So i asked my innerself
What have i done
And what could i have done
Because that feeling has arised again

That feel that i cannot deal with
When you are feeling so low and you cannot get up and go
The mind is filled with thoughts
And you just want them thoughts to freeze and snow

I think of myself
I think of my life
Swimming in these thoughts
Where i never wanted to dive

But i cannot help it
But i don't want to keep it
The failures that i have seen
Has thrown me deep down
Where my mind is thrusted
And my heart is busted
By my thought who just wouldnt let me go
