Feeling Weird...ly happy

"Kyoya I want you to sleep with me."

".. What?" He asks, and I see his cheeks turn a dark red color. I just laugh, my tails wagging.

"I don't think I stuttered Master~ Spend the weekend with me, stay here, sleep in my room, get away from your Father for a while~" I sing, and I see his body perk up. "I've never spent a night here alone, and I don't want to start now."

"Alright.. but i'll have to let my father know i'm staying here." Kyoya says, fixing his tie and hair, then heading to the door. "Coming?"

"Hai~" I smile, skipping over and grabbing his hand as we walk back through the woods and to his house. After convincing Mr. Ootori, we pack clothes and stuff, not much. Just as we're about to walk back through the garden, a limo pulls up.

"Who could that be?" I question and feel my ears go down as Tamaki steps out of the car.

"Oh mommy dearest, would you like to go out to dinner- Where're you two going?" He asks, seeing us with our bags.

"Spending the weekend at my old place." I smile slightly, and his eyes sparkle.

"Daddy wants to see his little girl's home!" I huff.

Whining, I pull on Kyoya's hand, towards the gate. "Tamaki, c'mon." Tamaki bounds after us, ranting about how precious my home must be. I end up giggling, running the rest of the way home with Tamaki running after me. I run straight to my room, quickly setting my bag down and heading to the bathroom to shower. "Gotta get ready for dinner~" I say while passing Tamaki and closing the door without giving him a chance to speak

I step into the shower and turn it on. One thing that always amazed me. How Father was able to get water out here. Taking a shower, I wash my hair, ears, tails, and body. Stepping out of the warmth of the water, I grab a towel and wrap it around my body. I sneak to my room to go and get changed.

3rd POV

"You're not spending the weekend with us Tamaki." Kyoya says stubbornly as the host king looks around everywhere. "Nor are you telling the others that Onaji and I are out here."

"I can't believe my cute little girl lived here for her entire life~!" Tamaki squeals, loving the little rustic house and ignoring his friend.

"Not my whole life, Tamaki. I came here when I was six." Onaji's voice flutters through the room quietly. Both Tamaki and Kyoya look over at her, she was wearing a black long sleeve shoulder hole top, with a lace up v-top. The sleeves were large and hung off her wrists in small waves. The shirt tightened right under chest, then flared out over her stomach and back. She had on dark jean capris with black flats, and her wig was braided and hung over her left shoulder. Onaji's make-up was subtle, just some light coral lipstick and some blush, but that might've just been her natural cheeks.

"Onaji, you look nice." Kyoya says coolly, sending a glare to Tamaki who was looking at more than just her.

"My little girl is so beautiful~! How are you hiding your tails my darling?" Tamaki coos, doing circles around Onaji as she walks into the living room.

"I'm wearing a skin tight tank top underneath this, and my tails are underneath that, wrapped around my stomach." Onaji explains, itching her side. "My fur is itchy." She laughs.

"Lets us go to dinner then!" Tamaki announces, grabbing Onaji's and Kyoya's hand, pulling them out of the house. The three went out to a fancy dinner, enjoying themselves, even with Tamaki's blondness.

"So, what do you two plan on doing this weekend?" Tamaki asks, putting his fork down and wiping his mouth with a napkin.

"I have a few things in mind that Master and I can do." Onaji smiles. Kyoya didn't say anything, fore his mind was going somewhere else.. a dirty place. He could feel the heat rise to his cheeks, but quickly shakes off the thoughts.

"Hm..~ You two have fun, but remember Mommy dear, to leave my precious daughter alone." Tamaki scolds lightly, and receives a playful glare from Kyoya. "I plan on taking Haruhi out tomorrow for lunch~ I have it all planned out." He sighs dreamily, going off to fantasy land.

"Thank you for taking us out to dinner Tamaki, but as it is getting late, we should probably head back." Kyoya says, taking out a checkbook.

"Oh don't worry about it Kyoya, I got it." Tamaki waves his friend off, rising to his feet.

"But you did last time, remember I keep tab on these things." Kyoya says, winking before walking to the front desk to pay.

Onaji and Tamaki walk together towards the door. "Keep him in line, kay Ona~?" Tamaki says, kissing the top of her head before taking his leave, knowing the Ootori limo will be outside already.

"Ready?" Kyoya asks, coming up to Onaji, who jumps, startled.

"H-hai, Master." She murmurs, her cheeks a rosy color. They go into the limo, and she pulls her tails out of her shirt, then proceeds to itch her back, sides, and stomach. "Ah, so much better~"

"So, what did you have planned for tonight?" Kyoya asks, smiling while watching Onaji take her wig off and scratch her ears too.

"It's a surprise~" She smiles, shaking her hair out. "I hope you know how to climb."

"Climb?" He questions, confused. Onaji just giggles. As the driver pulls up to the mansion, she jumps out of the car before it can even come to a complete stop. Transforming, she runs for the woods. "Onaji, wait!" Kyoya shouts, quickly getting out of the limo and running after her.

