she quickly jumped up, avoiding the embrace. Making them all clash together.

"What's wrong with you guys?! What did I miss?!" She asked.

They all were confused and thought, she doesn't remember anything at all.

"So?" She asked.

Well they explained the whole thing. Not leaving anything behind, well they hope so.

"Oh yea that's a story. I mean it sounds like it hurt my younger side the most. I feel bad for the poor girl. I which I guess I feel bad for myself? Man this stuff is really confusing!" Kaiya said.

"Anyway your back and ok, and that's all that matters." Ichiro said happily.

"Yea I'm so happy that your back sister!" Rin said possibly more happy than Ichiro.

"Aww thanks you guys!" She said while putting a genuine smile on her face.

"But I'm still worried why that guy was after you, Ichiro. You might be my older brother, but still I'm worried for you than me. I mean Rin has Sesshomaru as a protector *cough* we need *cough* to talk *cough*about that *clears throat* ahem excuse me. And I have Inuyasha and the others, but you have..........."her voice trailed off not wanting to finish her thought.

"Don't worry about me I'll be fine. I'll be at the castle with father." He said as if doesn't have a care in the world.

Kaiya grabbed him by the collar of his kimono with a 'I don't care' face and dragged him aside. She didn't want Rin hearing this. "Now big brother don't get cocky. If you get hurt, and break your word then I'll crush your skull, personally." She threatened him and it clearly worked. She let go of him and joined Rin.

"Father let go outside too, huh?" She asked.

Rin nodded. Kaiya saw determination in her eyes and knew she choose to stay with him. She thought she made the right choice, she chose a good protector. Even if he doesn't show it, Sesshomaru cared deeply for Rin. Kaiya knew he will protect her.

"Alright then. Sesshomaru I trust you with my little sister." Kaiya said.
Sesshomaru simply stared at her. She took it as a ok.

"Ok then now that everything is settled. Are you guys ready to go?" She asked her group.

"Yup." Shippo said.

"Yea." Inuyasha and Kagome said.

"Yes." Sango and Miroku said.

"Well then let's go! Good luck guys!" That was her goodbye to her other comrades. She put up her hand, way of her saying goodbye, in the position that meant 'farewell until next time' hand motion to her sister and brother they got the message and responded back in their own hand motions.

Then they walked toward a new adventure...............

"Next time we need to think more clearly on the outcomes. This plan would have worked if that damn girl hadn't gotten into our way." Naraku said wickedly.

"You can't blame the poor girl it was her instincts." The mysterious woman said.

"Well then maybe we need to get rid of the girl first then. And what is even more wonderful is that she's traveling with Inuyasha. Talk about taking two birds down with one stone." Naraku said coldly.

"Father I'm back!" Ichiro yelled through the castle hallways.

"Your father is in the weaponry room, sir." One of the kings servants said to Ichiro.

Ichiro didn't care he decided to go to the gardens instead. He would like to see his mother's flowers.

"My precious sword almost cracked. My other swords also have cracks, because of this catastrophe. Oh my can't let that happen again. Well I'm just to have to take a little more energy to fix my swords. My precious sword can spare a little demonic and human energy." The dog King said casually. "They say sharing is caring, now daughter give me your strength, because of you I have to do this. The least you can do is spare me some of that demon is and human energy."

Im soooooooo sorry that it took this long to make a special. I mean I had some problems in life so that probably slowed me down. Anyways enough about me, guys I really hoped you liked it. I tried my best to give ya something special since we made it to 100 and more! I'm really starting to hate that dog King guy, and I made the story! And I think the part where Kaiya sacrifices herself for her brother is a moral to all of us. Now I'm not saying we should die, I'm saying we should care for all the people in our lives good or bad, and trust me I have bad people in my life, but I ignore them. To wrap things up I really really hoped you liked it and we'll guys I will see ya in the next chapter! ^-^
