Guinevere has black hair that falls right above her shoulders. She has icy blue eyes, which have the ability to captivate many. She has flawless pale skin, full lips, and long eyelashes. She weighs 120 pounds, having a slim figure, and stands at a height of 5'6" .

PERSONALITY
Deceptive - Guienevre's life is one big deception. Everyone thinks that she is Guinevere, a princess from the south, coming to Camelot to wed Arthur. She's really a changeling, who took the place of the poor princess who had died from a sickness. She lies about everything to everyone.
Aloof - Guinevere acts as if she's better than others, and looks down on them. She keeps a distance from whom she considers to be lowly people, but who are really just not royals or nobles. Even to her acquaintances, she never lets her guard down and never becomes too friendly with any of them.
Secretive - Instead of making up answers to the many questions she has been asked about her life before coming to Camelot, she just remains silent, with a secretive smile on her face. That usually makes people want to know even more, but she never says a thing.
Vengeful - Unbeknownst to anyone, Guinevere has taken the late princess's place in order to get close to Arthur and eventually kïll him. He hadn't done enough to save her home in her eyes, and because of that, he deserves to die, by her sword.
Calculating - Guinevere thinks things through very thoroughly before doing them. The only reason she probably hasn't been caught yet is because of this. She has planned Arthur's assassination down to the last detail, having worked long and hard on it.

LIKES
Being alone in the forest - As a changeling, Guinevere's former home had been among the trees. Therefore, she has a love for the forest, and escapes there was often as she could to be by herself. It's a hard thing to manage since the king's betrothed needs guards with her all the time, but she always finds ways to give them the slip.
Her horse - Guinevere's horse is probably the only thing from her old life that she has brought with her. She had cared for it ever since it was a foal, and held a place in her heart. She always rides on the mare, refusing any other horse.
Fruits and nuts - Changelings don't eat any meat or fish, so Guinevere practically lives on fruits and nuts. Whenever there's one or the other on the table, she can always be found chewing on some.
Cloaks - Even though it's not the fashion, Guinevere can almost always be found wearing a cloak. The whole concept of one is to hide the identify of the person wearing it, and that describes her exactly. Well, when the hood is up. She wears it around the palace with the hood down, since that wouldn't be proper, but whenever she's outside, it's up.

DISLIKES
The ladies of the court - They are all trivial and petty in Guinevere's eyes, and honesty find them to be painfully boring. They never talk about anything that has substance of meaning to it, and are always trying to be better than the other ladies, as well as to catch the eyes of the handsome knights and noblemen.
Her guards - As the king's betrothed, she has two guards following her wherever she goes. Not used to being watched all the time and not having full independence, she hates it. It also makes it much more difficult for her to get a chance to be alone with Arthur to end his life.
Being underestimated - Guinevere looks like a delicate, beautiful female, and people treat her as such. Sure, she's beautiful, but delicate she isn't. She keeps up the charade of being delicate so as not to raise suspicions, but it bothers her so much when others say things or look at her in certain ways that make it obvious they think she's merely a pretty, weak female.
Merlin - The wizard, and Arthur's best friend, is in charge of rooting out and protecting Arthur from any and all threats. He came close to discovering what she really was a few times, and she always needs to be extremely careful around him.

FEARS
Being discovered - Guinevere knows what will happen to her if her real identity and plot are to be discovered. A trial that will undoubtedly end up in an execution. She is scared that, even though she's a changeling, which means she was practically born to deceive others, someone will figure out the truth, and she will die.
Iron - Seeing as that she's part of the fey, she has a fear and aversion to iron. It causes her extreme pain when she touches it, and even bothers her when she's in the same room as it. This is something else that she needs to be very careful with to make sure people don't realize and discover the truth.

Biting her lip - It's not a common sight to see Guinevere biting her lip, since she only does it when she's nervous about something and she doesn't like showing her emotions in front of others.

HISTORY
Guinevere grew up in the forest among the other fey, leading a quiet and peaceful life. However, when she was twelve, a neighboring kingdom that shared borders with Camelot, invaded. Uther Pendragon, who was king at the time, sent his soldiers to stop them, but only after weeks had gone by. During those weeks, the invading kingdom had forced the fey into forced labor and tortured many of them. When Camelot's army finally arrived, there was a small battle, which didn't last long. The invading kingdom left, but not before setting fire to the forest. Many fey lives and homes were lost that day, and it took a long time to rebuild and recover. Ever since then, Guinevere had a deep and burning hatred for Uther, and vowed to kill him someday in revenge. That never happened, however, since he was killed in battle a few years later. Still needing to get her revenge, she decided to go after Uther's son instead, who was now the new king of Camelot. She needed to think of a way to get close to him, and the solution just fell into her lap one day. Everyone knew that Arthur was to be married soon, to a princess whom they had never seen from the south. It had been arranged by both of the kings when Uther was still alive. The princess's coach that she was traveling in passed right by the place in the forest that the fey called their home. Guinevere saw it and followed it, sensing that someone was close to leaving this world. And she was right. That night, the real Princess Guinevere died in her sleep and the changeling immediately knew what to do. She somehow disposed of the princess's body without any of the people traveling with her seeing, and then took her name and identity. The people traveling with her were young and stupid, amending even notice that their princess looked slightly different in the morning. They continued traveling to Camelot, and she has been there for a month now. They have set the date for the wedding to be in a few weeks and in the meantime, Guinevere is acting like a princess who's in love with the king and excited to marry him, while she's really plotting the assassination.