"Onaji? Onaji where'd you go?" Kyoya asks, panting. He got to her house, but she wasn't inside. He was currently searching outside in the woods. The sun was setting, the sky a deep peachy color, and the woods were casted with shadows everywhere, the remaining light making everything a vibrant luscious green, or a dark mysterious black.

"Kyoya, this way~" Onaji calls, startling the young Ootori. He turns around to see Onaji, changed into some very short shorts, and a button up shirt. "Follow me." He nods, unable to speak. Following her through the forest, they come to a large weeping willow tree, its branches hanging low and brushing the forest floor. Onaji climbs up the tree.

"Are you sure this is safe?" He questions, hesitantly following after. Never in his life had he imagined that he'd be climbing a tree.

"I came here all the time when I was little." She responds, climbing to the top, where there was a small platform.

"Is this even stable?" He questions, sitting on it with her, and feeling it wobble. She just shrugs, laying back on the wood.

"It should hold us for a while."

"So why'd you bring me here?" Kyoya asks, leaning back on his hands and looking at Onaji. Her hair was sprawled on and over the wood, her amethyst eyes gazing at the sky. Her lips were parted ever so slightly.. Kyoya's eyes traveled further down, noticing how the top button on her shirt was undone, and that it was hugging her breasts. Going further down still, her tails were off to the side, and her thighs... her legs were crossed, hanging over the edge. He brought his gaze back to her eyes.

Onaji's POV

"Instead of watching movies, my father and I would find a clearing in the woods, and star gaze. We don't have a tv, so this was one of our only options. I wanted to do this with you." I explain quietly, watching the sunset. I place my hand lightly on top of his. "It's something we always did." Kyoya lays back on the platform slowly, being cautious. I just smile, interlacing my fingers with his as we both look at the sky.

"That sounds lovely Onaji, I would love to look at the stars with you." He says, gently squeezing my hand. We watch the sunset, the sky turning from fiery reds, to deep purples and blue, and the stars come out, replacing the sun's light with the moon's.

"Master Kyoya-" I begin to say, but he cuts me off.

"Wait, I want to make a rule. While we're here in your old home. Don't call me Master, okay?" Kyoya says, rubbing the top of my hand with his thumb.

"Okay.." I pause a moment before continuing. "Kyoya, I want to thank you.. You see, when I was younger, my mother got taken from us, by the hunters. That's when we had to move, and we came here, after making sure that she wouldn't come be coming back. Father raised me, and tried to keep me happy, which was a little hard." I laugh softly, "With just him and I, I got bored out of my mind. And then, I think it was a week after we moved here, I found your garden. And you. We played together until Father called me home, but i'd always return. I was- am, more happy now that i've found you." I feel a blush form on my cheeks. "When the hunters invaded our house, dad threw me out the back door and said to run to Kyoya's, and don't look back. I listened, and ran without looking back. I heard my father fighting, and then him yelping in pain." I take a sharp intake of breath, and Kyoya squeezes my hand. "B-but anyway.. you don't know how grateful I am to you, after you took me in. Even after you figured out I was part human, you didn't treat me much different, which I thank you for. I know it's only been, what? 4-5 months? But it feels like you've been with me the entire time. And I just want you to know that i'll do anything to repay you for the help you've given me."

Kyoya stays silent for a long time, and I slowly get nervous. He lets go of my hand, and puts it around my shoulders, so my head was lying on his arm, and he tugged me closer. "You don't have to repay me... The fact that you're with me is enough." He murmurs, leaning over and kissing my forehead.

"K-kyoya.." I stutter, blushing. I see a smirk reach his lips.

"Ah I apologize, I didn't want to do that." Kyoya says, and a pang of hurt sears through me for some odd reason, but he continues. "What I want to do, is kiss you. May I?" Kyoya whispers, and his warm minty breath hits my lips, making me shudder. Reaching a hand up, I caress his cheek and pull him closer, letting our lips meet. His free hand cups my cheek, and he deepens the kiss, tilting my head back slightly.

Suddenly I pull away from him, "Kyoya, look~!" I point to the sky, a blush on my cheeks, i'm sure. "A shooting star! Make a wish~" In response, he kisses me again.

"I've already gotten my wish, Ona. You make a wish." He whispers after pulling away, his thumb tracing my lip. I blush, but close my eyes and cross my fingers.

I wish and hope, that Father is alright...

Before I can open my eyes again, his lips meet mine, but then there's a loud crack noise. Oh no.. We pull away from each other, sitting up quickly. To quick. The platform we're on crumbles, and we both fall to the ground, me letting out a scream and Kyoya shouts. We both hit the ground with loud thuds, the wood from the platform fallen around us.

"Oh my gosh, Mas-Kyoya are you okay?" I ask, quickly crawling over to him. "You're not hurt are you?"

