Both brothers, being identical, have the same handsome features. They have windswept, light brown hair that reaches their necks. They have brown eyes and tan skin, although Alvar is slightly more tanned than Torwin. Torwin has a little stubble on his jaw, but his brother is completely clean shaven, which is a perfect way to tell them apart. They're both extremely fit and muscular, weighing around 200 pounds each and standing at the height of 6'4" . Due to them being fae, they have slightly pointed ears.

PERSONALITY
Focused - Alvar and Torwin are both very focused on their goals and responsibilities. They won't deviate from the path that they set out on to do a certain job or errand, and will make sure too see if through until the end. No matter how much someone tries to distract them, they won't let themselves be distracted.
Traditional - The twins are very traditional, stuck in the old ways. They are always perfect gentlemen, never posing any type of threat to females or males, at long as it doesn't have to do with the Wild Hunt. They believe in the manners that were in the days of old, opening doors for people and actually listening when asking someone how they're doing.
Distant - Alvar and Torwin tend to keep to themselves and don't open up to others very easily. They're private people, not caring to share too much about themselves. They don't mean to be rude, but that might be how it comes off as sometimes.
Self-giving - The twins never focus on themselves and instead pay attention to others. They see what they can do for other people and in conversations, are always inquiring after the other person. This also had something to do with the fact that they're private people and don't like talking about themselves.
Reliable - If someone needs an important job to get done, they know just who to go to. Alvar and Torwin are extremely reliable, always doing what they're instructed, with no questions asked. The head of the Wild Hunt gives them a lot of important tasks due to this.

LIKES 
Winter - The coldest season is when the Hunt is seen in the skies the most. They fly in with the polar winds, due to the fact that the fey males are particularly partial to the cold. Torwin and Alvar are no exceptions. The cold nights, the frigid winds, the stark whiteness of a sleeping earth...all appeal to them.
Hunting - Alvar and Torwin enjoy riding in the Hunt, because they enjoy hunting. They don't enjoy the hunts that end up in kïlling other people, but the ones when they get new males to join their group, or when they go hunting for animals.
Moral people - When not on an actual hunt, Alvar and Torwin are very moral people, and appreciate others who are the same. It's a trait that they find very important in others.
Night - The Wild Hunt only rides at night, appearing to the people down below as a shooting star. Alvar and Torwin like the way the night conceals things, and seems to be much more private than the day, with the sun shining and revealing everything.

DISLIKES
Heat - The twins don't like any type of heat, which is another reason why they don't like the daytime. The feeling of the sun beating down on them did extremely unpleasant for them, and they prefer to stay nice and cool.
Technology - All of the technology that's being invented makes Torwin and Alvar completely confused, and they don't like it for that fact. Things were much simpler in the olden days, without all of the new gadgets and strange looking gizmos.
Kïlling sprees - Unlike most of the other members of the Wild Hunt, when the twins have control over their senses, they don't enjoy when they need to kïll people. They believe that unnecessary violence is not the answer.

FEARS
Losing control of their senses forever - As of now, the twins only take leave of their senses when they're on a Wild Hunt, becoming extremely bloodthirsty and yes, violent. However, the second the Hunt ends, they return back to normal. They're scared that one night, after they return from a hunt, they won't regain their senses.

HABITS
Rubbing back of neck - Whenever the twins feel uncomfortable, they will rub the back of their necks in a self conscious way.

HISTORY
Torwin and Alvar were born during the Victorian era, in London, England. Torwin was born three minutes before Alvar, making him the oldest of the Leland family. They had a normal childhood, if not a little opulent, due to their father's position as an advisor to the Queen. They had a sister who was two years younger than them and had a good relationship with. Just like many of the other young and rich men at that time, the twins attended the top university and then returned, ready to start courting. Alvar met a young female who he was very taken with, and she with him. Their engagement was to be announced in just a few days, when disaster struck. Alvar was taking a light night stroll with the female on a winter night, when the sound of baying hounds and hoofbeats were heard. Looking up, the couple saw a terrifying sight. Hundreds of men, riding horses and with hounds at their feet, were bearing down on them. From the sky. Torwin, sensing his brother was in trouble, ran to see what the matter was. He reached them at the same time as the Wild Hunt, for that was what it was, of course. Something that had only been heard of as a myth. The leader of the Hunt demanded that the two males join them, or else they would be kïlled. Alvar flatly refused, not wanting to leave his soon to be betrothed. The leader said that if he didn't, then he would kïll all of them, the young female included. Seeing no other choice, Alvar agreed and he and Torwin were turned into fae, then and there, becoming part of the Hunt for all eternity. And then the leader kïlled the female. Because Alvar was already part of the Hunt, he couldn't do anything to the leader, but a deep hatred has been simmering deep in his heart ever since.
