They say good things always come in threes. I say why in the world would you put a limit on that? I mean, good things are awesome. Why try to discourage yourself by thinking, 'Oh, I just got an A on my math test and found ten bucks in the bathroom. Better start preparing myself for one last good thing!'

You Know, The General Things

Yay! Facts! Lists! Fun!

I am thirteen years old and the second youngest member of TTT.
I am mildly obsessed with hippos, and currently own thirteen stuffed hippos (acquired at various stages in my life) and I can list them by name.
I may be slightly addicted to cinnamon raisin bagels.
I am in the eighth grade, but am earning high school credits for over half of my classes (half in, half out I guess).
My favorite colors are pale orange and lavender.
My favorite smell is after it rains in the desert (literally the best smell ever no questions asked).
I'm a runner -- I do cross country and track and field. My races are the 400m and the 800m, although I'm decent enough at XC.
I wrote my first official 'book' when I was three or four entitled 'The Princess and the Love' and have been a writer ever since.
I write poems when I'm mad or sad (yes, I'm one of those).
I'm left handed (heck yeah).
I have a decent long-term memory.
You can count on me for dad jokes and really bad mom puns.
I think I'm okay at basketball.
I'm American but I like using British grammar (to throw people off and because it's fun).
I want to study diseases and chemistry, to help find cures.
My favorite books are Les Miserables by Victor Hugo and The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas (both unabridged, I'm fancy y'all).

Why Am I Doing This?

I guess people call me 'smart', but really that's an exaggeration.
One reason?
I can't keep my mouth shut. This is online, so I can edit everything I want to say, but honestly opinions are opinions, and I definitely have mine.
Another?
I have about seventeen different things going on right now, some of which include:
Cross country
Basketball training for tryouts
Mother's House of Horrors (go check it out it's by @Contests)
School
Minor bouts of homework
And newly, this.
So, why am I doing this?
I found this account through my friend Lyssa on the Contests discord insanity hole, and then I heard that Tammy and Rene and Poppins and all sorts of other peeps I knew were doing this, and I just thought, 'This looks pretty cool. Me too.'

This led to that and eventually I sent in my application to our amazing founder, Emma.
And now, somehow, I'm here to bring you my love of spiels and long-winded descriptions and fancy adjectives.
You can find me on my main account elliejustarrived  where I write my good ol' fantasy books and neato short stories, which you should totally check out if you want to have one of those experiences where someone's throwing popcorn at the movie screen (in this case, I would be the movie screen.)
