(Izukus backstory part 7)

"Are.. are the voices back?"

Todorokis heart dropped as he saw the boy slowly nod
Izuku and Todoroki we're good friends before they started dating in there second year,
Over the summer at the end of year 1 they decided to take therapy to help eachother get over the trauma that was resurfacing
Izuku was doing great and was fine until-
All might... it made the abandonment trauma and voices come back....

"Inko Midoriya?"
"Y-yes?"
"Can you come with me for a moment"
"Of course doctor"

Inko/nobody's PoV;

"Ma'am.. when we tested your son for depression we noticed.. something"

"Oh my.. is he alright?!
Will it get in the way of him being a hero!?!"

"No he can still become a hero it won't effect that much..."

"Then w-what is it?"

"Well not only did your son come back positive for depression.. but he also came back positive for bipolar disorder and SPD.."

"I understand bipolar and depression but what's SPD..?"

"Slit personality disorder,
It's not as bad as it sounds and we're thinking he can control his other persona at will but it's basically.. just a second voice in his head"

"I-.. oh.."

"Don't worry we already have the medication he'll need prepared"

He took out a small pouch with 4 bottles of pills

"He needs to take 1 of these pills for BPD (bipolar disorder) every morning
Same with one of these pills for SPD, and he'll take half of one of these pills once before breakfast lunch and dinner, or just 1 whole one before class these ones are for depression and should help with his anxiety"

"What's in the 4th one?"

"These are for you, it's a refill of his SPD and BPD pills"

"Thank you doctor"

"It's my pleasure"

Todorokis PoV;

It's so hard to believe that 4 days ago they were sitting in his room, perfectly Happy, watching a movie without a care in the world

Todoroki and Midoriya were cuddled up on a beanbag in-front of the Tv in todos room
They decided to watch an old movie that was made back before quirks
It was called Suicide Squad and izuku loved it right away
Something about the joker and Harley's complicated insane relationship kinda turned him on..~

'Whatcha gonna do huh? Ya gonna kill me mister J?"
'Oh I'm not gonna kill ya.. I'm just gonna hurt ya really really.. bad'

"Awwh~"
Izuku whines
"What's wrong doll?"
"I want somebody to ravish me like that~"
"Oh?~" Todoroki purred
"I want something scandalous and dangerous.. dark and deceiving but full of pleasure~"
Izuku could swear it looked like a switch flipped in his boyfriend and knew immediately he was gonna get what he asked for.