"No i'm fine." He mutters, sitting up and rubbing his forehead. "How about you? You're head is bleeding." Kyoya says, one of his hands caressing my cheek.

"I-it is?" I ask, reaching a hand up and touch my forehead, it coming back wet. Oh.. whoops.

"Let's head back to your place, we can clean it up there." He says, standing up and then scooping me into his arms, carrying me as he walks back the way we came. I blush, putting my head against his chest.

"I'm sorry.. I didn't think it would break. So much for stargazing.." I mumble, but he just chuckles.

"The stars were still beautiful, along with the sunset. Although I personally think you're the brightest star." Kyoya whispers, kissing my forehead as he walks into my home. Setting me on the couch, he goes and gets a small medical kit, tending to my forehead.

"I-it's not bad, is it?" I ask, wincing slightly as he wipes the cut with rubbing alcohol.

"No, nothing serious, fortunately." Kyoya says, shutting the little box after putting a small bandage over it. I thank him as he puts it back.

Kyoya comes back and sits next to me, his arm wrapping itself around my waist and tugging me closer. "You're welcome.. it's just another thing you owe me for." I can almost hear the smirk in his voice as I blush. I lean against him, my head resting on his shoulder. We sit in peaceful silence for a long while, listening to the night sounds outside.

"Onaji?"

"Hm?"

"Tell me, what was your mother like?" He asks softly, and I see that he's looking at a picture of Father, Mum, Kisumi, and I.

"She was wonderful.. I don't think i've ever seen her upset or angry. She took everything in a calm fashion, and always took care of me. Mum was basically my teacher, she taught me what I needed to know, and then told stories, or made us some cookie dough to eat." I smile, "She was a clean freak though. If we tracked dirt into the house then we were all done for." I giggle.

"Us? We? Did you have a brother Onaji?" Kyoya asks.

"No, that's Kisumi, we were really close before I moved. He's actually a few years older than me.. When Father and I ran from the hunters... I haven't heard from him since." I trail off, growing quiet. Kyoya hugs me tighter, murmuring an apology.

"It must be late, almost midnight. Want to go to bed?" He asks quietly, and I nod, pulling away from him and standing up. He stands up as well, following me to my room. "You still want me to sleep with you?" He teases, grabbing my waist from behind and pulling me to him.

"O-of course.." I blush, feeling his toned chest against my back. He picks me up and carries me to bed, lying down next to me. I snuggle against his chest. "Goodnight Kyoya~"

"Goodnight, Ona." Kyoya murmurs, kissing the top of my head before we both drift off to sleep.

Morning

I woke up early, as I usually do, but I haven't gotten out of bed. Kyoya had me hugged to his chest, and when I try to move he just hugs me tighter. I puff out my cheeks. Maybe I could wake him up?

"Ne, Kyoya?" I bring my hand up, placing it on his chest, my chilled fingertips against his warm body. Again, in response he just hugs me tighter. I sigh, putting my forehead against his chest, my fingers tracing it slowly. I'll just have to wait. I listen to his even breathing, and his heartbeat, and notice it slowly get quicker as I trace lower.

I pout, giggling while my tails wag slowly, "Kyoya, if you were asleep your heartbeat wouldn't be that quick."

He sighs, releasing me from his hold. "It's hard to control my heart, Onaji, especially when someone like you is sleeping next to me." Kyoya mumbles, his voice slightly heavy from sleep. He pets my ears. I blush and squirm away from him and out of bed.

"I-i'll go make something for breakfast." I say before scurrying out of the room. It's strange what that man can do to my body. I shiver, weather it be in pleasure or fear i'm not quite sure. Making a simple meal of eggs, toast, and bacon, I set the two plates on the island and clean up the pans I used. Just as I finish, Kyoya walks into the room, dressed in jeans and a navy blue Oxford shirt, which hugged his muscles in all the right spots. I blush, turning away from him and drying my hands on a towel.

"Breakfast's ready."

"It smells delicious my dear." Kyoya says, coming up behind me and hugging my waist.

"K-kyoya..?" I question, unintentionally (okay maybe intentionally) leaning back into him.

"Hm?"

"A-... Are we.. y'know, together?" I ask, tilting my head back to look up at him.

"Mm good question Ona. How about we figure that out together once we go on a date tomorrow?"

"T-tomorrow? Y-yea sure!" I respond quickly, excitement flowing through my body, making me warm and giddy. "Let's eat~" He nods, and we both sit at the island, making small talk and whatnot while eating.

"So what did you have planned for us today Miss -" Kyoya stops, looking at me. "What's your last name?"

I giggle, "Itami."

"Itami.. that's pretty. Well Miss Itami, what did you have planned exactly?" Kyoya asks again. The way my last name rolls off his tongue... I shiver.

"I have plans." I smile mischievously, my tails wagging. My turn to be the know-it-all. The city is his field, mine? The woods.
