Hi, I'm Adam (@Poundcake93). I owe my start to writing to my dad, for taking me to see Star Wars: The Phantom Menace when I was six. Ever since then, I have been in love with almost all things science fiction and fantasy. Speculative fiction is my comfort genre, and I enjoy writing sci fi, fantasy, horror, or any blend of those genres.

Outside of writing, I'm a huge gaming fan and love DnD, Warhammer 40k, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and too many more to list here.

I have two recommended starting places when it comes to my work:

Into the Void is a space opera about a team of pioneers who set off to explore new worlds, only to find those planets filled with the remains of an ancient civilization.

Into the Void was the first story I wrote, and it makes in interesting start for sci fi fans, or anyone interested in seeing where my journey as an author began.

The second story I'd recommend is Guild of Zeroes. It's a fantasy story set in a world that is protected by a guild of heroes and adventurers. When disaster destroys most of the guild, it's three worst members have to step up and try to save the world.

Guild of Zeros is a special story for me, and one that I'm proud of. It tackles themes like imposter syndrome, and not having faith in your own abilities, both things I struggle with as an author. Pick up Guild of Zeros if you like ragtag bands of misfits, heroes with anxiety, and a dash of romance.
