- Operated by a team of more than one person, to ensure lack of bias, expertise, coverage, support, consistency and sustain 

- Our team will be composed of experienced veteran CPN writers, Japanese entertainment enthusiasts, Textnovel community leaders, Wattpad Star, editors, literature students, and publishers who have industry experience as well as an understanding of cell phone novels and Japanese culture. 

- Solely focused on the vision of cell phone novel movement, technology for literature, education, community contribution and support, the business of inspiration - we, the Cell Phone Novel Network, will not be the stars of the show. 

- Slowly, carefully, strategically developing the project - this isn't meant to be an impulsive one hit wonder, but a long term movement.

- Working closely with Wattpad staff and discussing this initiative with them and how to best encourage the community to discover a different genre of literature 

- Being open to anyone who wishes to contribute or volunteer their time and expertise. We won't be exclusive and again, we want to build a long term passionate team for the future.
