APPEARANCE

Mordred has sandy colored hair that is always sticking up in all directions. It's like him, wild and uncontrolled. He has hazel eyes and pale skin. He's tall, standing at a height of 6'2" , but doesn't weigh much due to his slim build. He weighs 142 pounds, with very little muscle.

PERSONALITY
Troublesome - Mordred feels like it's his duty to cause trouble, either for Arthur, his uncle, or anyone else. He doesn't waste his time on juvenile pranks and such, sticking to using his good looks and silver tongue to cause mayhem. He never listens to instructions, and even blatantly ignores orders from the King.
Smooth talker - Mordred has a way with words. They just seem to slip off his tongue and string together in the most pleasing way. He can get out of anything when using it, as well as convince people to do things that are really wrong.
Suave - Mordred is the most confident, charming, and elegant person in Camelot. Well, when he wants to be, that is. He is always confident in himself, walking around with a swagger that lets people know that. He's also usually always elegant, in appearance. There are times when he can knock the pants off of anyone and make them almost fall in love with him because of his charm, but other times...
Obnoxious - When he wants to be, Mordred can be the most obnoxious person out there. He knows he is, and enjoys it. No one wants to be around him when he's in one of those moods, but it's pretty hard to escape from him if he doesn't want you to.
Lazy - Mordred isn't at all jealous that his younger uncle became king, despite the many rumors that he is. The reason for that is, because he wouldn't have the patience or energy to deal with and rule over a kingdom. He'd rather lounge around all day and annoy people.

LIKES
Causing trouble - Nothing gives Mordred more pleasure than to cause trouble and annoy others, especially when he does it to Arthur. He likes knowing that even though Arthur takes care of monumental matters pertaining to the kingdom, he also has to deal with the many small and frequent annoyances that his nephew causes.
Attractive people - Any attractive person around his age that he sees, Mordred will try to kiss them and ultimately take them to bed with him. He's broken many peoples' hearts, but feels no remorse for it as he looks for his next attractive conquest.
Being wild - Not the kind of wild of a little kid, who's overly bored and hyper. No, Mordred likes following his own rules and no one else's. Considering he doesn't have any rules, he just likes to be free, and do whatever he wants. Having no responsibilities and no commitments.
Showing off - There are two things Mordred likes to show off. His looks, and his skill with a throwing blade. The way he shows off his looks is by dressing in flattering clothes that might show a bit more chest than necessary. The way he shows off with his throwing blades is by competing in the many tournaments that are held for people's enjoyment.

DISLIKES
Being tied down - Not literally tied down. Mordred doesn't like steady relationships, because they make him feel shackled and weighted down. He also doesn't like being assigned jobs, because then he isn't able to do what he wants until he completes it, which is another form of being tied down.
Responsibilities - As the closest relative to the king, he should be by his side, aiding him in important matters. However, there is no way Mordred is ever going to agree to do that. He will get piled with work and responsibilities, and that thought disgusts him.
Clingy people - Many a time, his attractive conquest will beg him to stay and even sometimes cling onto him when he's leaving, which will just make him want to leave more. He doesn't like this people who form connections way too fast, and then can't let go of them.
Arthur - Ever since his mother had gotten married to Arthur's father, Mordred has had a deep hatred towards him. As a young boy, recently having lost his father, he thought that Arthur's father was trying to take his deceased one's place. That hatred fell to his son, who looked exactly him, and has been festering and growing ever since.

FEARS
Arthur dying - Mordred doesn't care if Arthur is wounded badly in war. Just as long as it's not a fatal blow, because that would mean that the kingship would then go to him, if Arthur hadn't produced any male heirs. Being king is the farthest thing that he wants to become.
Attachment - This is the reason why he never commits to a relationship. He fears becoming attached to people. Maybe once they get so close and know so much about each other, than they would see how flawed the other is and leave them. He doesn't think the risk is worth it.

HABITS
Smoothing his hair back - Even though it's a completely useless action because it never helps anyway, Mordred is always smoothing back his hair. He doesn't do it to actually try to get his hair to stay down, because he knows it's useless and actually likes it like that, but because he knows he looks very handsome while doing it.

FAMILY LIFE
Uther Pendragon, stepfather - Deceased
Igraine Pendragon, aunt - Deceased
Morgause, mother - Deceased
Arthur, uncle - Alive

HISTORY
Mordred used to be the most happy and go-lucky kid around. He had two loving parents who provided him with all of the love and attention he needed. But then his father got sick and died from a plague when he was just six years old. His mother changed then, becoming more withdrawn and quiet, not showing as much love to him. And then, a few months later, when the pain of losing his father was still fresh and raw, his mother told him that she was marrying his Uncle Uther, his deceased aunt's husband. Who also happened to be the king. He had met his uncle, who was a great younger than him, only a few times before, and a long time ago, due to the far distance between their homes. But now, he was going to be living with him, and he didn't like it. The second he set eyes on him, he hated him with a passion, blaming him for his father's taking the place of his own. That was when Mordred started acting like a completely different boy, causing trouble everywhere he went, and making his no other despair. When Uther died in a battle when he was 12, Mordred felt no remorse. He was even happy, because now he would have his mother all to himself. However, that happiness didn't also long, because his mother died a few short months later from a broken heart. His heart broke too that day, and this time, it was unfixable. He spent his teenage years being disagreeable and causing mayhem with every step he took. He convinced others to commit crimes, and then denied it. He took many people to bed with him, and then left them without a second thought. He started training with throwing blades then, finding it to be a good outlet for his anger. Due to the large amount of time every day he would practice, he became very skilled in it. Now that he's 22, he's still the same person as he was as a teen, just even more handsome and desirable. He's actually happy that Arthur is getting married soon, because then that would hopefully mean he would produce heirs, and Mordred would never have to be king.
